Just stood in line for 20 minutes to be told that because I didn't "click the link" on the automatic text, they didn't fill my prescriptions and I would have to wait another 30 minutes. The auto text says "no action required" so no one would immediately think to....take action. 😬

For several years I've had outstanding service at Helena CostcoPharmacy. I've never had longs delays or mistakes. I also quickly get efficient prescription transfers to other cities & states when traveling. I'm grateful for the professional medical knowledge & skills required of pharmacists and support staff...capabilities Idepend on for maintaining my health.

Costco is a great alternative for me. This is due to them having pet prescriptions, and their prices can be lower than Walgreens.My favorite employee is the pharmacy is Joann.

While we have had less than stellar service in the past, today the pharmacy department went above and beyond! We had called in a prescription for our dog to the vet's office on Thursday morning. On Friday, the vet's office said they would call in the prescription right away. On Saturday, the vets office informed us that the prescription couldn't be called in until Monday when our dog's vet would be back in the office. We texted the vet, and we did a little back and forth about dosages, but she called it in at 6 minutes to close. In the hope that she would call in the order, we were in the pharmacy department at a quarter 'til. Ryan, the pharmacist had been fielding our calls all day and was there to the very last minute and a little beyond. They didn't have the correct dosage pills but they would certainly work (with a pill splitter). Ryan was fantastic, and so was his assistant who rang us up (after 6:00 pm closing time). We are so grateful for all the help they provided.

Great pharmacy but always a very long wait time. They do however make up for that in costumer service. Manager very nice and knowledgeable. Oh and never expect to get in and out fast as the lines are always very long and slow. They need to have more cashregisters open at a time. Great prices though and good brands.

This pharmacy is horrible. I am a big Costco fan, but will never go to their pharmacy again. Extremely slow and never get the prescription the first time. I wait in line forever to find out they "didn't receive" the prescription despite the proof from the doctors office. When they finally do get the prescription filled, its a long wait for the receptionist and then another long wait for the pharmacist who actually has to give you the prescription. Will be taking my business elsewhere!!

Haven't had great experience with communications and they don't seem to have medications on hand, regardless of how far ahead they are called in. Resulting in lapse of prescriptions that are needed, and scrambling last minute to make adjustments withdoctors and pharmacies. I like Costco but I don't recommend this department.
