Always stop here for groceries and that’s not the problem; the customer service is the problem. 9/10 times when I walk up to the customer service desk I have to wait and look for the person. But today was even more frustrating when at 10:30 in the morning there is a hand written note saying be back in 15 minutes on a break? This isn’t on the workers it’s on the managers. Someone sure answered my call quick but no one could walk up to the 5 people at the customer service counter. Ridiculous. Do better it’s called a customer service desk for a reason.

I love this store. It’s my go-to. I had to get balloons yesterday after the main balloon filler left and two very helpful employees went above and beyond to help me! Then it was windy outside, so another employee ran to get his coat to help me get all the balloons to my car. I left feeling so thankful for great people.

I love this grocery store. Their produce section is by far one of the nicest I've seen. For one, because its clean. But also (and especially) because its huge and they stock everything, even hard to find ingredients. They offer a wide variety of frozen and dry goods as well, ranging from organic and speciality foods to everything you'd imagine any local grocery store to carry.

Here at Albertson’s everything is laid out in the worst way possible and you’ll never find the one item that you need. It’s usually out of stock and you’ll find that out after you spend 30 minutes looking for it. No one knows where anything is so asking does not help

Always clean and plenty if items. Prices say are going up but that is all over the place. I can find plenty of keto items and regular kid loving items as well.

Have new better mangers & people work there ! Some times staff helps people out if need to .Mangers need to throw the foods or drinks away after some one put some thing in them & before some one touch it & buy it & some times people found out but not all the time !People work there needs to stop being rude to people go there .Ha lol ha

It is so convenient to be able to order via Door Dash and have delivered to my door. We typically order something from the deli along with the groceries needed. I think Albertsons needs to spend a little more time describing what the store has. So that we CAN ORDER what's available. The deli is HARD to order from. You have to go through several different KEY WORDS or phrases to try and get an item to come up, IF you can get it to come up at all.Otherwise... we love Albertsons. Always clean and stocked. Just please do better when it comes to your on-line ordering. If we can find it... ... we can buy it!

On 3 separate occasions, including this week, we have bought things (ground beef, chicken, and cheese) and they have been out of date or rotten. I have never been to a grocery store and have had this happen however 3 times from one place in 3 months is ridiculous.

I’m out of town, and ordered flowers through the Albertsons website for my wife for Mothers Day. I received the order confirmation email stating the flowers were ready for pickup, but substitutions were made. The flower arrangement that was substituted was $10 cheaper than what I ordered, but I was charged more than the original arrangement to begin with. I called the store, was transferred to someone, then was hung up on, albeit accidentally (I think). I called the number back in the email, the phone was picked up and I could hear people talking in the background for just over a minute. They finally responded back, we’re confused just like me, found the flowers that were supposed to be in the arrangement and added them. Texted me a picture (only reason I’m giving a second star) of the arrangement as it was supposed to be originally (I’m guessing…the description and images of the arrangements online is severely lacking detail). All in all, I won’t be ordering anything online from here again.

I shop here every week as my number 1 choice. On Sundays, military get a 10% discount. Additionally, being a loyalty member comes with a lot of discounts. I save $30/week coming here. They have everything I need in a grocery store. Grocery Rewards also save me $.10 to $.70 cents per gallon at the gas pump every week.

I have exclusively shopped at Albertsons for most of the last 30 years. I find Albertsons consistently carries the best selections of produce, seafood and meats and at the best prices.The stores are clean and well stocked, and their store personnel are excellent.The Great Falls personnel never fail to go out of their way to be helpful and personable, many even knowing my name.Great Falls has remodeled their produce, meat, deli, dairy areas and features very nice coolers and product displays.Once in a while I see a flyer from another store with a better price on an item. I consider that probably a ‘loss leader’ and consider the convenience of shopping in a store that I know what I want and we’re it is compared to driving across town to be lost and aggravated to saving $2.00 …..thanks, but no thanks, I’ll stick with Albertsons and I know I’ll be happier in the end🤗

Good place to shop because of varieties and many choices on most products. Only complaint is AD items not marked clearly and many times are not updated in their scanning system. You need to watch what you are getting charged. July 2022/ So many out of stocks. No carts inside store. I saw 3 employees talking by the deli and mentioned to them about the cart issue. Ten minutes later they are still talking and nothing done about the absence of shopping carts. March/2023- Out of stocks still an issue. Prices have risen at an absurd pace. Not a reasonable place to shop at anymore.

Got in and out.. had what I needed except grape & orange crush pop.. that's usually not the case the pop crush is always stocked with all 3 Strawberry, grape and orange.. well not disappointed because it's the first time it's happened.

Fruits, vegetables and meats are always better at Albertsons in my opinion. Especially compared to Walmart. You get what you pay for sort of thing. I have a lot less anxiety at Albertsons as well

I’m visiting Great Falls and noticed the prices here are really high. Like 30-40% higher than I’m use to. But when I shopped around I found other big chains at more affordable prices.

Great grocery store. Great quality of fresh meat and seafood. The quality of the produce is fantastic. Awesome deli for those quick meals.Bakery is awesome as well. Their bakery sweet treats are topnotch. Yum 😋

Absolutely love there fried chicken. And there bakery filled with all sorts of delicious baked goods that'll certainly turn any Sassy Skinny into a Jolly Fat Kid ! Prices can be a bit much but in this day & age whose prices aren't.

I go to Albertsons quite often to get water and food for myself & my mother. The store is right on the bus route so it's a quick trip for me. The store is large , organized & very clean. They got a self service checkout so I have never had to stand in long lines , it's very efficient and the staff there is very helpful & respectful. The prices are reasonable also. Thank u GreatFalls & Albertsons for being a great place to shop 😀👍

Adonna is the most friendly face I look forward to seeing every time I do grocery pickup. I rarely order from other grocery stores solely because of her. The other girls working pickup along side her are so great as well.

Deli was in chaos. When I called the store manager he refused to acknowledge or fix the problem. We asked the clerk to 3 times to please make more potatoes and gravy, she refused. She did say that they just microwave them. I asked for some then, but she threw a huge $15.00 bag on the scale and a bag of gravy. I thought these items would have been put in containers. So I paid 15 for the bag of potatoes and 8 for the bag of gravy. Terrible customer service and the manager of the store was even worse.

Not a fan when I went most the meat was pretty much DOUBLE PRICE buy one get one free. The veggies were a small little section that was littered with stand alone coolers. Everything was a bit on the pricy side in comparison with other stores. Fairy nice place but was bussy early afternoon.

I really like the Albertson's on 10th Ave. Staff is remarkable. Always offering to help you, what ever need or want. The store is well stocked. The store is very clean. The checkers and youth are very polite and fun to visit with while your groceries are being bagged. Helping to get to your car is also fun to talk to the kids there laughs all the way. Keep up what you all are doing . It's sure working .

I was walking out of the store on the crosswalk when I was struck by a vehicle. The vehicle speed away and thankfully I was not hurt. Video footage from the store conveniently missed the frame of impact. Deep down I don’t think it was a coincidence that frame isn’t there

Husband and I started shopping here about 4 years ago, we were so tired of spending so much time grocery shopping at Walmart. It has been the best decision, we love the rewards, the friendliness of everyone there and the time we save.
