I went into heritage today and I was so impressed with all the cashier's kindness and welcoming attitudes. They all were engaged with the customers and when I left they all said goodbye and told me to have a goodnight. It was appreciated. I love that East Helena businesses especially Heritage food store are so friendly.

You'll find a pretty darn good Deli here with Great Fried Chicken and a good selection of other fried and prepared items as well. You may pay a little more shopping for groceries here,however, sometimes it's just worth it.

This is my favorite grocery store in the. Helena area.they are always well stocked various brands of stuff you might want, their checkout id always be quick and accommodating. Best of all,they are locally owned.

Everyone who I encountered that worked here was so nice, and even all the customers we spoke to. They also have a surprisingly wide variety of food items, I wasn't expecting from a smaller store. Will definitely be going back.

I shop here far more than anywhere else. Fabulous staff who are happy to see you and rememver your name. They have almost everything I need, and the groceries are bagged and carried to your car for you. That service has been almost lost in Helena.

I absolutely love this little grocery store, it has a very convenient location within East Helena especially for a guy who recently moved in from Alabama and the service is very welcoming. They also have a solid selection despite being such a small town. It also helps that it is affordable and the best part is I can walk there if need be. I honestly don’t have any complaints.

I am in an electric wheel chair at home. I have no way of transporting my chair. I go to IGA a very nice gentleman and that is the manager. But his shift manager a young woman that cannot be bothered to help you, I was there at about 6:30 and called and asked her if they someone could bring me a few things and she said they only have three people there so they couldn't help me. I will not be going back.

A few times I've been let down by the quality of the produce. Pricing is also higher than your more mainstream markets. We opted to get chicken from their deli. We've loved Chester's Chicken from other locations in the past. But here, it was rather dry.

Although small, Heritage Food Store has a good assortment of food. One day my husband needed rubbing alcohol and the owner had a bottle in the back, which he went and got. They're a genial, helpful group working the.

The prices are a little high here, but if you're only going for a couple of things, it beats the heck out of going to some place like walmart. Heritage has a pretty good selection of things and is usually pretty well stocked. While you're there, check out the Chester fry chicken and don't forget the large JoJo's. They are excellent!

Heritage has the BEST people working there, they all have amazing customer service, they are kind and caring. Thir prices are higher than walmart but I would shop here over walmart any day of the week. Donna makes the best bread, it is to die for. I highly recommend it.

I and my family have shopped at this store many times since we moved to Helena/East Helena, we are always pleased with the options available for the size of the store, if we don't want to do a whole lot of shopping, we go here as they are less than 3 miles from where we live.

What an awesome place to shop! Got everything I needed for Thanksgiving dinner! The staff was friendly and I even got my groceries carried out for me! Such a pleasant surprise.
