Very helpful managers. They took my info promptly when I asked about a lost phone. All other businesses could care less and gave no assistance. You can tell a lot about leadership in any establishment when the mangers give actual concern. Great leadership, outstanding customer service

Disgusting and pathetic store. Sad when the old store manager Megan left how quickly the store declined. Within 2 weeks this store looks like it's been run into the ground again. Druggies making deals in plain view, the workers letting it happen, absolutely nothing on the shelves, the remodel has done nothing. Sad to say that this will be another store that will just close down.

Trash cans by the door were both full almost over flowing. Should have been emptied earlier in the day. Entry way is dirty. The store is always a mess,they need someone that cleans and straightens things on the shelves. Some of the workers are rude and they make it obvious that their not happy working there. Wish this store was clean and organized like the one in Billings.

I rated it 1 star and that's because I had to. The store is so gross. Employees leave there drinks everywhere OPENED along with random snacks! One male employee was actually cussing out costumers. Weird because its "family" dollar right. The isles are impossible to walk thru. Be prepared for the day someone falls and sues you. I don't even know how it is legal to have a business with so many hazards and health code violations.

It was not super well organized or stocked, but people were working on it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy parking on shoulder for semi's & turn around at IGA x the street

This store is absolutely filthy on an ongoing basis. Trash in the aisles, aisles blocked with boxes of merchandise, and the merchandise on the shelves is in disarray. Impossible to shop there. I am uncertain how this store escapes corporate notice, but they should be embarrassed.

Family dollar is one of the most unclean store of Hardin,MT. Dust and garbage on the floor to the boxes cluttering isles. And to top it all prices are outrageous.

Went to family dollar today, the Isles were so crowded you could not get down the Isle for the boxes and food items nobody showed up for work because the cashier up front said nobody showed up I wish that somebody new how to run the Family Dollar correctly so that the public would enjoy going there without having to fight going down the aisles just to get what is needed

I love this store! Great prices for families that are on a budget, I'd have to say it does need more employee's to clean aisles but still a good place!

Love shopping here but please hire more staff and get the path clear and shelves stocked. Please ask staff not to smoke right at front door where customers must walk through.

It's a good store for Hardin. The front counter get swamped with customers plans on standing in line for a while. Other than that good store and reasonable prices.
