I have never met a more rude and unprofessional pharmacy staff. Extremely rude and the pharmacist is just as bad. They act like you’re a piece of garbage for simply trying to get your meds. If you ask questions about your stuff they act like you’re wasting their time. I inquired about my name being spelled wrong and she spit out a response like I was stupid. Do better. They must hire anyone.

Had occasion to fill a couple of prescriptions here without insurance. Staff was so helpful and efficient! Then the managing pharmacist called to check on our toddler 3 days after we filled an antibiotic prescription. Now that's good service! We moved all our prescriptions there.

This place has been phenomenal at helping me with managing my meds and contacting my doctor when I'm out of refills. Most all the staff are friendly through their daily chaos

Well you'll never see me there again or any of my family members in this household. Becaus of one employee name Linda. She should be fired immediately. She thinks she owns the place. She states you must have a Montana state ID to pick up prescriptions I have a United States federal ID. I have never had a problem except when this woman is working there she told me I will not get my prescriptions again unless I get in Montana state ID. It's just easier to go up the street to CVS from now on you just lost six customers Albertsons Osco Pharmacy.

Well My family will NEVER Go here again! So this should cost Albertson's thousands! Because we will be going just one block down the street to CVS. The reason is because of bad staff. When I am told that I will not be able to get my Prescription's because I don't have a Montana ID. And a U.S Government issued ID is not valid in the state of Montana to pick up prescriptions. It's time to stop going to Albertsons all together! So Its WINCO & CVS Pharmacy for my family. So train your staff Albertsons. Let them know that Montana Is In The USA.

I went to the drive thru pharmacy to place my prescription to pick up later, I waited over 20 mins then was told it would take an hour just to put my information on file and I had to come in to do it. I had my baby sleeping in the car and wasn’t going to come in (hence why I went to the drive thru). Will not be going back and will continue using Costco pharmacy.

Told the lady there pharmacists that I haven't had my insulin in five days. All my meds were stolen. Asked her if she could fill them! Told me let me check if your insurance will pay for them. She told me to wait. I sat there for an hour. Intel one of their teks asked if I was being helped. Of course not. I just got dunn telling your pharmacist that all my meds ben stole. After I th old her that. The pharmacists only ran my insulin. After I got mad and told them that. Shoul I just go to the hospital or what. They got my insulin dunn in 3 min after I made a big scene. I still haven't Gotti. Yh3 rest still waiting. I will never use this place again. I will not apologize for being a diabetic freaking evil peopleShould I

Worst pharmacy in town. Literally takes them FOREVER. NO pharmacy should EVER take this long. You will sit behind 4 cars for half hour or more. 4 freaking cars. Save yourself and go somewhere, anywhere else.
