The services are great and there are some who seem to go above and beyond with the pampering. The only issue I have is that they NEVER answer their phone, which makes it difficult to schedule both my dogs at the same time. They told me that when they see dogs from the same owner scheduled at different times(scheduling online or thru the app) they will contact you to put them together. They've only done this once and when I've tried to call to get them scheduled, nobody in their grooming department, by dialing them directly or being transferred, ever picks up. It's aggravating and has led to many cancelled appointments because I live over an hour away and if my dogs can't be groomed together it's a pointless drive and time waster.

Very satisfied with my how my dog was treated. I need to make one comment - I was told her ears were cleaned but they were not so I took care of it. I use them all around the country and are treated professionally everywhere and we are in the computer everywhere - so easy to do

Excellent customer service. My dog doesn't seem stressed when going there. Karley cares for the animals and treats them well while she's grooming them. My dog is happy when I pick her up.

Because the ladies did an AWESOME job on the fur babies, especially Oly. He is 15 years old and he felt very comfortable with the facility. Our younger pup she's 8ish and she experienced a good day. She was not anxious AT ALL when I picked them up to come home

your company shaved my border collie, which have two coats, and should never be shaved except for surgery. I spoke to your manager in Great Falls, Mt. and she even admitted that border collies should not be shaved. I am extremely unhappy and weill be seeking counsel for your negligence, improper training of employees, and other damages. I will never recommend your company at all

Both of my dogs hate getting their nails clipped. My male, being a drama king, will do everything in his power to get you to stop messing with his feet. My female, also dramatic, becomes stiff as a board in hopes that it will all be over soon. Both groomers took the time to listen to me, take my concerns seriously, and have treated both dogs with gentleness and affection even when they were being dramatic.
