It's obvious to me that something has changed in this store. The front entrance is blocked off by 6:30 everyday. Half the self checkout registers have signs that say they will not give change if you pay cash while many others are just blocked with paper bags. the gal at the deli ignored multiple customers waiting for help. It was only when someone said "excuses me" only to respond. Sorry, we close at 7pm. It was 7:03.

sorry for the 1 star. i had to otherwise i couldn't share my review......Tried to buy ready to eat BANANAS!!!!!!!!15 bunches. Wouldn't sell them to me. said it was store policy. are you serious????

An awful store with high prices, poor quality food and wine and absolutely zero customer service. Must be a Kroger thing. I will drive an extra 5 miles to Albertsons for all future shopping and gas.

Very good store,There is a man named David that I'm pretty sure is a higherup manager of the place that is almost always there, I think he is responsible for the great attitudes of the other employees, he seems to be everywhere at once, doing any and every job there, a true leader.

One of the least maintained Smiths I have ever been in. Tonight is a prime example of the norm. No one in the deli for over 20 minutes. When I asked about it, no one even walked over to check. From the front of the store they told me no one was there. More empty spaces in this deli then anywhere I have ever been and the day of the week has nothing to do with it. I'll drive 10 miles to avoid this negligence.

It's a Smith's and it's nothing much. They sell food. Normally it's not all that but now that they have rearranged the products it's extremely confusing. They are also under construction and Smith's is also getting rid of the actual human checkouts and starting to put in more self checkout which is somewhat annoying.They are also doing this thing where you bring the scanner with you which I am not much into. Overall Smith's is not the place to go to. It is cheaper but it's more of a hassle and the food is no where near as good as other grocery stores.

I just had some fresh meat sliced at the deli. The guy walked in behind the counter without washing his hands or wearing plastic gloves before slicing my meat. VERY UNSANITARY and UNHEALTHY!!! The store should train and monitor their staff better. The worker was a big guy with thick black hair and black beard. I will not be purchasing my meat here again. Gross!!!!!

The store is clean and they had a good sale on meat. My only issue is I had three encounters with employees not one of them said hello. And never even acknowledged my existence. Including cashier it was like I was bothering her.

Love the look of the outside but sadly the love ends their. The interior is a mangled mess. They just sort of stick things anywhere. One entrance is pure overpriced produce that's about 1/4 the size of other stores. Then it can not decide what else it is with a bakery that looks hidden and a deli that employees like to hide in the back to ignore customers. Then the deli workers seem to think they own the food and will ALWAYS tell you "it's fresh it just came out 20 minutes ago" maybe 1 in 10 times is the food actually "fresh" (20 min old or less) other times you take their word for it, go home and try to eat old food that's been sitting under a warmer all tough and dry. But there's also random groceries strewn about between bakery and deli. At the back their EXPENSIVE meat section starts. Then a few rows of household items and pharmacy before the extreemly limited grocery isles. The entire back of the store is a long shot of refrigerated items that is sooo out of place and annoying to go threw. At the extreem far side are a cpl isles of frozen. With alchohol in the front far corner basically same place as produce just on the other side. The other entrance is pure checkout so you feel like a salmon going upstream. Like you went in the wrong door. EVERYTHING has 2 prices one for casual shoppers and another for members so EVERYTIME you either have to ask some employee to scan their card or you have to be a signed up member and scan your own card. At least the interior is nice ish but their seasonal isle in the middle of the store is not only an eyesore the prices have SHOCK value that give you a partial jump scare. It's basically a grocery convenience store because their the only place to shop in the Fox Farm area. So you will definitely feel the convenience cost.

It's just a week thought out floor plan! The paremeter of the store is well laid out, produce is fresh, and there is an organic option for everything! Meat has everything from fresh fish to grass fed beef, and the aisles make sense, you'll find everything where it should be. Prices are competitive, their sale items are lower than their competitors for the most part, and the off sale items are a little above our a little below competition. Check out in a breeze, they are well staffed and always have several checkout lanes open. Self checkout is available and there is always a very attentive attendant to help you through the self checkout process. It's easy to get to right off the interstate, and that's important to me because I come to Smith's from our of town. Did I mention that they have a great staff?

