The store is always clean and inviting. Inventory is well stocked and easy to find. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It's a bit more expensive than Walmart, but you get the feeling that they care.

It is very sad that people like myself that get off work around 5:00 or 6:00 pm. can't go to the store to get chicken from the deli because the deli starts to close early. Plus they stop cooking chicken early so there isn't any or just a little chicken left. This been going on for a long time and I have talked to the managers about it. They act like they don't care. Because of it your store is loosing money and customers.

The store on Fee Street is absolutely the worst Albertson’s in Helena Missoula, or Great Falls for that matter. I don’t know what’s happened to good customer service, but this store is one of the rudest stores I have ever been in.. from Tanner to the customer service manager the big lady was a rude … and so unprofessional. I don’t know what happened to good management when Craig H used to manage or Scott back 10 years ago this store was so great. that’s why the store on Fee is the worst store in Helena Sad and it’s not really the prices. It’s the employees the management. I’m definitely going to corporate about the way they treat the customers.

Friendly staff. Great location. Not huge, but probably has whatever you need. Reasonable amount of selections for each product. Prices are not high, but not walmart-ish either. They're open late enough to accommodate most schedules. Checkout is quick and easy. Just pull up your cart and they'll take care of it (bagging included). I found myself coming here quite often during my stay at the local hotels.

The employees always take good care of me. Especially, the gentleman whose name I'm sorry I can't remember. He is the one that works at the customer service desk and he is very nice and very accommodating. I can't complain they do a great job.

Wish the store would be opened before 7a so that consumers can grab things quickly and not be late for work. It’s so convenient as my go to place right before I head to work…late.

Josh my man was fast, friendly and overall the best interaction I've had with anyone in this town in over a week. And this man even put the chicken in its own bag. We will make sure to be back around this time every week. 8pm on Tuesday. 11/10

This store was clean and bright inside. I was impressed with the great variety of products available. The staff were friendly outgoing and helpful folks quite different from those I'm used to in Connecticut! Might just be a Montana thing but I could get used to it.

I'm not a fan of this location. 3 separate visits and 3 different staff members have been completely rude to me and my family. Store desperately needs a remodel and a deep cleaning. Looks dingy and old. It's quite a small store compared to their sister stores and as long as you catch the staff on a good day, you're fine. I try to go to Safeway as much as possible to avoid this store.

Today while I waited in line for the cashier my turn arrived . I was not greeted by Ann or even acknowledged....she was busy talking with the bagger Julia about "little people" not in an appropriate manner ....it was actually alarming the lack of professionalism and the discussion I heard. Unfortunately, Annn could not seem to push the correct buttons to accept my card and finally acknowledged my existence...(I used a different card but the original worked fine ten minutes later at the next location.) Brylee came to "save the day" and continued the poor customer service. She was dismissive of me mentioning how inappropriate their conversation was ... she in fact just kept yelling loudly to have a good day as I continued to talk at a regular volume and continued to address how Inappropriate their conversation was. I was waiting for my receipt.... she just kept dismissing me. I will always stand up for others how dare these ladies talk so rudely about someone with a disability in front of me at their jobs instead of doing their jobs. The entire experience was pretty horrible..... sad

I definitely like the store but literally every time I go in, the cash registers are not set to match the "digital" coupons. Like yesterday, tag said $5.99 just for you, register and online said $6.99. I honestly would not have grabbed 3 at 6.99. I had a meeting, otherwise I would have gone back.

Had everything I was looking for. Prices are a little higher than some of the other grocery stores. It was also a little difficult to get any help from employees when I needed a question answered. All in all not a bad place to shop though. Today when I was checking out there was only one cashier and the customer forgot something and had to go grab it. So we all waited 5 minutes or so while that was resolved......just a little frustrating.

It's about an average applicant so this may be a little smaller. Easy to get around. A little tight but worth the quick in and out. I stopped in the wrong line (didn't see that the "this lane closed sign" was on the counter) but to show me l, the checkout lady picked it up and slammed it down loudly and said "I put this here." I dont normally use albertsons but definetly not that one.

Overall a great place to shop. Seems like they are having the same issues as every other place. Lack of employees. 1 Lane open makes your stop a little longer if stuck behind a large cart.

While traveling from out of state we needed to pick up some snacks for our road trip. I used Google maps to locate a nearby grocery store, and this location was convenient because it was between our restaurant and Airbnb. It has a good selection of items and although some prices seemed a little higher than home, there were sales on several items that we ended up purchasing. I have to mention our cashier, Jodi, who was about to go on her lunch break but was so chipper you'd think she just started her workday. Certainly a bright spot for two tired travelers!

The store was busy when we visited but the checkers kept the lines moving well. The produce looked awesome fresh and in great shape. Overall the store was clean and well stocked

The cashier was straight up awful to an elderly man in front of us. She got frustrated with him and tossed his bagged food to the side. She made us cut him in line because he was taking too long to finish.After checking my family out she passed me a receipt and said “Have a great day!... or not.” Receipt reference # 64001629070 5/24I tried to call in to report to a manager but there was not one on duty.

The fact that their express line says 10 items or FEWER (not less) makes my heart happy.Use your Safeway club card here to get deals, or the cashiers will gladly apply ad coupons to your order if you hate cards. But us3 the card for the gas discounts.Full service meat counter. Good in-store bakery.

The people at the Fee Street Albertsons are great. The store has a good variety of foods. The meat department is clean and they have a good amount of fish and shellfish. The fruits and vegetables are fresh and well displayed. The deli fried chicken is awesome There's a nice selection of wines and you can buy lottery tickets too.

Store was ok but checker was not courteous, had to wait even though Lane was open because he was doing personal business during work time more concerned about his time off then customers in the store. Never even thanked us for shopping at their grocer very rude will probably think twice about ever going back there.

5 Star Employees gave Great customer service today! There were only a small number of shoppers so only two registers were open. I got to the check out with my 10 items. I was behind 2 people with full carts in both checkouts! I figured I would be standing awhile. Then, out of nowhere, another checker appears and takes me through! She reopened one of the closed registers just for me!

Friendly staff. Store could use a good cleaning and some curb appeal upgrade. Unfortunately the high schoolers and homeless congregate in parking lot. Lots of vandalism to vehicles and the police or the company will do nothing to stop it. I refuse to shop at this location because my vehicle was vandalized while in their lot!

Super clean grocery store. Excellent meat and fish department. Very nice clerks. Parking is good unless you go during peak hours. Generally, after work, around 4-5pm is busy.
