In regards to the pharmacy, the absolute worst. Go elsewhere if you can. I had so many issues with this place that left me feeling embarrassed, violated, and 2-inches tall. All the reviews mentioning the inconsistent hours are 💯 true. I gave a lot of patience and grace, but the final straw was when they got me confused with someone else and told my doctor I was pregnant. This created a barrier that prolonged my medication being given to me for an extra day. I personally suggest Pureview downtown for a good pharmacy experience.

Terrible pharmacy. Hours are changing constantly, but not updated online. Recently, I took my son to the doctor in the evening and told them to send his antibiotics here not knowing they changed hours to an earlier closing time. I show up and the pharmacy is closed, the doctors office is closed, and I was unable to transfer his prescription elsewhere. We will now be using a pharmacy with more stable hours.

While it’s convenient that they sell other things, their pharmacy was closed at 1:30 when I went. No signs stating why on either the front door or the pharmacy, though the cashier working said they’re at lunch. What good is a pharmacy with no pharmacist?

Staff can be rude when they are busy. Some staff better than others. My prescriptions are often incorrect and they always cost a lot! Getting new prescription meds is difficult. Pharmacy always messes up new prescription and change in current prescription meds. For as much money as I pay I would love better friendlier customer service and care.

Stores clean and the employees are mostly friendly. Every month is a hassle to refill my prescriptions. Little biased. It's uncomfortable sometimes.Other than that I love CVS I've been a member for years and would recommend this store over any other drug store in town.

Well, sad to say I am shocked by the cashier Tina's behavior today.... absolutely the rudest encounter I have ever had in customer service.... and she laughed when I asked for a manager and said there wasn't one working today.... she was condescending and out right disrespectful...why you might ask? Because I was looking for my coupon ....there was no one in line behind me and I was using self check ....she came over and said she had to cancel my purchases because I was taking too long ....I had looked for my coupon for less than a minute. I cannot believe this person has a job the way she treats people and with no manager to let know about her behavior I am certain they will be losing a lot of business because of her .Update: still no response from corporate or a manger......

I just transferred all my scripts from cvs east to Walgreens because they texted me twice that they were ready, and when I went there they weren’t even filled and one wasn’t even listed. Two of the workers couldn’t figure it out. These are all ones I’ve had for years and refilled with the same insurance at the same pharmacy. I ran out for 2 days. Ugh. Bad service loses business.

Awesome service! Just witnessed some old greasey man yell and make a scene at the checkout counter because he wasn't waited on quickly enough. What a jerk, they were some of the nicest people behind the counter, and Mary handled the situation like a champ!! Great wine selection too!

Okay crystal is the NICEST pharmacy technician in the whole world. Very caring and kind and compassionate as well as efficient. She deserves a raise and a promotion.

Pharmacy opened at 10 a.m. I was told prescription would be ready in 30 minutes;at 11:30 it was ready. Staff is very nice just busy.

Super clean store and all of the staff are super friendly! Their shampoo and conditioner section is lacking but all in all one of the best CVS's around town.
