Very professional knowledgeable group at the Dawson county veterinary clinic. They also go the extra mile. Two years in a row while hunting in Glendive area. My dog had a trouble with a porcupine and a skunk. It was after hours on both occasions, and they immediately got her in and did emergency care.

My pup has major anxiety when seen by a veterinarian. VCDC was thorough, asked for my input and then explained everything clearly. Most importantly they really seemed to understand my dog's fears and treated him with compassion. Thank you!

Best Vet clinic I've ever used. They are extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and great with animals. From large animals to small you won't be disappointed. They also have food and supplies for sale. Pictured is Scooby my son's dog 4 years after being hit by a car on a 18 mile hike. I'll never forget what they did for us that day. They also take care of our horses and cattle.

In October 22 we were passing through Glendive and staying at a local hotel. Our dog had what appeared to be a stroke. We walked in at 5 minutes before closing. The vet and her staff could not have been more accommodating. They ran tests, performed blood work and helped our dog recover from whatever was the cause. They could not have been better. The people of Glendive are fortunate.

My black lab got into a porcupine, I called for help and I got excellent care. This is a very nice facility In doctor Jen was very thorough and professional. I thank her so much, For her exceptional care and surgery. If I ever need help again while I'm in Montana I will surely call that Veterinarian clinic. My daughter took her dog in for a neutering.All work there was good.They release the dog and tell her she doesn't need a sedative for a hyper fog even though she explained the dog is hyper and doesn't slow down.Then they proceed to tell her she doesn't need a cone for the hyper dog???Now I have had several dogs neutered and every time the veterinarian has given us the cone on the dog to prevent them from licking the sutures.So she get dog home he starts licking and she calls they tell her to go get a cone( which she asked about at their office) at running. Runnings doesn't carry cones. She goes to ace tgey only have small cones. She buys cone to help dog stop licking.She notices sutures opening up so she calls vet they now charge a college student who brought her dog to them for neutering and additional 230$ to fix what they didn't do right in the first place and proceed to tell her she needs a sedative for the dog and the cone is too small and provided her with the proper size cone I am sure all inclusive in the $230 for after hours visit.So if you are taking animals into trust vet beware 🤔

On Nov 5th while hunting in the area my GWP had an encounter with a porcupine and had numerous quills in the facial area. We called Dawson County vet Clinic and even thou they were getting ready to go home for the day said they would stay open till we arrived. They were able to remove the quills after sedation and had us back on the road. Me and Ammo will forever be grateful to the Dr and his staff for getting us back in the field to continue our hunt Thank You

We had to put our 15 year old cat to sleep today. The vet and the staff where so kind. I felt secure in my decision. Our cat ended up having oral cancer. I was informed every step of the and before we got the results we had a planned formed for other possible treatments. I was given pros and cons for decisions. I dont care if I have to drive 45 miles to bring me pets in. The care of our cat , and my family was beyond what I have had in the past.

I love this vet!We drive an hour to go to Dawson county Vet Clinic, it is worth it!Staff is super friendly, helpful, & informative.On call vet (emergency/after hours) was patient (as I freaked out) and helpful.Pricing is great, also.

If it's not an emergency and you can make an appointment and you have All the money for whatever situation it is up front then they will talk to you if you call and explain what's going on with your animal just looking for some advice. You will get told in the most unconcerned way to make an appointment and if u can't pay in full no payment option then don't bother they can't help u and obviously are not going to listen to you let alone give u advice without paying for it.. NOT IMPRESSED! Wibaux and Beach are the way to go and their first concern isn't your pocket book it's your animal... as it should be .. then after your animal is ok they will set u up a payment plan since some situations can be more expensive then you can afford ATM ..

My Brittany got quilled by a porcupine on our last day hunting pheasant before heading back to South Carolina. After removing 80% of them in the field it was clear she would need sedation for the rest. The staff here was pleasant, quick, professional, and very fair in price. I could not recommend them more.

I thought my dog had worms because he all of a sudden became very ill after we changed his diet from hard food to soft food. Glendive was helpful on that part because they explained that you can't just flip from hard to soft, you need to ease them into the change or your pet can get worms. So they gave me an antibiotic for my dog to get rid of the worms. I gave it to him like I was supposed to & it seemed like he was only getting sicker, like it was killing him so I stopped giving it to him & thank God he started recovering from the antibiotic. It was so scary! I'll never take my dog there again.

This clinic is fabulous with my chihuahua, even when he’s being nasty. The doctors I’ve seen (Majueras and Voss)are both very warm and knowledgable. Their prices are some of the most reasonable I have ever seen in the states. I’d definitely recommend them.

I recently switched Vets from Wibaux to Glendive, My dog was having a very bad allergic reaction and no one would help us because it was Sunday, and the other Vet clinics I called wouldnt help because we werent clients and wantes us to wait until Monday, he was miserable all weekend and he couldnt wait until Monday, Dawson Vet clinic was more than happy to come in and help us even though we weren't regular clients. Now they have gained 3 more rwgular clients, thanks for the help!!!

People were too busy (with lunch) to help me with my laboring dog. I explained that she birthed a dead pup and some green was all over her and the baby. They said they couldn't see her until later that afternoon so we took her to beach.. who waited for us to get there during their lunch and did an emergency c-section and cleaned her out. They said she would have died had we waited minutes longer.
