Once a month, the family takes a trip to stock up. Beautiful drive over, so the ride isn't bad. There are so many things you can get, we have to write up a grocery list and stick to it or we will spend too much. It is nice being able to buy in bulk to save money. I'm so glad there is a Costco close buy to us. It saves us on groceries for sure. If you have a big family, or if you like to buy in bulk. Costco is great. You do have to have a membership to shop at the store. It is well worth it. There is more than just groceries, too. Good place to look for winter jackets. They carry wool socks. And they have household items as well. It is not a one stop shop but they definitely have a good selection.

The service at this location used to be a lot better a few years ago. I don't know what happened recently, but Costco seems understaffed based on the workers' stress levels and also the state of the food court (trash everywhere, empty tables covered in condiments, and everything at the self service station as well as sodas being out of stock).Edit: Well, it's gotten significantly worse. This store is consistently busy and yet management has decided the solution is cutting back store and employee hours. I think the solution is probably a lot closer to paying a livable wage, since your employees are clearly miserable (and I KNOW the wage isn't livable due to having family who applied).

This usually outstanding Costco failed me today. Sure, things are always being moved around in the store, and I’m almost always able to find them, but accaciaionally I can’t and require some assistance. Every single time this has happened to me during the decades I have been going there, someone has gone with me to where it’s supposed to be to make sure I have it. Today I talked to three people, one person twice, and none of them helped me find it and I left the store without it. :(

We always love coming to this Costco! Friendly and funny staff, everything is always in stock and priced well, the food court is quick and delicious, they're great about getting you your own card if you're using your spouse's, and it's a nice place to be!

Great prices and good selection of products. It is well worth the membership. All of the employees we have encountered here have been more than helpful and very courteous. We will continue to shop here for the foreseeable future. The membership is well worth it and you can really score some great deals if you k ow what to look for.

So many great experiences at costco until today. Tammy at self checkout made sure that we felt stupid and like a bother asking questions. Even rolling her eyes at us like we unconvinced her. Everyone else at costco has customer service skills but her? Makes me debate renewing my costco membership

I went today because I was gifted a shop card as a Christmas gift and have been considering a membership. no issues until checkout. They stated that they "are cracking down on people being allowed to use the shop cards" and suggested I just get a membership. While they did allow me to use the card "just this one time" I felt very upset at how they approached me about it. They were not polite at all. If they had handled it in a more discreet and polite manner I wouldn't have felt so bad, but the way they acted has me reconsidering getting a membership or ever spending money there again.

I purchased a jacket last week and i noticed today that the same jacket was half price on clearance. I went to customer service to ask for a reimbursement and they refused. I had the receipt and the jacket as well. They advised me that they are doing a clearance as there are only XL sizes left. This was totally ridiculous to me. XL sizes get to save but I don’t. It seems very discriminating and unfair ordeal. I thought that Costco was known for price matching and good customer service. I guess this one is an exception!

They usto be a lot better about allowing your child. Use your card to make a purchase but we have found they are not so kind about this anymore n my mom n I both said when our cards expire we are not longer getting a card from them. I find it very rude n despicable as to how they are treating their already paying customers. They will keep loosing good people till they change their policies back to being for the family's. You big corp need to think about the people who are paying there salaries!!

I'm pretty disappointed in costco's eggs. Clearly, they are very old. Every one ive cooked out of the 5 dozen have had really big air pockets in them, and all float.

We all know Costco's one of the best stores around, I only visited the food court and got enough food under 5$ to make me puke. Hands down most cost effective lunch around.

Costco Helena is amazing! The team members are always so polite and helpful. Few weeks back there was a situation in the cafeteria and I had to cancel our pizza order. The manger who was on duty was gracious in the refund process, even offering us two pizzas at no charge the next time we came in. I don't think we'll ever take him up on the offer. It's the thought that counts, not the free pizza.

Very customer friendly and nice people. I have visited here twice during my stay at Helena MT.The Costco membership team person BRYAN is very nice and provided me excellent customer service. He is very helpful and detailed oriented person.The pizza team is very kind and customer friendly. The only one thing I observed was NO AVAILABILITY OF SONA MASOORI RICE unlike other Costco’s. As per my experience all costco centers sell ROYAL Organic sona masoori rice. Here since I haven’t get the rice, I was disappointed little. This is very big store where you can find everything.Very nice collection. You don’t feel regrets to come and shop here. Exceptional customer service

Not being allowed going in when I have a membership that can be verified easily if you don't have your card. And showing my receipt. As if I'm shoplifting! I'm sure if I did they would not be able to tell by my receipt or looking in my shopping boxes they give you. Where are the shopping bags! I paid good money for a membership. And the one way at the gas pumps! And the parking lot in and out suck ! I don't think I want another membership. I got eye glasses. They weren't helpful or professional except for one gal with dark curly hair

I always like going into CostCo. The staff is always helpful and kind. Although a lot t of the time the store is busy, I always love the special sample snacks they have out and the bulk buying. It is really helpful when living far from town. The pharmacy is also delightful. They are understanding and extremely helpful and work with you on information, making sure you have the right prescription, prices and more.

Loads of organic items, specialty foods and keto products. I will say that if you are looking for high quality bulk foods this is a great place. While most of our shopping is done at lower price points than Costco caters to now, we found enough products we use regularly at good prices to justify a basic membership. The store is clean and well organized with friendly staff. And yes, the high dog combo is a good lunch deal lol. Glad we signed up again.TIP: always check the meat cases, we found some seriously discounted meat last week lol.

It's a good size Costco for Helena, MT. Is it huge no, but it works for our town. Never had problems with the service or employees, I stayed away when the whole covid happened because I didn't believe in the whole leftist corporate decision making. Otherwise it's Costco.
