This store is a terrible location. There were a few good employees until I left as the manager. One great cashier and they hired a new assistant that seems okay. The two managers with ridiculously colored hair are friendly to your face but don’t do much, especially the bigger girl. One manager, Chrissy, helping from another store threatened to call the cops on me for doing nothing wrong and just wanting to shop. The company doesn’t care about their people. The district manager is a pushover. If I could give the store a -5 stars I would.

I visited for the first time with a shopping list for ceramic kitchen accessories that were inspired by YouTube thrift experts' Family Dollar reels. The only products I discovered that were of true value were curly hair shampoos, conditioners, and styling products. The ceramic items that motivated my visit weren't sold at the Helena store.

Family Dollar store in Helena Montana it's all right a lot of times their shelves are only like 25 to 40% stocked and the stuff that is stocked is there for a reason cuz most people don't want it

Dollar stores at dollar stores and these diet days they are more like dollar and a quarter stores but That's not that fast a rate of inflation actually if you think about it . But the main reason I gave family dollar a 5-star rating???? Its all in the level of sheer simplicity with which they handled the task of adding money to my cash app card. I've never had a problem there, seems like every time I try to do the same thing at Walmart or Walgreens I run into the problems. But not a family don't know if there's some extra buttons you gotta press on the tail or different screen you gotta go into that just confuses the Walgreens clerks but family dollars you have to figure it out they don't get stlike the rest of them And you'll see what I mean if you try to do it at Walmart and you see How confused they get when you ask them to do a simple task that they claim to be able to do in their online advertisements

You can find good deals here but you hafta look for them. They take EBT food stamps which is nice. Friendly staff. If you have a couple carload be prepared to take several trips to car becuz you can't take their carts outside.

I like this store because it is very clean, staff is very pleasant, wide variety of merchandise to chose from. The prices are more within my budget which I really like.

Just seem like every time I go in there there's know one at the cash register. Ring the bell .. no there should be someone who is there to greet you and check you out you shouldn't have to wait. I have been customer service and restaurant business all my life.
