Cute store. They have household decor, kitchen and laundry goods. Even some household and patio furniture to choose from. Great prices on any holiday decor. Nice selection of furniture. Very helpful customer service.

I remember Pic-N-Save before it was big lots. I love shopping here. Decent items for decent prices. However i was shocked to find a 24 pack of pepsi more expensive here than at Albertsons. Customer services is courteous

If I didn't have to give any stars I wouldn't, I was in this Big Lots Store yesterday in great falls montana on 10th Avenue S and I am a big lots rewards member and the cashier punched in my phone number wrong and then punched in my email address wrong after showing her my montana veteran ID and asking if there was a veteran discount the clerk was extremely rude and told me no, I know I had a coupon to use on my account, but this cashier didn't want to listen to anything so this Naval Veteran will never shop at big lots again.

My family and I got in the store about 12 minutes before closing. The main guy (so sorry, Brandon or Brendon) was so nice and polite. We live out of town so being able to shop quickly meant so much to us even though it was almost closed. We weren't hounded, we were given space to get what we needed. I really appreciate that. I always have loved Big Lots, but this made me love the store even more.

Very nice! I'd love to see a bigger Halloween section, because yall already have Christmas stuff out and it ain't even October. Not to mention Thanksgiving hasn't come around yet. Other then that. Friendly staff, good prices, and over all neat stuff. ^^

Prices have risen there like everywhere. What I bought, soup, chips, spices cost $75 and fit in one shopping bag.

The store is pretty nice, it has a decent amount of stock and some specialty items that I didn't expect. The furniture selection is ok . The restrooms were really clean just missing some small items. Overall things were pretty good. The register lines got backed up pretty bad but the wait wasn't very long.

I Love This Store. It's A Good Place To Go If You're Looking For Pretty Cheaply Priced Items. Every Time I Go There The worker's Are Nice And Helpful And When I Get To The Check Out, They Always Ask Me If I Had Any Problems Finding What I Was Looking For.

Big Lots has a lot of items at a cheaper price than other stores. The staff is friendly, if sparse. Their tea selection is not as large as in the past, sadly.

I can usually get something or nothing here. It's a good place to get in & out quickly (usually) and now that they have some refrigerated food in addition to dry goods it's very convenient. I sometimes like to just stroll through the store and take a looksee so I know what I want to pick up later. Fun stuff here. Nice affordable furniture also for purchase or rent to own

Some of the people who work there take and make tue best of where they work and are helpful then there are some of them that I just won't even deal with as it feels like I'm an inconvenience that I'm shopping there and would like help looking for some thing or there to pick up my table I already bought and paid for it Just needed to come in on the truck

I live 2 hours away bought a table and rented a truck to pick it up when I got home and opened the box I noticed a huge crack in the table. Now I have to rent another truck to to return the broken table 70 dollars in gas both times and 100$ truck rental both times Big lots said that the wont compensate me for gas or the truck rental this was a huge waste of time and money. They do not take care of their customers

Love this store. I can usually find anything I am looking for. Christmas decorations are so reasonably priced and rather I am in Great Falls or Helena the staff is so helpful.

This is a place where alot of things are great priced but other things you can get cheaper at other places. However it's nice to be able to go there and get the things I want in one place without the hassle of big crowds like at Walmart. People here are always nice.

Parking is limited and it's in the dying Holiday Village mall, so there's two strikes. They need security or someone this place. People's children were literally bouncing off the walls, it was a zoo. Disgusting. I have 6 kids and they wouldn't dream of it. The employees were not addressing that behavior nor offering to help me. I definitely won't be back and I recommend you go elsewhere too.

Went to buy a recliner, only to be told that we couldn't buy any furniture item tonight. Asked why? Because they do not do furniture carryouts after 7:30pm, that it is corporate policy. The male who helped my husband was snotty and rude about it.I've looked for this so called policy, not able to find it online. We will go somewhere else and give them business.

Look, this place is a no thrills no gimmicks. BUT cheap booze and bad singing. What's not to love. Yeah Karen I know it takes a lot of courage to sing but that chick was terrible.

Thank God there are other stores in thus city! Some things are at a good value. Overpriced on furniture,cannot buy outright from the store for furniture. Very disappointing! Put it this way, I have not spent $5 in 2 years at this store. Just not worth it.
