This pet smart is so amazing, every time my fiancé and I go we’ve always been helped by Tanner and he’s been so helpful and friendly!! It’s obvious he enjoys his job and has always been upbeat with us, we recently adopted a kitten and he hooked us up with some coupons and we’ve probably been at pet smart everyday buying something else :)

Great selection but the cashier tried to refuse to look up my account by email and I had to insist. Very poor experience. Service is generally subpar but prices are typical.

Tanks where clean and store looked clean for the areas I visited. Fair selection of fish. I went in to get a betta. There was a decent selection. I picked up a TopFin 3 gal betta tank. It was on sale and came with what I would need besides gravel decor, water conditioner and food. Fairly easy to find what I was looking for. Downside not one associate asked if I needed assistance finding anything or if I had any question. And they even walked past me multiple times. Cashier was the only one that greeted me as I left rhe store after my purchases.

I was homeless with my dog Star at one point after losing our house to s fire. I went into the store and asked the manager if she would be willing to donate a bag of dog food for Star since we lost everything in the fire. Shr donated a bag of dog food to us. When i occasional shop there for Star the employees are always very helpful and courteous. Your always greeted with a welcome to pet smart when you walk in. Just a nice clean fun store.

Very cold, unwelcoming atmosphere... it was odd, it felt more like a hardware store.Very sterile, no holiday decor (it was autumn and halloween).Empty shelves, no one greeted us or asked if they could help us find anything. The Halloween costumes for pets were a mess, disheveled, barely on the hangers and racks. It looked like no one cared about keeping the store neat and well-stocked.There were only a few other people in the store, so it wasn't busy... Worst part was the store clerk... she was impatient and rude. She thrust the item I purchased and a torn receipt toward me, no comment, no thank you or have a nice day. When I asked if I could get a plastic bag to put my purchase in, you would have thought I asked her to kiss my feet! She rolled her eyes, and gave my husband and I a dirty look. Wow! If you hate your job that much, maybe you should find a new one and definitely not working in a customer service field. This was my first time in a PetSmart store and most likely my last. It was an awful experience!

We have two dogs that are both a year old, one large and lovable golden doodle and one small Havamalt with the disposition of a cranky old man. We have gone to a few groomers as we have moved around but none have been as good or as professional as Jayden. Jayden always treats our dogs kindly as if they were her own. Both dogs despite their different personalities love going to see her and have both recently had their hair cut by her. She shaped their fur without the razor opting instead to use the scissor cut technique to where our dogs look as though they could be professionally shown in a dog show. Since our dogs have started to see her, we have noticed that they enjoy their at home brushes more and we have learned helpful tips from Jayden on how to properly take care of our doodles coat. I cannot recommend her enough and will continue going back to petsmart as long as she is there.

No employees around or available to help you. I had to wait in line at the checkout to get some help. Then they are not knowledgeable and unable to help. They page someone for help but nobody ever show up.

I love the selection of fish! And the ladies in said department are nice and informative. Saturdays the adoptable pets are here and they are adorable. The only thing I'd change is the place they source snails from, I can never get one, since they usually don't survive the shipping process to the store. Otherwise looove this location!

The employees are always very nice the fish on display are sometimes dead which is a bummer but every other displayed animal they have there live in very nice conditions. Very clean. Really helpful. Great to go for snacks for your dogs and supplies for fish and they have some good stuff there for animals

Took my dog Hank for his "spa day" today. Mika did an outstanding job as usual. Hank just loves her. She treats him as if he was her own. I highly recommend Mika and the gals at PetSmart for all my dogs needs.

Went in with the family to look at fish and birds. Mindy was helpful. She shared all she knew about the birds we were looking at. Inside, the store was clean and had a bunch of fish, animal food, and the cuddle. The cat area was packed full of cats and people hanging out with them. Make sure you become a pet mart member for those sweet discounts. Even if you don't have a pet, go inside and check it out. You might like what you see. Hooyah, bulldog's.

Nice, clean store. Their rescue cat area is particularly nice. I haven't used the grooming services but they seemed plenty busy so they must be fine. The employees were very nice to my puppy. I do wish they had a slightly better shampoo selection.

The store was really quiet and very clean. Great selection on food for both dogs and cats. Lots of harnesses and collars. Didn't really look at the treat selection in depth. The lady working was very nice and friendly. Overall pretty nice store smaller that I imagined but the items needed were definitely on point.

Kind of disappointing....not much selection, and prices are a bit high....would rather go to Petco..........edit*** unfortunately, nothing has really changed. Even the fish selection is pretty pitiful
