I’m not sure if it’s because we were moving here and not just driving through, but the housekeeper this morning was so incredibly rude. We were checking out after three days, and she said “Are you finally checking out?” Keep In mind, we haven’t spoke to anyone at the hotel. I said “We are.”She responded with “Oh Good, finally.” I apologized for staying, because after that, I truly am sorry we gave them almost $500, I said “ya know, most people say good morning before being rude.”. I was horrified. I spoke to my husband and when he went to speak with her, she became confrontational and agitated, then followed him to the lobby to make sure he couldn’t say anything. We decided this was the best way to talk to management. He wasn’t willing to be spoke to that way again by an angry employee. My family won’t be staying here when they come into town, we will not be going back for any reason. A cozy room is not enough to negate the nasty attitude of the staff.

Had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean, beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Even with a wrestling tournament in town and a lot of kids in the hallways, the noise in the rooms were minimal. The on-site restaurant served an enjoyable meal. The reason for the 4-star location was the view from the window was directly into an implement dealership and we stared at the back end of a combine. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and I would highly recommend the Cottonwood if you find yourself staying in Glasgow.

Stayed in king suite. Had two TVs but only the bedroom remote has batteries. The fitness center has two treadmills, but one sounds like it is halfway broken. The cable machine does not adjust heights, so needs to servicing to be fully functional. No breakfast is disappointing, but there is a spa in each building, which is cool.

All in all, this hotel is a great stay for the area. People are pretty friendly, rooms are clean, modern, and large. Having a pool, hot tub and gym. Gym includes wall mirror to lift free weights if the cable machine and the one adjustable bench, are not occupied, one working treadmill the other one is a gym ornament (hasn't been regularly working in several years), an elliptical (does anyone use these anymore), a low sitting cycler, two tvs and a broken clock that works, but never changes time, to enjoy instead of staring at the wall.Including an RV park with picnic tables and plenty of wandering area with enough dog poo to step in. Recommend bags with trash disposal. Restaurant has great service and food is decent. Lounge is typically very busy whenever I roll through. Good for business, but proof traveling workers need a break.4-star rating due to amenities being 3-stars. Need a few more improvements around the property. I like it here, but seeing no changes over the years in certain areas shows what's important and what's not.

The room was quiet, cold ac, clean and comfortable bed. The recliner was a bonus and nice to have. The bath products were great and smelled amazing. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was nice to soak our sore muscles after our adventures. We appreciated the shuttles from the train station and to the air port very much!! We would definitely stay again if in the area.Bonus, The Wood restaurant is attached is a decent place to grab a bite to eat. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast there.Walkability: It is not walkable to restaurants, downtown, etc. But the property does offer a restaurant and good amenities.Food & drinks: There is a restaurant, bar and casino, and lounge available.

There aren't a lot of choices in Glasgow but this is the best one. We weren't sure what we would get but we were very happy with our stay. I don't want to buzz market other chains but we usually stay in $130-170 hotels when we travel. The Cottonwood was much cheaper for the same value (except for no free breakfast.) We stayed in the B wing and the room was a little tight for our family of 3 but it worked fine. We got oatmeal from the nearby grocery store and used hot water from the lobby to make breakfast most mornings. The pool was never overcrowded but usually had other kids there for our son to play with. The constant noise from the AC unit was great for sleeping. We will happily stay here again next time we are in the area. Note that if you are a disc golfer, there is a fun course less than half a mile away.Rooms: They aren't huge but they are clean and well-maintained.Nearby activities: Check out disc golf at Centennial Park.

Great stay at a reasonable price.Restaurant for breakfast was very good, quick with an attentive waitress. Supper in the lounge the night before was excellent, it was a happening place with good atmosphere. We traveled with friends, their room was in the main building, us across the parking lot. Very nice rooms, seperate bedroom feel with french doors, a sofa a tv in ea room of our suite. AC was on when we got there, so grateful for that. Our building had a common room with coffee available, that was a bonus.Everybody was happy!

Super nice hotel for the price I paid. I even had my dog and it still wasn’t bad. Rooms were in excellent shape and they have fast internet for remote work. There isn’t much to walk to but they have a big space and campground around the place so was able to walk the dog around.I ate at the wood. Food was alright. Kinda pricey for what you get. The drinks are very cheap.Walkability: You can walk to a gas station, a grocery store and a pizza place. The road is super unpleasant to walk on with all the traffic but there is a side walk.

This hotel is one of Glascows' finest. I have stayed a few times over the years and have generally had a good stay. This time, our room was less than perfect. We found a half smoked joint in the dresser draw. The window screen was just sitting next to the window, hair still in the shower, floaters in the toilet, and garbage under the bed. Normally, I would have left to go somewhere else. However, there is nowhere else to go in Glasgow, and after driving 14 hours with my family, we were exhausted. The rest of our stay was great. They have a great pool, good restaurant, and overall a nice hotel.

Very clean room, friendly helpful staff, excellent food served quickly and all at reasonable prices.I definitely will stay here again!Rooms: See above.Food & drinks: We had travelled all day from Fargo, ND & we’re very pleased to find a very neat & clean room. We were too tired to go out to dine, and found the dining room in the Inn also neat & clean, but nothing fancy. The food, however was excellent & served quickly by cheerful staff. Breakfast in the AM was also excellent & the staff was efficient & cheerful also.

Stayed in the RV park. Sites are a decent size, but check in is a huge hassle, since you have to go into the hotel. Nothing pretty about this park, but that wasn’t the worst thing. THERE WERE NON-STOP AGGRESSIVE BEES!! Sitting outside was NOT an option which, of course, was all we wanted to do after a long travel day. The bees were so thick, somehow two really large ones got into our rig. After about a half hour of them dive bombing us, we finally got rid of them. I’m not kidding! These are the most AGGRESSIVE bees we have ever encountered. Do not stay here!

It's about a 3 min drive from the train station and the hotel team will pick you up, because there is no uber. No real complaints about the room pretty standard. Loved that it had a casino, restaurant, pool, and hot tub. I was too tired to use them all, but loved that you can get a lot in this small hotel. Food was excellent and not expensive. Service was top notch.

My 2 night stay at Cottonwood Inn was nice. The time and money I spent was all well worth it.Erika, the Front Desk Attendant was very welcoming. She gave a positive vibe and feeling of familiarity that made an out of town person feel comfortable. The restaurant provided excellant meals; an above range of choices in which each meal tasted delicious and deserve a 9 out of 10 rating in taste and portion. Definitely worth the price. The waiter was also very nice and attentive, all in a decent price range for the experience. The woman in the lounge whose name I have unfortunately forgotten was also attentive and deserves recognition as well.I plan on returning even if it is just for a meal and a couple of hours in the the lounge.
