It is very nice to have a farm and ranch store in our town. Store is kept up and they have a fair selection.

March 1st 2021 is the Opening day !!It's going to be a blessing not to have to drive to Billings to shop at the Shipton'sBig R ,, now Hardin has its own Shipton's BIG R !! What a great place to shop for farmers, ranches and city folks , they have just about everything under the Big Sky, Treasure state SUN !!

If I could do zero stars I would. You’re employees are lazy. I came up to check out with a 40lb bag of dog food and some other items. I had to lift the dog food out of the cart up onto the counter because she just stood there and wouldn’t help. Didn’t say hello, thank you , no manners at all. Im going to say she was worried about breaking the long fake fingernails she had helping me lift the bag. I’m not sure how you’re supposed to have a job like that and not willing to help customers or even be able to. It isn’t the first time this has happened either with lack of customer service.

Four stars for service, blend of products, availability of product, and comparable in pricing to Billings stores. I had difficulty finding prices of items that I wanted to purchase, it was an inconvenience. They'll get five stars when they fix that problem.This is a great and much needed addition for the Hardin community.

Had questions while shopping and wasn't able to find a customer service worker in any of the departments. I was able to find what I went in for & the open till 8pm was appreciated.

We really enjoy this store. Not thrilled with staff who seemed happier to congregate at the register and visit with each other. Made for slow check out.
