And like everything, prices and packages have gone up. I'm not one that can afford $100+ every 6 weeks to have my mini aussie mix groomed

Kaela has been grooming my dog since he came to me about 2.5 years ago. She is amazing. She always does a very high quality job on the grooming, and she is very friendly. But best of all, Kaela has always been very patient with my mouthy, big boy. I know, especially when he was younger, he can be challenging. It just does not phase her- she has developed a great relationship with him and I’m so lucky to have her!!!

Angie is amazing! She turned my 12 year old, matted giant schnoodle into a sleek puppy again. She was so wonderful and gentle with her, too. Telly has arthritis and Angie took care not to have her crated any longer than necessary. Make sure you bring cash to tip your groomers, otherwise, tips you put on a card are taxed at nearly 40%!! Update: Telly just got her early winter grooming and Jordan did a fabulous job! And yes I remembered to bring cash to tip my groomer so they don't lose most of it in taxes!

Although she's 2 1/2, this was Woola's first professional grooming. The staff was patient with her skittishness over the many new experiences, like driers and clippers. She looked so fluffy, shiny, and clean when I picked her up. The deshedding bath was worth the up charge, because we no longer need to vacuum the rugs twice a day even though it has been a month since the grooming.

I am genuinely so grateful for my dog's groomer Angela! She is always so kind and helpful. The last time we went in I didn't realize my dog's vaccines were expired. My dog needed a cut so bad. Angela worked hard to get her in that week once she had her vaccines. It was the day after losing our other dog. She didn't know this but the kindness and effort she put into making sure our other dog got her cut was so so meaningful. Thank you so much Angela!!

Doors were locked and my groomer immediately and calmly told me what was happening and that she had contacted those involved. Very quickly handled. Organized. Once inside informed me of a new process and the cost to help my dog with dry skin. As always handled my dog with professional affection and control. Kaela is awesome!

Extremely unprofessional and poor job. The general attitude of the groomers is that we are there for their convenience they do not have a service oriented or customer focused attitude. I was told after dropping our dog off and three hours into the appointment that they would not be able to meet my request for grooming and they would have to completely sheer my dog. The only reason is becauseThey were understaffed and behind schedule. I was told that they could either stop what they were doing and I could bring him back half completed next week or my other option was to have a completely shaved down dog. When I addressed this to the manager she said basically “oh well.“ I will not return to Petco for grooming or any other retail products

This particular grooming involved a lot more cleaning since we had gone camping and our dogs enjoyed their off-leash outdoor time - laying in mucky ponds and their thick, furry coats had cockleburrs and other assorted debris from various hikes. Shout out to Amber, who makes their grooming experience wonderful every time.

It was easy to schedule the appointment. We have one laid back pug and one crazy nervous pug. Andrew was amazing with both of them. Both dogs were very clean, and he took wonderful care of them. Andrew is a credit to the company!

Stephanie regularly takes care of our 150 lb. Newfoundland dog. She is very sweet and we always get him back cleaned and we'll groomed. By far one of the better groomers I have gotten at either grooming stores.

I took my German Shepherd into to Petco when she began to blow her coat. Andrew was amazing with my GSD, even when she became upset as I was leaving he was able to easily calm her and maintained positive and playful interactions with her. She looked, smelled, and felt AMAZING when I picked her up as well as seemed so happy! I will always come back to Andrew to work on my GSD!

I took our 13 year old Yorkie, Max in to get his nails trimmed. He has a crushed trachea. Britney has been his groomer for years. When she saw it was Max, She finished what she was doing and then took care of Max. She is the best.
