Local family run Inn on the edge of Gardiner. We stayed four nights and used it as a base of expeditions into Yellowstone NP.It features a lot of beautiful woodwork made by a member of the family. Also the staff was really friendly and went out of their way to accomodate us.There was no breakfast but we were able to use the kitchenette, which was great for us and so was the laundry room.We had a room on 2F and got a good view of the mountains and the regularly visiting Elks.

A very clean, beautiful place with attention to detail. Josh was friendly and professional at the front desk and helped me resolve a problem concerning an article left behind in another city which involved phoning long distance.I loved the shelf next to the door where you could place your coffee while opening the door. Most of all I like that it is family run business instead of supporting wealthy chains. Excellent place to stay.

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff was so friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It's the perfect location to access the North entrance to the park. Great view! We enjoyed sitting out front at the picnic table with our binoculars looking at elk and prong horns. The indoor pool is nice. Beautiful rustic decor. An overall great place to stay!

We had a campsite on the opposite side of yellowstone, so this place was a godsend when we realized we were a 2-3 hour night drive away from the site after a long day of hiking. Don't let the star rating fool you, this was probably one of the cleanest and best kept hotels I've ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable and the staff was really nice. No complaints at all!

We visited Yellowstone Natl Park. Stayed outside the park in Gardiner. Loved The Yellowstone Village. Family owned & ran.Wonderful room. Wonderful people. Very quiet as well. I would suggest the cabin if you are there for 3 days. Very comfortable with living area & kitchen. Very clean.Elk came into the parking lot! What a treat!Rooms: Clean!

Stayed 4 nights during a visit to Yellowstone. Room was small but very functional. Very friendly staff. Motel offers coffee and juice. No breakfast. I will definitely stay next time. Most of the other motels in Gardiner fail by comparison.

We stayed here for one night while visiting Yellowstone National Park. The interior was nicely decorated with a fireplace in the lobby. Our room was very clean and our bed was super comfortable. They offer 5 types of grab and go breakfasts which was great for us as we were all about getting to the park a little earlier. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. The hotel is no pets, no smoking, and it was quiet so we got a good nights rest. Will definitely be back.

This establishment is located in Gardiner and had a very comfy and home feel to it. The staff are extremely friendly and the rooms are clean. You can pickup a free bag breakfast of your choice and it is packed full of protein for your trip out to Yellowstone. It does have a pool, but we didn't use it. If I were to have one complaint it walls a a little "thin" in that you can hear your neighbors. All in all, I would come back and stay and would recommend.

Oh my goodness! I don’t know where to start. This place is absolutely amazing and beautiful!! We arrived early before check in and Sarah greeted us as if we were family. I could have talked to her all night. The room was gorgeous!! I love that the family puts a lot of love and pride into making sure everything is perfect. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast was great! I loved that they had each individual breakfast selection in a bag. Easy for travel. The breakfast selection was great!! I would recommend that anyone stay here if they want to feel like family and not a customer. Love, love, love this place!!

Fantastic substitute for the Mammoth Springs Lodge not being available inside the park!! Our family of 4 loved the easy location close to food and the park, as well as the amenities offered -- basketball, pool, and of course, WiFi. LOL. I definitely recommend this friendly and well-managed property!Rooms: Very clean and comfortable.

Room was fine—clean, big enough, and mostly quiet enough. The Inn is at the end of the town, making walking to restaurants a little more limited, but not undoable. We were there several nights and walked to three different ones. The breakfast was unique in that packaged options were available that included muffins or hard-boiled egg, or PB&J with bread, or a lemon tart. Each was served with a few other packaged items. Most of the guests were heading into Yellowstone Park, so the package method was a useful choice.

Very nice place to stay! It's clear that the owners and employees take incredibly good care of this hotel. It's an older place but everything is very clean and comfortable. The rooms have a cute cabin theme. We loved the group of elk that hangs out in the front yard in the evening 😄

This gem of a hotel gets top marks in every category. In no particular order: friendly staff, clean, cute decor (beautiful counterpanes), good furniture and bathroom appurtenances (including great shower heads), nice (very hot) water. Situated a little bit west on the main drag of Gardiner so it is nice and quiet, and look at the view from the hotel (see photo below). A breakfast nook (always open?) that has juices, coffee, and I think maybe PB&J, and then for your adventures in Yellowstone, in the morning they had a choice of packed breakfasts to go (second photo).STAY HERE!

Clean rooms, great service, great breakfast, this was the most comfortable inn I have been to in a while. Location is very close to Yellowstone National Park (North) and is in a little town with great shops and restaurants. Watch out for the prices of some restaurants, though. The staff and the owner work very hard to keep the inn running well. It’s filled with wonderful decor from all of Yellowstone, with great artwork and pictures. The entire hotel is furnished with to make it feel like a lodge. The owner, Bert (or Burt), was very delightful and shows his willingness to care for his guests. All of his staff, from check in, to breakfast, then to check-out, also showed their genuine care for their guests. I observed staff, including the owner, assisting with the cleaning of the rooms. The room I stayed in was a standard queen room, which had an open area (where the bed was) and a little area for the sink and the bathroom. The room was presented as advertised (no pictures attached), and we were very satisfied since we were camping out in the cold for the past three nights. Loved their little touches with the furniture and the decor to make it look like a lodge. The rooms are furnished to the standard of a 2-star motel.Breakfast was very surprising (in a good way). There were three healthy options to choose from (see picture), and they were given in a paper bag. For a free motel breakfast, this was very luxurious. You could eat in your room or in the breakfast area, where there was a microwave and toaster. There is juice and instant oatmeal at breakfast, but there is tea and coffee around the clock (and they have a very wide selection of tea too!!). I was very glad that it wasn't greasy eggs and bacon :)Thank you to all the staff for making this a very delightful stay for us! Will definitely stay with this inn next time I come back!

Great place overall. Interesting decoration inside; friendly staff specially the young lady I met when checking out; room is clean and big; breakfast choices are decent. Two things on the con side: the water pine is loud. If your neighbor decides to shower super early or late, it’s likely to wake you up. Checkout time is 10:30 which is earlier than most hotels. My neighbors were fine and I usually get up early so those don’t bother me. Still 5 stars

Our stay coincided with the flood of 2022, and the family that owns the inn could not have been more helpful. They kept everyone up to date and as comfortable as possible during an uncertain situation, and were so kind throughout the ordeal. Great rooms and a wonderful family owned business - will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.
