These guys are so freaking awesome! I went in with an odd problem, too broke to do the easy solution and pay for wireless controllers, and they went out of their way to help me out. Half hour before close.. it was amazing. Restored my faith in humanity! Thank you guys!

I literally just spent 40 minutes in this store looking for games that were $4.99 or less because they have signs on EVERY game rack that says "5 for $10, on games $4.99 or less, or 4 for $25 on game $9.99 or less. " Now this isn't just one sign up, there everywhere! Now these signs have been up for MONTHS NOW! So soon as I go to check out, the cashier tells me that it's for the members deal that they have. I told him it doesn't say anything about that, he then looks it up and tells me that there's no deal like that, Even though they have these misleading signs posted everywhere for months now! I told him they should probably take those signs down cause they're misleading ALL of us that are shopping there. They didn't even honor it like everywhere else does that has false advertising signs up! I buy Games here EVERY week, NOT NO MORE! You guys should of honored your mistake like the signs you had posted everywhere for that price! VERY disappointed

Jason (aka Thor) was extremely great! He’s knowledgeable and helpful and gave a great experience that I hadn’t received at other gaming stores. I got the feeling like he, and the store, really cared about my customer satisfaction. 10/10 WILL come back again!

Too expensive, you can almost by brand new. For a game at Walmart is 60 I saw the exact game there for 55.00 and it's used.

Employees were too busy talking about girls they had boinked to notice my kids and I enter the store. Promptly left when one employee exclaimed 'two in the pink, one in the stick', and then high fived each other.

Now that its under a different manager the place has gotten so much better. Its more comfortable and easy going. Plus the workers are just bloody awesome. I used to avoid the mall Gamestop but now I look forward to going.

Terrible service, customer service was so quick to tell me no to a product I was ignoring back even though it was posted as available through store only. Customer Rep sounded displeased and uninspired to help with my inquiry. Will not be back will not do business with this company anymore the lack of enthusiasm and professionalism is laughable and very disspointing. Why work if your not gonna be helpful during a crisis. Thank you for whoever works at the gamestop inside the mall in great falls your a trash employee and need to find another outlet for work.

I work nights, I woke up early just to buy the Nintendo classic console, clerk allowed people to cut the line ahead of me and the store was sold out before I bought one. Not the first time clerks at this location have had other customers cut in front of me in line but it will be the last for I will never never shop game stop ever again.

I disnt discover Gamestops til to long ago but it is very desireable if you are a gamer like myself and my family. They offer every major gaming system (Xbox one,Playstation 4,WII,Nintendo DS,PSP,and etc.). They have the accessories such as discounted headphones, controllers, and everything in between. Besides having nee games they also sell amd buy used items as well. Great place if you love games but are tight on cash.
