If I could give them zero stars, I would. The pharmacy staff turnover rate is terrible and you never know with whom you're going to be dealing. The pharmacy staff is rude and condescending and don't communicate. They can't get their stories straight and lie to customers. Avoid filling medications at this place.

I have been sitting out here for almost an hour and a half for 5 vehicles that were in front of me. Can't believe how long it takes to go through a drive through for.a prescription. This is ridiculous when kids are in need of medicine and have to wait to extent of time. Walgreens needs to hire more people to move the traffic faster. Very unsatisfied with how long the wait time is!!

While the in-person staff is always polite and friendly, it is impossible to get a prescription refilled in any kind of timely manner at this pharmacy. It is and has been understaffed for months. You cannot call without being put on hold for so long that you give up. Same is true for “chat” dialogue. Renewals put in through the the app don’t get filled unless you physically show up at the pharmacy. Walgreens corporate ought to be ashamed. Poor management will lead to people changing out of prescription plans that tie them to any Walgreens, nationwide.

Just don't go here. The NW bypass location is better. If you hate your job or are that miserable, do something about it. Quit or take it up with management but don't take it out on customers. You can tell by the reviews they don't care either.

Worse pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. The main pharmacist lady was extremely unprofessional and rude to us and an elderly lady in front of us in line. She needs to be fired. @Walgreens read all the horrible reviews at this place.

In the last week I've called three times. All three calls I was on hold for over an hour and disconnected once. I made the calls on the request of the pharmacy, a problem with one of my refills. I've been waiting for my refills for over a week now. Every time I get through and speak with someone, I get a fresh excuse of why it's taking so long and a new day and time they'll be ready. Today at eleven o'clock. Guess what! Still delayed.

ZERO STARS!!!Literally the WORST Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever been to. We are traveling from San Antonio in our RV and we have a two day planned stop in Great Falls. I decided to schedule an appointment online for my husband for a covid and flu vaccine. Since we got into town early my husband went to Walgreens to see if he could get his vaccines now instead of the next day at his scheduled appointment which was at 8:30am. He was told that they do not have any covid vaccines and that they didn’t know when they would get any more. So WHY would their system allow us to make appointments?? Also they don’t open until 9am..and the appointment was for 8:30am😡😡😡.

Avoid the pharmacy. If you're not popping a simple pill they stumble around and pretend you're the idiot, never have i had to explain to a professional what I needed and them still pretend they were clueless. Short tempered lady on the phone when I was super patient, being raised with manners and simple human decency. It's more sad then anything but to avoid the extra trip to switch pharmacy I recommend to get an ice tea and leave

Carol is absolutely awful. She broadcasted this poor girls issues about having a UTI, and a yeast infection to the whole waiting lobby. Then with my wife was completely disrespectful and rude about Tri-Care issues. She has red hair, looks about 50 and should not be trusted to help you with your medical inquiries. I hope I get a response with the store and district manager about this awful behavior from your pharmacist. Completely uncalled for.

Pharmacy is a joke. Always understaffed, one person handling the counter and drive through. If you want to waste a whole day trying to pick up your meds, this is the place. As of August 17th, there hours of operation were cut making it more impossible to get your prescriptions. Pharmicist will change your script for what they may have in stock. Avoid this Pharmacy.

1 person handling the drive thru and the counter. Meanwhile pharmacist and 4 techs in back bagging up drugs. They couldn't be bothered to step away and help the 15 people in line or the 10 cars lined up. Management needs to teach them some customer service skills.

I have gone in no less than three times each to fill one of five prescription for my mom. You have to stand in line just to drop off a refill and then they still can't get it right. They are incompetent and disrespectful to their customers. They wouldn't even listen to what the I had to say, she just kept repeating over and over that they couldn't fill the prescription that they filled the last time. They waste your time by having to come in to the store numerous times just so they can get it right. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will let everyone I know how rude and incompetent they are. I will never step foot in this store again.

Walgreens is okay. I’ve always shopped here. But every time anyone including myself walks to the “cosmetic department”, they announce it to the whole store. I’m not too sure if they have a sensor that automatically does that, but I get it, people steal.

The employees on the "store" side are generally friendly and helpful. The pharmacy seems to be in a non-stop state of under staffed unapologetic chaos. Don't expect medications to be ready in less than 2 hours after leaving the doctors office. Even then, be ready to be told to come back in 45 minutes. Nothing beats waiting in line for 20 minutes just to be told to come back and wait in line again in an hour. These exact issues have happened to my family on several occasions.

