What an amazing spot! We stayed at the cabins and they were so nice and comfortable. Super quiet and everything's brand new. The drive to the hot springs is only 5 min away. The hotel was super clean going to the pools and hot tub. The hot tub was clean and wonderful. So close to Yellowstone also!Rooms: Cabins are only a year old and amazingly comfortable. The bed was fantastic and you have everything you need. Full kitchen and they even give you a walking stick and binoculars.

This place is a gem. We came in winter, it was clean, the staff were so kind and helpful, they had a gas fire outside near the office, provided s'mores packets for the kids, a walking stick and binoculars in the room, a game room with free air hockey, an indoor swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. The kids loved this place, and so did we. Thank you for a very special first visit to Yellowstone!

It was a very meh place for the price. We rented the cabin "mountain view". You could barely see the mountains from the front window, had to go up the stairs to the balcony to really see them. There was dog hair EVERYWHERE. All over the couch and floor. You could tell they barely tried to clean. The complimentary lotion was open and used instead of giving us a new bottle. Old coffee grounds still in the coffee maker. Hair that was not ours on the shower walls. Stains/black marks all over the shower floor. The heaters barely worked and would let put loud random noises in the middle of the night. The bathroom door had an extremely loud creak when opening that we just left the door open the whole trip. For being off season and hundreds a night, I would expect it to be atleast be clean.

Our stay in one of the cabins at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The cabin was well-equipped with everything we could possibly need, and the real highlight was the breathtaking rooftop balcony, which offered stunning sunsets and the opportunity to observe wildlife. Armed with binoculars, we spotted elk, bison, and antelope right from the rooftop. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, with an on-site bar/restaurant, a refreshing pool, a relaxing hot tub, an arcade for some indoor fun, complimentary laundry facilities, inviting fire pits, outdoor yard games, and easy access to Yellowstone National Park. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, always wearing smiles on their faces. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again; it was an exceptional experience in every way.

The hotel was easy to find and located close to the Yellowstone entrance, which is a plus. Check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly. Our room was clean and ready for our arrival. Breakfast was not offered, but we knew that ahead of time and had prepared for breakfast in advance. There were some nice amenities available, but we were too tired after traveling to take advantage of any of them. A plus was the view outside of our room. Waking up and walking outside to see several elk on the mountain across the parking lot was the perfect way to start our day.

Reserved a room with a view of the river and the mountains. When I arrived they said there was a mix up and that is have to take another room, but it would have a view as well. It was a view of the parking lot! No offer of a discount nothing. I will not stay here ever again. The room wasn't clean. The shower head was gross!Rooms: Gross!

The staff was incredible very through and full of information! The rooms are a little dated but our room was super clean! Words cannot describe how wonderful the outdoor sitting area is. We enjoyed many elk roaming the property. I would highly recommend this place just based on the view but you add everything else and it was a great stay

This place was amazing for my vacation stay! Not sure if the buildings are new or remodeled but they were very nice! The customer service was great! Everyone was friendly and were caring. The views were amazing as well! They have breakfast in the morning sadly it's not complimentary but it is all you can eat and they serve dinner as well. They also have an awesome pool area with a air hockey table And a ps5 for entertainment which I thought was awesome! All in all this place was great and will not hesitate to stay there again in future vacations!!Rooms: The rooms were nice and cleanNearby activities: Easily walk into town and get some food or hang out or look at the amazing sceneryWalkability: Easy walk to any restaurant or storeFood & drinks: Great restaurants at walking distanceNoteworthy details: Amazing scenery all around

Wonderful place just near the river, with a very nice style. The place was also very clean and tidy, and the staff was available to help!Rooms were also quite nice, a bit expensive prices but in line with the area (guess because of proximity with Yellowstone), but you can find betters offers in advance (we got it at the very last).Rooms: Super clean and nice room.

We booked a last-minute reservation online for three nights, and then called the front desk to confirm it and let them know we'd be arriving after midnight. The receptionist said that would be fine, and they'd make a note on our reservation. When we arrived just before 12:30 am, the overnight receptionist informed us the hotel had overbooked; and they did not have a room for us on any of the three nights. He was apologetic and called around to help us find another hotel. But the only place with availability was an additional 90 minute drive (through the park at night), at a significantly higher rate.To be honest, the hotel looks like a great place to stay. But it's extremely unprofessional to put yourself in a situation where you're turning away a confirmed customer after midnight.

First of all the staff are all great. Location is good, rooms are a bit dated and common area carpets are gross. The reason for the two star rating is that the stain on the wood in the pool area Will stain your shirt if you lean against it, lost my good patagonia t-shirt, front desk took a note of it.. Never heard back, I suggested that they post a warning sign. Looks like someone just put new stain on top of old without proper prep so they new stain never dried right.

The hotel is actually pretty good considering there aren't a ton of options. There are a couple nice fire pits, an outdoor jacuzzi, and an indoor pool. The hotel has great views. The staff is nice. However, the hotel has a massive problem with gnats, flies, etc. At night, the hotel is overrun with them. Our room had like a thousand flying bugs in our room. We had to switch rooms and keep the lights off so as not to attract any. I understand it may be part of the area it is in, but they need to do more to address this problem.

Older motel, but still VERY nice and well maintained. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. They have nice amenities: a free laundry and free smores kit for the fire they have for the guests. Very family oriented. There's a nice homey feel and the evening fire encourages community. Its a 2 story building. They have no elevator, so if you can't make stairs, make sure to ask for first floor when you make reservations. They are dog friendly. Nice views. Close to restaurants and shops.

Used a few award nights here. Unfortunately no breakfast, but they do have free bike rentals and laundry. The location and view of the river and vibe is awesome and incredibly cool. Some elk just walked thru the lot one evening. Clean spacious rooms.Had a hiccup with the daily fee being charged given it’s an award stay and wasn’t mentioned in final reservation email. Took a couple calls but they took care of it in a timely manner.I added photo of the view from our room on the upper floor.

3 star hotel with 5 star ratings. The river view rooms are superb, at the time of my booking (last part of July 2023), they were $20 more than Mountain View rooms and it’s easily worth it.Dilan and Mika at the reception were really nice people. The hotel comes with some amenities like bikes, marshamallows by the fire etc; they’re included with the $10 amenity fee per room per night.

Immediately after check-in, we reported bedbugs and smelly bed/pillows. Entire stay I had to do the garbage and towels by myself during all my stay. When reported to front desk, I was told ‘they running short in staff’. That does not mean we as a family had to compromise on hygine and cleanliness. The door tags for room service and towel change was not honored during all 4 night stay. The common area carpet was so dirty. Very disappointed.

We recently stayed at the Ridgeline and had a fantastic experience. The staff are beyond excellent! Everyone we encountered was helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Felt like staying with family. The rooms were clean and comfortable as well. Each of our rooms included a fridge, microwave, and cable TV (lots of channels to choose from). Would 100% stay here again!
