The donuts are horrible. Just threw away a dozen I just bought. But the staff are super nice.

Due to a malfunction at the self-checkout, my workmate has been waiting for a manager to either print him a receipt OR refund his transaction for about 20 minutes, give or take. The self-checkout attendant explained he needed to get help with the issue, and enlisted the help of a cashier nearby. The cashier could do nothing either, and told him they needed to ask the manager. They both patiently waited and tried to inform the manager of the issue, who IGNORED them. He was talking to another worker, and they stood there talking for several minutes and everytime the cashier or attendent tried to cut into the conversation, the manager put up his hand to silence them. He was in view of the self-checkouts and aware, but actively choosing to ignore his employees and the situation. The cashier had to return to her register, so I watched as the poor attendant went back to my workmate to explain he was waiting for his manager to come help. The manager then walked away with the other worker, and didn't tell the attendant. So, that sent the attendant asking for help from a guy walking by with a handheld device, who went up to my workmate and said "need a receipt? Sorry, can't help you." The now very flustered self-checkout attendant then grabbed the other worker who the manager was speaking to moments earlier and had walked away with. She had the capability to do something, but she apparently had lost something she needed to do it because the register had timed out and you could no longer print a receipt at the register, it sounded like she said "skullkey" but I could have misheard. My guess is she was also in leadership. So, she went around asking a few other people if they had it, my guess is she's not supposed to just hand that out to anyone given how frantic she seemed. Eventually the manager they had been trying to ask for help came over with an itemized list, not a receipt. By this point my workmate had already asked for a refund instead several times. The manager had fled after dropping off the itemized list , and had someone else process the refund. We need receipts for work because we are contractors doing a job locally, and we only get reimbursed if we have a receipt. I had this same issue last week at a different register, but the attendant then knew how to reprint the receipt, although it took a couple of minutes. We will not ever shop here again, that goes without saying. But as a manager, you should be looking out for your staff and assisting them when trouble arises with the equipment or otherwise. His employees needed his help, and he was too much of an incompetent jerk to do anything useful. If you have a high turnover rate, it's probably down to inept management. So, good luck with that. A lot of retailers are really struggling with turnover, and it is often down to staff not feeling supported by those their company hired or promoted to look after the needs of the location. The work isn't hard, been there done that, but management not doing their jobs makes it hard. A 2-minute issue turned into 20 minutes of lost productivity and sales... That adds up when it happens frequently.

Love the fact that I can go through the drive-thru for my prescriptions, just wish it didn't take them so long to get everything rung up. Seems like we sit in the waiting line for so long.

I just want to start by saying that Jason, the young man running the deli this thanksgiving really made my day! Though I’ve come to know that it was closed, I’m beyond thankful the he went out of his way to help me. This is my first holiday over 1,000 miles away from my family, so not being able to have a comforting, warm meal was seeming to become a more worrisome thought as the day progressed. Jason definitely doesn’t deserved to not get chewed out for his great deed, but rather a raise or appraisal would be suitable! He was truly a blessing for me today, and the Albertsons family is very lucky to have him! Thanks again Jason!

Prices are getting pretty high, I can see why it's losing business. Over all still a good store with awesome employees!!

Nice store. Good selection. Overpriced, like any Albertsons so you look for deals. Staff has been helpful and friendly, even very sweet during one encounter while doing a grocery order and pickup. Not a fan of the location tho. Been there a handful of times and each time observed drug activity in the parking lot. That’s a big deterrent for me.

Experience was great even though some of the products were gone. BeefRib roast are at a really low price. I think it is 7.99 a pound. They look really good. Makes my mouth water.Employees are always extremely helpful in finding the things that I can't if you haven't already. Sigh up for gasoline diesel rewards. Get 10 cents off per gallon with Albertsons Safeway rewards that is for every 100 dollar that you purchase. Pretty good deal especially if you have a big grocery bill.

It's getting to the point, you can't walk into this store unless you walk thru a wall of cigarette smoke. Who in their right mind put a ashtray right by the front doors causing smoke to go into the store. It's like they support people who smoke. Come on, make. it difficult. Then they put down the Frozen aisle three carts right down the middle with sale items or whatever clearance scrap making it very difficult for anybody who's going through that oil to pick things out of the freezer because it's blocked what would happen if there was a fire or an earthquake I would call that a fire hazard if the farm marshall ever showed up

I have shopped at this store for over ten years. It was always very nice with good, fresh produce. However, since Albertson's merged with Safeway a while back, it was gone waaaayyy downhill. The produce is pretty much the worst in town and often out of stock. Strange thing is you go to Safeway across town and they have very nice produce fully stocked. I don't want to go to two stores but that's pretty much what it has come to. :( The meat department is still pretty good, I'll say that much. Employees are great too. The biggest problem is the produce, which looks like it fell off the truck, if it's even there at all.