Deplorable staff at pharmacy. 2 drive thru s all with six plus cars waiting 5 people behind the counter more worried about closing at 6 pm yet it was 5:20 pm. One person actually working! Came straight from hospital needed meds tonight for my friend.Told them to forget it we went across the street to Albertsons and bam. Thank you Albertsons! Great staff explained everything in detail.Poorest Walgreens I've come across in a long long time.

Their pharmacy is a joke. The line is usually always a mile long and they never have anything ready when it is supposed to be. Been sitting at the window for 30 minutes waiting to pickup a prescription. Absolutely unbelievable.

Patty was an extremely unpleasant cashier. My mother was with me and was just trying to chat with her while she rang us up and brought up where she worked. Apparently Patty didn't like the company my mother works for and began raising her voice at her and cursing at her because of her own personal problems. Unprofessional.

If I could give zero stars I would! One week ago today I stood in line inside for 45 minutes to pick up the prescription that should’ve already been filled. Then again today I thought well I’ll go through the drive-through maybe it’ll be quicker and I spent one hour and five minutes to get up to the window and then got up to the window to find out that my prescription that got called in yesterday still wasn’t filled. Mind you this also made me late for work thinking an hour would be plenty enough time to pick up a prescription and be to work on time.

Absolute worse Walgreens in the United States! So to start it off they made my sister scrap her brand new Camper! Because they wanted her to call an Uber to go thru their drive thru for rapid testing! Ridiculous! Then if u have an appt and it’s for 24 or 48 and you want rapid, you have to make another appt so that means staying another day. By far the worse experience ever the staff are so rude and do not accommodate to no one. If I could give negative stars I would and arguing with customers is not professional! If I was the manger I would be embarrassed with all these negative reviews!!! Lol 😂

Went there 2 times today for a covid shot. Was so full I left and the web site said they were open until 9:00 PM for shots. Got there at 7:30 waited in a large line to be told they weren't taking giving anymore shots. Screw Walgreens. Have had a hard time convincing myself to get one Finally did. This is actually my 3rd time at trying and told to come back later. Guess I'll wait for herd amenity.

RIDICULOUSLY RUDE. Went with my family to pick up a prescription and as always the customer service is just unbelievable. The lady today (light hair, and glasses working night shift on 4-22-18) decided she didn’t want to talk and just wouldn’t speak to us until after we paid and then continued to look at us until we felt uncomfortable. I’m sorry but if you work in a pharmacy and people are doing something as SIMPLE as picking up medicine for an elderly woman have the decency to do your job before you sign up to “help” people. Called and asked for a name, and she claimed her name was Velma. Our business will continue elsewhere.

Went to go buy hot water bottle that was listed on the website for $7.99 and at check out it rings up for twice the price. I showed the clerk the price on the website and was told to order it online and pick it up. Why show the price be double for bothering to go into the store and pick it off the shelf myself?

My 3 year old has been sick and needed antibiotics on two separate occasions this year. Both times I had her doctor send the prescription to Walgreens on tenth. Both times she was prescribed liquid antibiotics, which require the pharmacy staff to mix the medication at the time of pickup. Both times they didn't give us enough to finish the round of antibiotics prescribed by the doctor. When I called to get the rest of her medication, I was placed on hold for 30 minutes and treated like I'm stupid even though I've followed the proper dosing described on the label and used the oral dosing syringe provided by the pharmacy. When I went to pick the prescription up, the person working the window had no idea what I was talking about and I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes in the drive through while she sorted it out. I wanted to believe it was just a one time mishap, so I went there the second time and the exact same thing happened again. We were not given enough medication to finish the full round of antibiotics prescribed by my child's doctor. The staff seem to know very little of what they're doing or how to do it. I will not be using this pharmacy again.

Average wait of 15 minutes? Every single time we try to get a prescription filled here we have an average of a 5 hour wait! The staff is rude and completely unhelpful. Nobody seems to know what is going on and the whole pharmacy seems to purposefully make things as difficult as possible with the worst attitude imaginable! I wouldn’t have rated it as high as 1 star if I had a lower option.

Alyssa in the pharmacy was very unfriendly. Because of her unwillingness to acknowledge the full transaction I ended up having to perform a second transaction and another line when it could of been handled in on shot. They need to hire people that can do their jobs right the first time! Very unhappy!

Made an appointment to get a covid vaccine later in the afternoon on the same day. When I arrived at the store, signs were posted saying they weren’t giving covid shots due to being short staffed. If this is the case they shouldn’t have allowed me to make an appointment.

Terrible phone customer service. The woman who answered the call was really flippant about answering, was unable to tell me how many pills they had on hand, said "a few." When I asked her how many is a few (20-30??), she responded with "not a lot" and refused to figure out how many. I live 100 miles from this pharmacy, so the information was important to me. I recommend going anywhere else for better customer service and information.