I’m just appalled at their customer service! My father was treated awful and called a terrible name! He has been a loyal customer since it opened and spends thousands of dollars there a year and they have the audacity to insult him! I will NEVER step foot in the store again! So much for “the customer is always right!”

I am a personal shopper, so I spend a LOT of Time in the stores around town. Smith's has always been one of my favorite stores. The employees there are professional, courteous, annnnd they actually INTERACT with the customers! If they come by you in an aisle, or if you look lost, they'll ask if you need help finding something, and they'll actually take you to where it is located! Not just give vague wave and say it should be over there. Despite being understaffed...and I'm sure underpaid...they show up and are willing to help and always have good attitudes. I highly recommend this store for most of your needs.

I've never been to a more disgusting grocery store. Always full of flys and other bugs during the summer, it's never been cleaned, if you get your food there check and make sure it isn't opened first. No, customer support at all. I wish I could give them negative stars.

I actually went to the liquor store prior to coming here because all I was looking for was angostura bitters. The store was out of stock of it and all they had was the orange one which I really didn’t want but I ended up getting anyway because I needed some for my old fashion.

The store is great. I dropped 2 stars due to the fueling situation. They have a rewards program that marked diesel fuel as reasonably priced as anywhere. However, the fuel pumps have to be the worst ever. I timed how long per gallon and timed the fill. It took almost 19 minutes to put in 32 gallons of fuel the last time I stopped.Previously I called and discussed the situation with the manager when it took a mere 14 minutes to fill. I was told they have been trying to get the diesel fixed. At almost 20 minutes, in the cold, I will be driving to the top of the hill to save time.

Great grocery store. You are able to scan your own groceries with the scanner provided at the entrance. It was probably meant to make shopping easier and faster but you still have to go to self check out to pay. The scanner does not process the payment on its own.I am removing one star because we found ourselves in the store at the most busy time (Saturday around 2PM) and they had no hot chicken ready. We were told to wait 15 minutes but when even after about half an hour there was still no fried chicken out (except popcorn chicken) we ended up grabbing some deli salads, cold cuts and cheese instead.Otherwise the staff seem friendly and helpful.

Smith's has the best deli meat selection in town the staff is usually attentive and polite. They do have one woman that seems to work Sunday mornings that I am now avoiding do to her being rude to other customers and myself but overall a great place. Bakery and the meat counter are always well staffed and super fresh foods! Yummy!

Aside from being run into with a cart by an employee, while wearing fluorescent osha yellow, their ice cream is hard to beat and it is usually on sale.I do not love that the 3rd door closed as that was the one I used all of the time. It seems very congested in that area now.But other than those 2 things the store is usually calm and less hostile than other places. Their produce selection is wonderful.

The staff here is amazing super helpful and if they don't know the answer to a question they find someone who does. The store is clean and usually well stocked. If you can't find something they will help you find it or suggest where else you might find it. The building itself is a bit small in comparison to other grocery stores but the variety of products they fit in it is impressive.

One week before Christmas I contacted the meet department to order a prime rib and was told they were not taking orders, but would cut the meat when I came to the store. So I got to the store at 6:15 on the 23rd and was told they quit cutting at 6:00. As I was standing there, several people came to pick up their orders they had placed previously! When I asked about that I was told I would have had to have placed it 3 days ago! Very frustrating! I then spent my $60 on a prime rib at Albertson’s, who had several roasts cut and ready for people to pick up!In addition to this issue, the produce department was unbelievably bare! While I have no issue with the things I buy at the store, and the staff is all very friendly, there does seem to be an issue with consistency in stocking items. There are many times I have to go to another store to pick up an item that is out of stock. Very frustrating and in necessary!

They went to scan and go so know the isles are filled with pallets not put on the shelves. And when you need help you can't find anyone who works "that department". So not being able to get down an isle on a Saturday or Sunday and no help we have decided they don't want our business. It was so much better before they went to scan and go and self check out. Lost our business completely!
