We were staying at the hotel next door with our lab and wanted to get a tag on him with our info just in case! The tag was only $10! Then we walked to North 40 and the same tag would have cost us $17 there, ouch! They also have an amazing selection of dog treats!

Fetch is clean and well organized, and they carry a great selection of pet foods. We take the dog here for daycare every week or two. He always comes home tired, and the price is very fair. The staff is friendly for the most part. Great shop.

My dog Chewie was over due for a groom and was looking like a real life Chewbacca! I took him to Fetch for the first time and Keisha was the best! My Yorkie looked so fresh and so clean. He is usually so stressed when getting groomed but today he seemed to do really well. I would highly recommend Keisha, she is very kind and is so good with your fur babies.

We love Fetch! It is a one-stop shop for all your doggy and kitty needs. They have lots of really nice brands of food, toys, leashes, harnesses, and our golden retriever's favorite bully and collagen sticks. All at very competitive prices comparable to bigger stores like North 40 or Petco. They also offer a self-serve dog wash area you can use for about $10-15, and also doggy socialization and manners classes that always are full; so they are certainly popular. We love it as our neighborhood pet store!

Fetch is an amazing place to bring your animals. My dog loves their daycare and I never worry dropping him off because the staff is great. They treat your animals as their own. We also come there for training classes and I feel like it’s helped both my dog and I a ton!! Definitely recommend them for all pet needs!

Wonderful staff but...Fetch has been a wonderful resource for daycare and boarding for our pup. Our pup is a rescue who needed to learn his manners so we learned about Fetch when looking for adult dog trainers. Karen and her class were great even after we discovered pup needed more training than the class was designed for. Front staff have always been polite, accommodating, and ready to help or answer questions.HOWEVER, communication and possibly management is lacking. As stated above, our pup needs more training and we wanted to stay with Fetch since it had been such a positive experience prior. But no one would call us back to establish said training. We have requested multiple times and left multiple messages for the trainers and haven't heard a word. Because pup was also in daycare and had gotten behavior notes before, we wanted to get the training ASAP. It has unfortunately come to the point that we are now looking for other sources of training entirely.We also have the misfortune of being disinvited from daycare, which we fully understand for safety and staff maintenance. But this brings up another issue with COMMUNICATION. After the first notes on the negative behavior, whenever we picked pup up, we asked how he behaved trying to see if our home attempts were helping. For two weeks, we were told pup was doing great, he was a good boy, no problems, no issues. And then we were blindsided with a call from the daycare manager describing how horrible pup had been behaving and so he can no longer partake in daycare unless he gets some more training... which we'd been trying to get for well over a month at …this point. Again, I have no qualms with being disinvited if pup is dangerous and causing problems. We're trying to get him help to fix them. But when we ask for feedback and help and we don't get either, it's exceedingly frustrating. Because of all of this, Fetch Pet Boutique has lost us as customers and we will be seeking training and boarding needs elsewhere.

Amazing service, attention to detail and always ensuring that my fur baby is put first. I wouldn't trust any other facility in caring for her. If looking for grooming, ask for Abby- she did an amazing job on her tail! And their daycare is so good that she's almost depressed whenever we come home whereas she's jumping up the car windows in excitement when she sees that giant green building.

If you're looking for a place that's genuine, authentic, and friendly for your dog. . . This is it. We've been going to fetch for all our dog needs, including training our German shepherd. As far as dog experts in Montana go, look no further! The staff at fetch have the knowledge you need and they have the personality required to handle any canine caper. I absolutely recommend bringing your dog here!

This place is amazing! Everything is perfectly priced for the quality, and all the food has great ingrediants. Daycare and boarding is a bit more on the spendy side than what we are use to, but the dogs sure look happy!

We got our puppy, Cooper, in April and I have utilized the self bathing room, Puppy training, grooming, day care, boarding and purchased leashes and treats. Cooper LOVES going there!! He even perks up and gets his tail wagging when we are at the light to turn in. Once there, he can't get out fast enough and pulls me on his leash to get inside. The staff is incredible and helpful. We did try one other day board when Fetch was full and I will not do that again. By far, the best place in town and just an amazing business. I only had a small issue with the overnight boarding. When I picked Cooper up, his personal items were wrapped in his blanket and I didn't discover until we got home that the stuffed animal he sleeps with was soaked in urine. However, I communicated with the owner and she was very kind and apologetic.

First visit to Fetch, and it is a nice place! The store is clean, and well kept. The employees are very friendly, and helpful. We used their self-serve bath station, and it was extremely clean and well kept. My only complaint is that I have an 80 lb Bernese Mountain Dog mix, and they only give you a tiny bottle of shampoo (I probably could have asked for more, but was in a hurry). The tubs are large which is good, but the slip lead was too far down for my dog to use comfortably. Other then that it seems to be a very nice place!

Good dog selection for more unique items for dogs. Like natural treats or travel bowls. If you are looking for clothing or beds there is only a small selection. Owner is a nice gal. Some of the employees are not the greatest with customer service. And not much for cats here. My dogs especially like the non-rawhide chews. I have not had experience with day care, boarding, or grooming.

I love their bathing tubs! For $16 they give you shampoo, a towel and a scrubby thing to loosen the hair. Flying Pig brand dryer and THEY CLEAN UP when you are done. It's perfect for my bad back. Super friendly staff

Fetch is absolutely great! The people are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The products are high quality. Jessica our trainer is smart, talented, and great to work with. Raising our puppy has been easy because of the training and structure she provides. The boarding facilities are lovely and my dogs love the day care! Whenever we pull up to fetch they are both wagging their entire bodies not just their tails. I highly recommend them for all of your pet care needs

Training is a very reasonable price. Sasha loves being there. I'm so glad there's a good place like this for my little (soon to be big) Sasha. The Monday trainer also does the puppy play and she's so good with Sasha AND me!

Its clean. Staff is EXTREMELY friendly. They do super work! on my EXTREMELY wiggly dog. Grooming is awesome. The store itself with all their wonderful products are a bit on the upper shelf price but we bought our bigger dog a harness there and still after 2 years it shows no wear (except dog dirtiness) I like this store. It is about 7-10 miles from my home and there are closer groomers but I really like these guys, go on in check them out, you WILL probably like it....Happy Place. OH AND THEY HAVE A COOKIE BAR TO BUY DOGGY COOKIES IN BULK, YUMMY FOR THEIR TUMMIES
