The grooming performed was good. The cashier was very pleasant butThe grooming associate who got the dogs for me when I picked them up was very rude. Never a thank you, only a scolded me for not getting there sooner. Evidently you only have an hour to get your dogs once they are done, never heard that before but whatever. I got there about 2.5 hours after they were done.

The associates were great !! My daughter was visiting from out of town, and she wanted a certain item that she "knew" This particular store had because she had looked it up online, ... the verbal interaction was comical, the service was great, the information was accurate and appealing the way it was "presented" ... the TEAM really pulled it off for my daughter. She was pleased, and left with huge smiles.

Went to Petsmart in Helena, MT, to groom our Border Collie. Wow! She had a bath and a brush for $74. It took 3 hours, and she came out smelling wonderful, and her curly hair was straight! She looked like a different dog. But she was happy and so was I. It really cut down on her shedding. After a few swims in the river, her curls came back LOL.

I've come in twice for fish, and when I asked for help getting fish, the store associates acted like I was asking them to commit a crime. The last girl gave me 2 dead fish in my bag and tried to say that they were just playing dead. When I asked if I could get 2 alive ones, she flipped out on me yelling in my face. I'm done after shopping here after these experiences. You can keep your fish that you don't wanna sell, and your scrappy customer service!!!!!

I suppose I can't really complain. They did have (at least a version of) everything I was looking for. The store itself is just very small, so all of the items are packed very tightly.

These grooming department is unorganized to the max and there is lady in there that is extremely rude.I've been going here for about 2 years. I had a appointment here today at 9am.I get a call from them at 8am wanting me to come in earlier if I wished. I did come in early and the lady in there said she didn't call me. So I turned around and walked out the door. She replied, "have a good one!" I replied with my choice words and she told me never to come back. Like there aren't any other groomer out there. I see why there is so many one star reviews

Love the food selection that PetSmart offers. This one specifically is usually really clean and has friendly staff. I do find sometimes the fish seem to need a little more attention, but overall, enjoy coming here for my pet needs.

There was a Hispanic clerk at the Helena MT store that was SO very helpful and humorous and friendly , he made you feel great! What a fun guy. Give him a raise! Let him teach all the associates, how to act toward customers. Also loved Santa pet pictures, and the sale prices.

Awesome friendly staff. Greeted at the door, walked in with my dog. Staff was very kind to the dog as well. Product was easy to find, and staff asked if I needed help, which was nice of them. Staff engaged in a professional polite manner to help ensure my return as a customer. Highly recommend

We are happy with the price . They charge 15 dollars extra for Express care for your pet .if they but you pet in the kennel it's 48 dollars. In my opinion that's not right

Had my dog, a 1 year old black lab named Sami, groomed at this PetSmart location and she looked amazing when I picked her up. It was obvious she had been bathed, brushed and her nails clipped. I was very happy with the service so I booked her next appointment. Three days before her appointment, I received a call from PetSmart saying they needed to reschedule her, so we reschedule for the following week. When I took Sami to her scheduled appointment, the woman who was going to groom her said to me "She's above my weight limit so if she is jumping up on me, I will have to call you to come and pick her up." I left the dog there and waited for the groomer to call me. It was 2 hours later when I received the call saying "Sami is ready to be picked up" so I went and got her. Once I got her home, I noticed she had a lot of white flakes on her, she was shedding enormous amounts of hair and it didn't look like she had been groomed at all. Given the amount of time it takes to get an appointment for grooming, it's very frustrating to take your dog and find out that she was rebooked by PetSmart with someone who doesn't take dogs her size because she is "above her weight limit". I'm very sure that she was not groomed at all. She didn't look anything like she did the first time she was groomed there. I have booked another appointment for Sami at a different groomer. I refuse to go back to an establishment that doesn't even groom my dog.
