When did a tray of rice become $8.99?I visited the deli today and ordered just a single portion of Orange Chicken and fried rice. I literally ate 2 small pieces of the meat, and the the third piece was hard as a rock. Inedible. And as you can see, I received an entire container of fried rice, and barely any of the inedible chicken. I am pretty disappointed to have paid $8.99 for my rice lunch.

This Safeway is a pretty big supermarket. Seems to have it all. Large wine/ beer selection. Very clean, even the bathroom is clean! Lots of parking. A lot of self-checkout registers.

Great selection, healthy too but just a little pricey compared to other stores around. I do go here specifically for a couple of items I can only get at Albertsons or Safeway

The pharmacy staff was awesome in getting mine and my son’s antibiotics filled and ready to go within just a couple of hours after the snafu that CVS caused. They were super friendly and very helpful and I will continue using Safeway pharmacy from now on!! ❤️

The manager here was very rude. He was working a register and the service desk was closed because he was short staffed. He was just yelling at us from his register. We needed to do a Western Union money wire for an emergency in Colorado. Since your offering a service for a 3rd party business maybe you should make sure you can offer the services they provide. He was just a unprofessional manager. I guess we know where we will never shop. Maybe he should find a job where he can treat people with respect. Being a manager isn't working for him or your Safeway customers.

My ‘go-to’ place for everything groceries and pharmacy!! I love this grocery store, always have great deals and the selection is great too. The employees are always courteous and helpful. I love the rewards card, helps with my savings and I even get to use points towards my gas for fueling up my truck. And let’s be honest, in this expensive world we live in nowadays, saving every penny helps! Thank you Safeway for being the outstanding grocery store that you are!!

Wedding cake extraordinaire! We lost the wedding cake maker for our daughters wedding a week out and were told Safeways is the perfect blend. It certainly was...great texture and taste! They were so helpful. (Wish I could post pictures.) Thank you Safeway

I go to Safeway's deli once a week to pick up everyone's "favorite dinner" for dinner. We got one who loves the sushi, another who loves the antipasto salad, another who likes the buffalo wings. The pretzel sandwich sliders are also great. This deli has a great little variety to make everyone happy including me with no cooking & very little cleanup.

The staff there is great. They can be pricey, but they have some great sales if you have a club card and the rewards you get back when you have a club card are awesome! Their deli and bakery are great! Their sushi is always fresh and delicious. The fresh bagels and their big cookies are also really good!

Bratty store clerk yanked an item out of my hands at the self-checks and scanned it with out asking if I needed/wanted help or ever speaking to me. Then he walked away without even so much as making eye-contact. WTAF??? Was this guy raised by wolves??? The WORST customer service imaginable.Helena has a lot of grocery stores. This one probably shouldn't be in business anymore.

Been going to Safeway since the early 70s. The old checkers and staff were so good. The newer ones are there for their paycheck. Guy tried to break a speed record for scanning my groceries, slammed them into bags - I'm happy he could lift them easily because I had a hard time. Left them at the end of the checkout line so I had to put them back in the cart myself (no carry out, I guess). Meanwhile, the next guy in line's groceries were crowding mine out. I told the checker that customer service had gone to hell, but he did not respond.Think I'll stick to the smaller Albertson's. They have good front-end staff even though they don't have the selection.

Great daytime staff, but after 9pm the staff likes to pretend the store is closed. They lock the doors on the right of the building with no sign to use the other door. If you do figure out they are open, they turn off the checkout lights to appear closed. You have to flag someone down to get checked out and they act all annoyed. Please, manager, post a sign on the closed door that the store is open until 11! I've come by this store after 9 probably half a dozen times and just figured you were closed and left. During the day, you are all great.

A smaller Safeway but nice. The store is clean and stocked with a fair selection of the usual goods. The isles are a little narrow making navigating a little tough in places but it's not the end of the world. The produce is nice looking and the employees are friendly. I always shop at Safeway for the fuel rewards.

Surprisingly well-stocked grocery store. If you're looking to try something completely new or just a different brand than usual, this Safeway is the place to go. The bakery, deli, and meat counters are huge and also well-stocked. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The aisles are impossibly narrow, sadly, so be careful as you push your cart of new-found grocery treasures.

I like the friendly employees. And the great sales. They say lower prices, but you save more money when u purchase weekly sales items. Remember the first Thursday of every month is Senior Day and you save 10% off your bill.

I LOVE this Safeway. They have this checker there; she's the hottest girl I've seen in my LIFE. I think she's into me. Not just the friendly smile, but that LOOK that says "Ask me for my number". I'm in love, I swear to God. Definitely coming back.

Went to the deli to get chicken as we always do and the deli manager was so rude to me that I will not be returning. I can shop at Albertson’s where they know how to treat customers shame on you Safeway. 👎

Although this is an older looking Safeway, it has all the things you would need and expect at a Safeway. This is a decently sized one with a self checkout and a regular checkout.
