They did a perfect crop for the two Dogo Argentino puppies that I brought in. I travelled very far for the procedure and it was well worth it. Both puppies left happy, healthy and healing quickly. Dr Francis was thorough beforehand, reviewing pictures and descriptions to ensure the outcome was what we wanted.

Always a great experience at the Animal Care Center. Doesn't matter if its routine vaccinations, boarding services or major surgery, the Doctors and the staff are caring, polite and very courteous. The service is well worth the 45 minute drive from Billings to Hardin.

Thank you to all staff at the Animal Care Center. I love that you find stray animals homes, and more importantly, we love our new friend, Hank. Hannah has thrived since Hank came into her life. Your vet office has a small town homey feel, and the care is second to none. We felt comfortable being at the clinic the moment we walked in.Thank you for the last minute service you provided Hannah as well. Couldn't have asked for better people to care for furry friends!

Dr Francis is an amazing person and Stellar Vet! I raise Weimaraners and he always took time to show me things, explain the process and was more than knowledgeable on everything that we ever encountered. I had a girl get mastitis and her glands never did completely go down. He helped all through that process as well as any problems or emergencies we ever had with puppies while we lived in that area. His staff is also amazing and never hesitated in helping us with kindness at all times. If you want a vet that has the knowledge and kindness as well as up to date facilities this is it! I have been away from the area for years but always think back to how wonderfully they always treated us and Dr Francis's expertise! Love them!

We are located in Billings & called ACC because we couldn't find a local vet available that handles goats. Called their emergency after hours for our pet goat who could not pee & was crying out in pain. Got their answering service lady. Before she could contact the vet, she had to ask, if I "was prepared to pay at least $100 tonight" - that was a required question per Dr Francis! I was later told by the answering service that the vet said, "That's not an emergency! Tell her to bring the goat in in the morning!" After that experience, I wouldn't use this vet if he was the only one in Montana! RUDE!We ended up driving 70 miles to Hysham to see Dr Cunniham at Treasure Veterinary Services, where our sweet goat had EMERGENCY surgery @ 2am in the morning & received excellent care! His bladder could've burst if we waited to see the vet at ACC!Do NOT recommend Dr Francis! The answering service lady was very helpful though!

I ran a puppy someone had abandoned into them and their nurse treated me like I had been cruel to the puppy, these guys are suppose to be a rescue, is there anyone else I can use for rescue drop off in the area if there is a next time?
