Found a shirt my grandmother loved but no price tag. I asked what the price of the shirt was and was told "you couldn't afford it anyway" HA. Glad you think so. Walked out immediately. Will never be back. EDIT: Really? You think that my review is spam? Interesting! Because I've talked to MULTIPLE people who have been told the same thing from you guys, and by the other reviews I'm reading on here, are you REALLY surprised?

Looking on the web for stores my friend can visit, as she’s traveling there from Canada, I came the Dragonfly Dry Goods website. I’ll tell my friend to stop by. Looks so nice from the photos. I love these kinds of unique independent shops!

I’d never been in this store before but I brought my daughter here because she wanted to try something new. The store has very cute clothes on display by the windows, which is very enticing and welcoming. But the moment i walked in this establishment i was immediately followed around the store but not in a helpful way more of a creepy way. Everywhere i turned was the same older lady watching me. at first i thought it was just me being paranoid but when i walked to a completely different part of the store from her, boom there she was looking at me,while everyone else was able to shop in peace, the elderly lady followed me around the store. she was so close to me i know she heard the conversations my daughter and i were having. I should have asked her to hold my clothes and be my shopping cart, since she was so concerned about my whereabouts in the store but i didn’t. I mean, if they have problems with theft, an inconspicuous way to watch people without being a creeper,and scaring new customers away with their shenanigans. would be maybe invest in a great security system? Needless to say, I could not purchase anything from this store. I cannot support dragon fly dry goods with my hard earned money no matter how cute their store is. This saddens me, I love shopping locally, supporting my community, and keeping my money in great falls. even though they had horrible customer service they did have very beautiful jewelry some locally made, cute decor items and much more!

I loved dragonfly but after today, I won’t be going back. When any friends or family came to town, I would always take them there and today was no different. My sister in law was in town and spent over $350 on baby clothes. My 3 year old daughter and I were in the store with her while she shopped and as we were leaving a woman employee who was not in the store the entire time we were there asked my 3 year old to show her what was in her shopping bag so she could ensure she wasn’t stealing anything. This was after we had already made an $50 purchase. After my daughter opened her bag, the woman looked in it and then went back to the back of the store. I was in such shock about it that I didn’t fully process it until we were out of the store and home. If you suspect my grabby toddler put something she shouldn’t have in her bag, I understand that completely but talk to the parent about it, don’t manipulate my 3 year old into opening their shopping bag for you. It was so gross. Also, because I also know how toddlers are, I had already checked her bag to make sure she wasn’t accidentally taking anything. Talk to the parent, not the child.

It's so sad reading these reviews😢 when there's a negative review and the owner responds, a bad vibe with sarcasm, hatefulness and defensiveness, just pours out!! Most good owners would be offering discounts and apologizing for a bad experience , but you, I don't even have to meet you and I can feel and see just how ugly you and your staff are to everyone, You need to "check" yourself, because we have way too many hateful nasty people in this country, we sure dont need another one. So take your staff out and over a cup of coffee, down at the bakery where kindness envelops you, and re-think what kindness means and whata love for your community feels feels like for everyone. We all want to see our locals find success, just remember "one BAD apple 🍎 spoils it for everyone" So.....don't be a bad apple, they're ugly.

The place is adorable! Fun clothes and many other things. Enjoyed looking while in town. The BAD.....THE SNOOTY STAFF...5 employees totally ignored me...i was in the store for 45 minutes. There were no other customers in store. They saw me..walked by me..talked to each other..but could not be bothered to extend a "hello"

Zero stars. I used to love this store. Cute, unique items. I loved to window shop here. I saved up money from my minimum wage job to buy my unborn sons first outfit from this store. As I was window shopping, an associate used the excuse to pry into my sleeping daughters car seat and patted down her blanket. It was very uncomfortable and the associate quickly scurried away never to speak to me again. I felt their eyes on me the entire time. The fact that they used my daughter as a means to check if I was stealing was disgusting and insulting. I never went back, but tried to convince myself it wasn’t a big deal. Working in retail and I would NEVER do this to an individual. I’d also leave a review on Facebook, but the option isn’t allowed. Since we like to assume things, I’ll play along. I’m assuming to avoid a poor rating?

