Welcoming environment, the items were priced on an reasonable amount. Clothing Price Tags weren't marked with the right amount for some of the clothing. Which therefore made my visit to "Rosses." Longer than expected, too make matters worse I only had a certain amount of cash, & when I was checking out I didn't have enough money to pay for my item's. Which was embarrassing, and I had to go look for different items of clothing that I was able to afford.

The store was a mess, it wasn’t worth going to this location, there was piles of clothing on top of the racks. We also couldn’t get our cart through a lot of the aisle, to many hangers and items on the floor. There was also no need to have a door greeter, or the same person talk to you at the register. That individual should of been made to clean the store, pick up items or even wash the damn floor..unbelievable. That’s a sign of poor management!

Staff were very welcomed, Price's weren't as said on tag not much of a differences but wasn't the exact price. Great retail store for cheap.

Great place to find brand name clothes and shoes. You need plenty of time and patience to go through the alleys and find your bargains. Sometime you can find cool items at the clearance department but again you need to go often because they are regularly sorting items and place some of it into sale.Plenty of parking because it is located close to the mall.

I was in Ross a week ago. Couldn’t believe the mess!!!! Clothes and shoes on the floor and everywhere!!! Disgusting!!!!!! There was a lady from Canada who was horrified, she told me she comes down every year and does all her Christmas shopping at Ross. Sad to say, we both walked out without anything. Not a good atmosphere to shop in at all!

Messy rude and not very clean and employees need to be kinder to costumers and more helpful do better clean up store and get organized I have terrible time finding things I want to get and buy be professional and respectful and clean thank you

Do they clean their stor with a snow plow? I have never seen anything like that in my life to think all those clothes piled up and down isles on the floor kicked to the side are not going to be cleaned.poor job management.

Check out lady told us we had to go back and take our hangers off. We were the only ones in line by the way so it's not like we had time when we got to the check out. We moved our cart to take the hangers off and she told us we were supposed to leave the cart there so she could start check out. Mind you the stand for the hangers was back another 15 feet behind us. Apparently we were supposed to run back and forth with all of the clothing ($250 worth)? I am happy to help out with removing hangers, but not when I am being told to do it in a rude way. We almost walked out and left it all there. Likely won't go back any time soon.

Very friendly. Professional. Dressed casual professional,. Was nice to go in a store and be able to browse with out employees following you around like you're stealing from them. I very seldom ever go in a store like that especially since I had that surgery. Which leads me to why they did not get a higher score if he's not have automatic cars for those of us that are truly handicapped I just had back surgery and cannot walk and I'm not supposed to walk longer than 5 minutes an hour so it makes it very hard to me to go somewhere that doesn't have a scooter. I hate driving them too but it's a necessity right now so if they don't have a scooter I usually am not going to their store between only Albertsons and super one , and Target

Their inventory has been lacking lately, and their customer service is strained. I think they must be understaffed. Shelves and recks half filled. The changing rooms are close early, like an hour and half before the close some times, vary inconsistent. They need to do better. I used to love going there. Now it's a last-ditch effort place to stop.

Store is in complete disarray. ONE cashier scheduled from 10-4. Obviously management doesn't care how store looks or functions. Bah humbug for this corporation.

Only one cashier was working, and a line of 20 people was waiting to check out. Shelves and isles in men's section was in disarray. Lack of employee's would be my guess

Very poor customer service. Refused to wrap breakable items. Was just going to put them all together in the same bag with no wrapping even after I asked them nicely to wrap them. Zero care. Merchandise haphazardly thrown around store and very messy. Do not recommend.

great place to shop for decent, fashionable, cheap(er) clothes, nice variety of household stuff, and good selection of beauty items. They have some widely known brand name stuff not a whole lot though.

I love Ross sooooo much!! I come here for school clothing and shoes!! They have so many brands listed and they are good and expensive brands!! Today I went and got some Nike legging for $20! The original price would have been $130! I got it for only $20! #loveross

High prices and nothing good for clothing and shoes. Rude staff and a very poorly trained security guard. Absolutely no enjoyment shopping here and when you take out the “low prices”, what’s the point of even stopping into this place. I truly feel this business will not be missed when it closes permanently. When corporate and local fail to care for the customer they destroy themselves from within. If corporate cares to fix the issue in the Helena MT store they need a complete restaffing starting with the manager.

Love the prices, was able to find 5 items that was in my size. Not caring for the ankle length jeans, a bit tight on my calves. Got some cute tote bags that were super cheap. Friendly staff, clean store. Not nearly as much clothing out on the floor as I had hoped.

It's really hit or miss with Ross. Some times we find all kinds of stuff, others we don't find anything. I mainly like buying long dresses, and super soft blankets from Ross. The items we have bought have been great! I'd definitely recommend everyone to go at least once!

Brought my business in the first time in years and the attendant there couldn’t have been any more rude, the store couldn’t have been anymore dead and the attendant with the name of shea couldn’t be bothered to greet me let alone let me know the total of my purchase, I came in there and spent over 100 dollars for that kind of service… never again.

Good prices on most things, have to be careful about what you are buying and make sure there are no tears, breaks, cracks, chips, check out the quality. Remember these are items that did not sell in other stores, sometimes for a reason. There is no customer service to speak of. It used to be you could call and ask if something was in stock and the clerk answering the phone would go and look. Not today! They don't offer any kind of help with anything whether you are present in the store or calling in. I live far out of town so it is nice to know that an item is available before I make the trip. I do most my shopping online, today, due to lack of customer service. Why drive to town to be ignored? I can be ignored online and get my buying done a lot faster. All stores need to think about this. I really dislike the security system that does not ignore you. If you are there any length of time they start following you in a suspicious manner, as if you are a shoplifter, but don't ask them a question because they don't answer you, they just keep walking like they are invisible. That is very irritating. I am older, I have disabilities, and it takes me time to walk around and look at things. I am not a shoplifter but, I understand the concern. I love Ross mostly because of the great prices but there could be some increased training on how to treat customers and being helpful.
