This sports place have a lot to offer for our needs as we got 50 % discount on hiking shoes, tshirt. Discovered this brand of socks that has lifetime warranty. It can be replace for free if it didnot live up to the warranty. But my son has one so I believe there's such a lifetime socks. Will come back next year when we visit our son at US airforce for we plan to try fly fishing. Excited to experience this kind of fishing. Highly recommended.

Don't bother applying here. they don't need help no matter how much they say they do. I applied here in person actually THREE times. It can't possibly be because of ME because I have an extensive security and conservation work record and a dozen references throughout the carpenter's union and Forest Service that will confirm I have good work ethic. I'm actually OVER qualified. Yet I keep being told "we selected another applicant sorry" WHICH IS REALLY FUNNY BECAUSE I KEEP SEEING THE SAME POSITION LISTED ON INDEED WEEK AFTER WEEK!!You boomer employers need to stop saying we are lazy for not working when you put fake "help wanted" signs.

Listen, as a female I get treated, generally, like I don't know what I want or what I am talking about at the gun counters around here and most places honestly. My experience at almost all other retailers in town have been negative with them either straight ignoring me, talking down to me, smiling at their coworkers when they think I can't see them, speaking to my husband while Im speaking to them, ect. ITS UNREAL. As someone who buys one to two new guns minimum a year It gets really old and frustrating. A typical gun buying experience for me involved a LOT of anxiety and anger about how I was going to get treated and typically left other gun counters extremely upset and unsatisfied. I would shop with my husband to try and avoid being talked down to our completely ignored.When I went to the Helena Sportsmans gun counter The guys there where just a great group of experienced individuals who respect and valued me not only as a customer but as a person. I can go in there and they treat me like any other "guy" at the counter, EVERYTIME! We share stories, tips, and tricks. It's like buying a gun from an old friend and having good conversation while you do the paperwork (if they arn't too busy). They do not ever speak down to me or over me. When my husband is present they do not turn to him. They even engage and encourage my 10 year old daughter who had been hunting with me since she was 3. She loves the guys at the counter and is excited to take photos back to them of her WINS! I will not buy a gun from anywhere else. EVERY gun retailer should train and encourage their staff to treat women with respect. I highly recommend, as a women, the gun counter at Sportsmans Warehouse here in Helena.

On oct/19/2023 at 8:10 pm I bought one of the boost oxygen cans and right after I bought it. It did not have any oxygen in it and when I went in to ask for a refund or to get a new one the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful and said it was not her problem it was empty

Everything is overpriced. Employees were unable to assist with an online order, except for one key lady. She had to run all over for status - needs a more integrated system. Had to cancel 2/3 of my order due to late shipping to store.

No responsibility taken. I brought home a Coleman Powersports RT200 bike. It started, then died. I drove back to Bozeman Montana to return it. They wouldnt take it back 3 hours after purchase. After 30 plus phone calls to Coleman over next couple months I cannot even speak to a supervisor. They just say they will call me back, but never do. I'm from Wichita,Kansas, home of Coleman. I am ashamed these people work with Coleman. I will never buy any products from either place ever again. I am planning to take them to small claims court.They need to honor the warranty whether they have a service center or not near you.

Candy store for outdoorsman! It’s great to have a local place with a wide selection of hunting, fishing and camping gear, among other things. Top brands on most things which is always nice. They even have a decent selection of fly tying materials. As for management, they must be doing a good job as the employees are always happy and helpful.

The staff here was very helpful and kind. I noticed the majority of the building was wheelchair accessible, excluding the very small upstairs showcase area. The selection was great, and they sold many quality brands at a cheap price.

Not a bad store- clothing and shoes are easier to find help for than the rest of the store. Archery can have items not found elsewhere in Helena and occasionally they have good deals on bows. They now have a gunsmith which helps a lot .........

Always a treat to browse sportsman's warehouse. They have way too many things I'm sure I need! 😂 Their bang-bang selection is good and they had a fair amount of ammo in stock. The staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We'll be back!