Lots of unique clothes, jewelry, shoes and ketchy gifts. The staff was moderately helpful but spent alot of time together at the checkout - was used to, on prior visits, more helpful suggestions for optional shoe styles, matches to jeans, etc., Will return

I called on a Friday and I spoke to a lady on the phone and she found the item aI was looking for and offered to hold the item.. All while I was on the phone that is above and beyond terrific customer service . I will shop there again and I recommend people to shop there for gift ideas for everyone on your list . During this covid 19 stores have either stepped up or failed at customer service. Dragonfly staff greeted me when I entered and thanked me for coming in at the end.Good quality and good prices and . Plus a clearance room..thank you . Shop local and support local.

Wow, so much great stuff in the awesome downtown store. As a guy I was a bit worried about going in, but found several great gifts, (wine themed stuff) and some cool trendy jewelry. Clothes, decorative items, (my wife buys super cool boots here!)If you want to check out a place that is fun, an has nice people to help and probably more than you were looking for.. this is it!!

Dragonfly Dry Goods has top quality products and tons of selection. It's a great store for finding the perfect gift. Their men's department is small, but has lots of cool stuff. I love my Tommy Bahama pullover that I bought there this spring. Great Falls is lucky to have such a great store located here!

store is full of fun different items for all ages, yes some items are pricey but thats because they are well made and worth it, there are lots of fun less pricey items that make great souvenirs too! the all of the staff was friendly and helpful, they even offered great advice on where to go for dinner

I had previously considered picking up a present for my girlfriend here for the upcoming Christmas holiday. Then the owner, who apparently owns several other buildings in downtown, saw fit to drive the 5th Street Diner (a wonderful establishment and downtown eatery) out of business, over a disagreement stemming from a meeting of the city's parking council.I may like supporting local businesses, but I don't support bullies, or people who have my favorite diners shut down, and thus, will be taking my business elsewhere. It may seem contradictory, but if you support local business in Great Falls, do not shop here.

Even though I have lived in Great Falls for several years, yesterday was the first time I made into DragonFly Dry Goods. It certainly isn't the first time I've heard of it or intended to stop in. The owner does an amazing job of marketing the business through a variety of local media. And it was NOT a disappointing experience. The store is everything it is advertised to be...and more! I was expecting a space about half as big as it actually is. It was clean, fun, interesting and the staff was lovely. Very friendly and helpful but not invasive. I loved the merchandising and the very large selection! I will definitely visit again.

Dragonfly is absolutely my favorite store in Great Falls! The owner is so sweet and really knows her customers. They also carry my favorite line, Joseph Ribkoff!The store is HUGE! Not only can you find your new favorite outfit, the gift and home goods selection is amazing as well! This is a one stop shop and a must for any gift shopping!

My girlfriend and I were not greeted or asked if we needed help our entire time in the store. But we were however followed for the entire 20 minutes we were present. We simply wanted to shop during the great falls annual Christmas stroll like all of the other white couples in the store but unlike the other couples we happened to be a Mexican and Caucasian couple. This is not the type of behavior I expect from my home town

If I could give a lower rating I would. The prices here are beyond reproachable and the owner is an egocentric business woman who cares more about making money than the city that supports her. She is a huge reason our downtown has struggled with a monopoly over business leases and locations. You'd be better off taking your business elsewhere. Maybe even feather your nest.

I love this store! Dragonfly Dry Goods has stuff here that other stores do not carry. Starting with their employees. You are greeted with a warm invite. They help you with anything needed. This store has clothes, shoes, home decor and omg when the holidays come around!!!!! There is magic everywhereyou look. I feel like a kid again.

One of the places that I miss most in Great Falls, MT is Dragonfly Dry Goods! This is the best place in town to update your seasonal outfit and make your house look amazing. Alison and her staff go above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy and satisfied with their items as well as the overall shopping experience. They are incredibly helpful and polite. I no longer live in GF’s but Alison is kind enough to not only DM me pics, but also show me what items look great with others. We will shop in person any time we are home and encourage our friends and family to SHOP LOCAL! Thank you Alison, I wish you many more years of success ♥️
