Very unfortunate because this was the pharmacy used and liked for most of my time up here. I called in a prescription and their pharmacist accused me of hanging up on her and proceeded to chastise before I ever got to the counter. I called her superior because it felt discriminatory then she proceeds to walk up to me and address me in a petty way. I told them I didn’t want to use their pharmacy because I felt discriminated and they told my doctor they wouldn’t serve me anymore. Sounds like discrimination.

I was so excited to switch pharmacies, as I was seen by a new Dr. here in Great Falls (just recently moved here). I had been here once before and they were kind. Today's experience was horrific. It could have been saved, however they did not think it was necessary. I had called an hour prior to just make sure they had received my rx's, somebody told me that 1 prescription was filled and the other was currently being filled. I said that was great, I wouldn't be there for a little while. When I showed up neither prescription was filled. This could have been fine/saved, however the staff was demeaning and very rude. I also specifically asked if there was something I could do different next time to make sure I didn't drive over here prior to them being done. They had no response for that, did not give me any information, nor did they seem to care. They were the least bit interested in who said what, then as I walked away, they decided that it would be OK to laugh....when the rx was ready, a lady called me up by my 1st name to get in line, I got in line, however, the lady decided to yell out my last name to "you better get in line NOW". I yelled back saying, "I was in line, thank you". Again, they were laughing. Really necessary? You should be embarrassed!!

I receive the same experience every time I go to Osco Pharmacy. The Pharmacists are polite can answer any question you ask them. They always welcome us with a warm welcome. Everything on my bottle is correct. Never before at my last place I got my medication filled. It’s wonderful going and being treated this way. I give everyone a 10 in my book.

Very rude I transferred a prescription from my pharmacy thar I regularly use so I could get them on Sunday cuz my pharmacy is closed on Sundays....well I get there to get my prescription and they didn't have enough until Monday so I tried transferring it again to Walgreens and she says I can't do it and was rude about it so I have to wait another day like I just want my prescription is all apparently u can't transfer a prescription if they give u some that they had

Been using Osco for awhile. They've always been friendly but more and more they seem to be dropping the ball lately. So far they've filled a prescription under a random doctor which caused my doctor to question me. They've done things like fill only part of the prescription because they didn't read the whole thing. Now today I go to pick up my meds after giving them 2 and a half days just to see it's not ready. I ended up waiting and additional 40 minutes just to find out they can't fill it. Now the following day they notify me that it's ready. I go to pick it up and it's still not ready. On top of this the little redhead acts like it's not their fault.

My son was prescribed a medication that 3 pharmacies did not have. I went to this pharmacy and they took the time to call the doctor to find something else they did have in stock. I appreciate the helpfulness rather than just shoving me off to another pharmacy.

Every time we need to come here cause Andersons is closed we have to deal w these STUPID ppl. They are too busy joking and watching TV to do there job and that's y it takes forever to get scripts.
