If you are not going to be open then you should not accept prescriptions. This is completely unacceptable customer service. My mother had to wait over 24 hours for her antibiotics and a pain relief medication to be filled.The male pharmacy tech working today around 1:15 PM was very helpful, however the first tech to help me around 12:45 was a complete jerk and condesending about the entire situation. So much so that when I asked how to contact a district manager she stated that he really didn't care and was doing nothing to rectify the staffing and lack of customer service at this location.CVS did it's best to try and lose our business yesterday and today and was successful. Perhaps a simple email to the local providers that you location isn't able to process prescriptions would be helpful...oh wait, the district manager doesn't care. I assume then that on a corporate level CVS doesn't care.
