We're extremely pleased!! We called Dr. Tebay's emergency number today (Sunday) at 8 am and left a message. Dr. Tebay called back immediately and was in the office when we arrived there 15 minutes later. His diagnosis was spot on, and by 11 am today, our buddy Emmitt was feeling better. 2 weeks ago, Emmitt picked up a virus in New Mexico, he was a "hurtin' pup," and again, Dr. Tebay's diagnosis was spot on. Rachel and I very much appreciate his (and the whole staff's) expertise and kindness.

I adopted a dog last year from a gal in Whitehall who could no longer care for the pup due to an illness. Yesterday, I called Western Veterinary Services to have them fax my dog's previous records to her new vet in Helena, where I reside. This should have been a very simple process. Instead, the gal that answered the phone, Priscilla, was not only extremely rude and sucked at customer service, but she then informed me that they would not be sending my dog's records over to her new vet without the owner's permission. Again, I am the owner of the dog and have been since October of last year. I wasn't even sure that the previous owner was around as again, the reason I adopted the pup was because the previous owner was ill. So after being told by Priscilla that she would talk to the vet and get back to me- I had to call again because, of course, Priscilla did not get back to me- nor did she have any intention of getting back to me. This time I spoke with Michelle and was informed that the vet said that they would not be passing along the pup's previous records to the new vet. I then informed the gal that dogs ARE NOT covered under HIPPA. The fact that this vet refuses to fax records regarding a dog to the dog's new vet- not even to me personally - but to the VET is ridiculous. Refusing a dog's records to the owner is ridiculous. I have already spoken with my attorney regarding obtaining these records- also so ridiculous that I would even have to go down that road, but this vet has left me with no choice. The previous owner switched the dog over to Jefferson Veterinary Clinic after dealing with this vet- I can absolutely see why. Oh- and I spoke with Jefferson Veterinary Clinic yesterday regarding the same thing- they were wonderful.

There's nowhere, anywhere who will do better. Dr. Cory is second to none, there is no one better. He and his staff are there for all the right reasons. They are there for whatever your animal needs, and give all the love and support you won't find anywhere else. For Dr. Cory, Cindy, Heather, and Michelle, there are no words that could tell you what you have done for our family. Thank you can't even come close... You all are absolutely the best!!!

They were able to see our cat on an emergency basis, first time going here. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Dr. Tebay found the problem quickly and took a piece of metal out of the cat's leg. Also did a thorough exam. We are very pleased with the service we got and the cost. We will definitely take our animals here again if needed.

My 10 month old goat Reba had an emergency on Halloween Sunday. Dr. Tebay returned my call very quickly, met me at his clinic and took excellent care of her. I was a new client and I could not have been more satisfied. He explained everything to me on how to take care of her and did a great job fixing her up. It's very unnerving having an emergency on the weekend and having a vet get right with you after hours is just the best. Thank you so much.

Knowledgeable, courteous staff. Prices are VERY reasonable. Dr shows compassion and concern and gave me several options for my geriatric horse. I would highly recommend him for all equine needs. X-rays taken, reviewed, and explained to me on the spot.

Not real happy with our emergency visit. Our pup is fine. Place seemed to act like they had better things to do then help our pup. Then called for a refill on meds and get told they will have to speak with the doc and get back to me. We were already offered refills if needed. Never got a call back. Been 3 days since called. Pup is doing better now. Just needed a couple days more of pain meds. But whatever. We wont be going back to this place. And I will find a different vet even if that means farther away.

My husky (Luna) got creamed by a large SUV. No veterinarian was open. Luckily Cory and Cindy came to the rescue! No only were they amazing to deal with, not only did they save my dog when everywhere else was closed, not only were their prices reasonably but I truly believe Luna got thee best care anyone could ask for! Cory is so compassionate with the animals.Every emergency all 3 he has gone above and beyond.He even had to put our 15 year old Buddy a lab down due to cancer.He came to us to a place dear to us we all were crying. SAVE MY DOG LIFE. On short notice the staff took her in and had the operation that day. Even stay late to see if she was OK after the operation. My dog was save from being left in a cage to die. The staff made sure she wasn't left in the cage during her healing there. Wish there where more great staff there but be insured that care about you pet just as much as you do. Even let me pay the balance do on my next payday. Thanks will never do for the sevice thay provided.

The best vet in Montana and very affordable. Friendly and amazing staff and great vet that handles my not very friendly dog. Always find the way to get intouch with me about my sick dog and gives us the next available appointment to get my baby checked. Perfect place for our beloved and pur-fect fur child.

Very amazing Dr and staff very caring towards my animals and very helpful I just had my girl give birth and I probably called more times than needed and they were more than happy to help and in my opinion the Dr knows how to explain things very well and always makes sure all your worries and concerns are covered before you leave definitely worth the drive from Butte wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else!