Team Members are spectacular! Inventory always lacking almost everything even when no COVID Conditions are affecting it. Reason being is because the location of the store happens to be in the heart of the fastest and consistently growing area of the nation for decades. Planning for it wasn't a thought before it didn't stop and hasn't. Keep that team happy and double order inventory!!!Update: Doing their best, no matter what kind of difficulties they face! Keep moving onward and upward!!!

Fantastic selection of produce, not to mention the meat department which has the best fresh choices in town. I also enjoy the sea food selection and of course the great cheese selections and adult beverages to compliment all occasions. The staff is great and I appreciate the in aisle carts filled with on sale items...Great place to shop.

As usual I had a very present trip at Albertson's today. I had one employee direct me to the product I wanted. The man at the deli counter was courteous and efficient in preparing the items I wanted. The store was crowded but nice and clean. The cashier was friendly and the gentleman who helped me to my Jeep was very kind and helpful. Wonderful visit to the store. 👍😊👍

This "super" market is not as big as most that we are now used to, so it's a little tight - narrow aisles - with crowded shelves and displays. It's like an oversized neighborhood grocery of old. And like those grocery stores it is clean, well organized, amply stocked, and run with a team of friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable associates. Produce is fresh. Bakery is great! Deli is small but has good variety. Meat department is A1. No pharmacy. This store is hardly ever crowded, so no long lines.

The store was clean. The customer service in the produce department was awesome. Check out service was not that great. Only one cashier. long lines. I had to do self-checkout. The girl working myself checked area was not overly helpful.

Great knowing where everything is. Do NOT like self checkout. Only 2 cashiers. Thought "3 is a crowd" was their moto at one time.

Why is it that the store is open till 11pm but when you need meat or bakery service, they are closed at 9? That doesn't make any sense.I get off of work at 8:30. I have to race over there if I want seafood or any assistance in the meat Dept.Their making of their own hours is not fair to those of us who work later.I would think store hours closing at 11 means the whole store! Right? They say they need to close earlier to clean and restock. What? Every time I'm their during the day, the isles are full of vendors restocking shelves that should be restocked during the night when they are closed and not blocking isles. The floor cleaner is cleaning the floors early morning. What ever happened to using the overnight hours to make preparations for next day.Open hours should be for customers not, vendors.

This place needs to teach cashier's how to bag groceries, produce doesn't go with canned good's and being snappy with my 11 year old who's trying to help bag groceries is completely uncalled for, only reason I didn't rip on the cashier is the fact the cashier was my elder and I was taught to respect elders.

I go to this Albertsons all the time and it’s always clean, organized, and stocked. The staff are super friendly and helpful too. Just last night Karla in the meat department helped me get all the meat I needed to restock my freezer and was just amazing. Always be a customer here.

I have used osco for nearly ten years now after nightmares with other pharmacies in town. They always have the meds I need and never have to wait more than a day if it had to be ordered. Compassionate, confidential & respectful regardless ur issues, questions & meds you recv. (I couldn't believe the CVS nextdoor to them-would READ EACH MEDICATION OUT LOUD WHILE THEY WERE RINGING them UP with others behind me!! I THOUGHT I WAS ON AN episode of "what would you do"! I called them out on it several times & response is "they make us do that!!" WHAAAT?)Osco is ALWAYS VERY DISCREET, Respectful, reminds me twice a year what shots I am due for, flu COVID etc.. OSCO HAS NEVER FAILED OR EMBARRASSED ME & all work together as a team to meet the demand of busy times. Benefits of Long term pharmacists at Osco as well, they do not have a big turn over at all, (that often says a lot about a company). Other pharmacies in town-lucky to see same person twice. I have not seen CVS pharmacists help check out customers at busy times, seem short tempered and "above" checking ppl out. Osco hands down, best in town

I'd locked my keys in my car, my phone was very low in power, and one of the clerks got out her phone charger for me to use while I waited for the tow truck to come. That was such a help. They let me wait in the staff area as well. I sure didn't expect that. I've always had good service here but the help from the staff tonight was beyond their regular duty. Thanks.
