We stayed from9/5 through 9/8. The room was clean, bed very comfy!, breakfast was good and front desk staff friendly and helpful. We didn't read the sign about room cleaning on the third day, but it didn't matter....if we needed/wanted anything, the staff was extremely accommodating. Our ""view" was of the pizzeria across the way, but for the time we spent in the room, it didn't really matter. Walking distance to downtown Gardiner and minutes from the YNP's north entrance. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

We stayed here at the end of September to explore northern Yellowstone. The lodge is close everything in town. The staff was really friendly and helpful - they were willing to work with us if a looming government shutdown changed our plans. The king suite we stayed in had a comfy bed and couch. My only negative for the room was that the outlets behind the tvs seemed overloaded (potential firehazard?). The breakfast selection left a little to be desired, but it was enough to fill us up before heading out. I would recommend this place to stay.

The rooms here are OK. They were clean with decent furniture. However, the walls are quite thin and you will hear your neighbors. Also we heard every time our upstairs neighbor flushed the toilet... Kinda gross. The breakfast offered every morning is also just mediocre (sausage looks it was steamed or microwaved - a sad little grey disk of meat). The coffee is good. The price you pay for a room will be mainly for the location and ease of access to Yellowstone, not the amenities.

Lovely hotel located at the North entrance of Yellowstone. The staff was very professional, rooms cleans and spacious. You have the opportunity to do your laundry at each floor. Breakfast was OK.For dinner, there are plenty of restaurants in the area where you can fully experience Gardiner’s vibe. You will probably get to see some deer family across town.

We planned a week in and around Yellowstone Park and the adventure started in Gardiner. Gardiner sits at the North entrance to the Park so we chose to stay at the Antler Lodge. The Hotel is older and in need of renovation but has a certain charm that makes up for the difference. The rooms are smaller, window air conditioners, and small restaurant and pub located on site. This town is only open around 6 months out of the year. So, this is a great choice if your visiting Yellowstone or Montana or Wyoming.Nearby activities: Entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Plenty of activities located nearby, i.e. camping, river floats, sightseeing tours, etc.Food & drinks: Small restaurant and pub located on site. Not many choices in Gardiner so we are here snd enjoyed the meals.

My daughters and I had a terrible experience at this hotel. First we were given a room with someone already in it. Needless to say they were very upset when we walked in thinking the room was empty. We were then offered a suite in compensation which they then reneged on. When we finally got our room it smelled bad and had a strange smell coming from the bathroom. Within an hour of being at the hotel my daughters complained that they were getting itchy from the beds and they all developed a rash. I would NEVER advise staying here! They refused to give us our money back so that we could go stay somewhere else. We ended up leaving anyways and finding a different hotel.

We have a large room and really like it. Exceptional night service. Typical breakfast for a hotel but friendly staff. Beautiful restaurant area and great views.

Good hotel on the outskirts of North Yellowstone. The rooms are a good size and are clean. Hotel is clean in itself. Rooms were spacious enough for our family of 4. Could use some updating but doesn't affect the hotel in a negative way. Breakfast was decent with some different choices every day. Decent area to eat in even if somewhat crowded. Parking lot is tricky due to the design but we managed. Hotel workers were very helpful.

My husband and I drive 15,000 miles a year taking trips. We stay at Comfort/Quality hotels. This hotel earns the spot of #1. The staff is kind. I need an ADA room. The head of housekeeping walked with me when I checked in to be sure that the room was satisfactory. It was the best I have ever been given. I told her I sleep in a chair and needed a blanket. She offered to bring in a different chair if the one in the room was not satisfactory. It was The room was immaculate. The lobby and common areas and restaurant were all immaculate. We ate in their restaurant all 4 nights. The food was delicious. Every meal. The restaurant staff was attentive and kind. The owners are lucky to have such amazing employees.

This place surprised us! The entry lobby is decorated rustically, and in the room, all the furniture was made out of logs. It was really a fun change from the usual hotel furniture. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the WiFi was decent. The beds were comfortable and we would stay here again.

Wonderful place to rest from adventures at Yellowstone. We had a suite which was comfy and two TVs. They also have an on-site pub/grill which was busy and friendly. I have no complaints. Very clean very hospitable and highly recommend!

Decent experience. Room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and accommodating. Good access to YNP from hotel. My only complaints would be that, apparently they're short staffed, and because of that there's no daily housekeeping. So you have to stop at the front desk for the next days coffee, TP, etc.One would think because of that, you'd be offered a slight discount on a 5 day stay, apparently not. Also, for $265 a night, I would think our room would have a microwave, but those are only included in the king rooms which are $100 a night more, and were not available when we made our reservation. It's a microwave, $100 more? Really?Oh ya, the wi-fi is terrible

Expensive average room but it was clean and the staff was friendly. Ok variety in breakfast - scrambled eggs and smoked sausage, along with coffee, orange juice, bagels, cereals, yogurt, and make your own waffles. Location was great for daily entry to park

Everything was good, except the walls are thin. We stayed on the first floor, and were awakened at 5:30 am by activity above: people walking, shower running, toilet flushing; all seemed very loud. Seemed a bit much for $280 a night.

Very nice hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. We came through Yellowstone 2 days before it was closed for the season. We were the only ones staying in the hotel. The lady working prepared breakfast as usual and was very happy to do so.

Don’t let the name trick you, this is a very nice hotel!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with the friendliest smiles. We stayed in West Yellowstone prior and wished we would have spent those 4 days here. Lesson learn but this place is clean! One of the neatest lobbies you’ll walk into. The hallways, elevators and rooms are impressively clean and even smell clean. They have a vending machine, ice machine and laundry machines on the first level. You’re just a few blocks from all the restaurants, you can also see the Roosevelt Arch from our room. They have a game and fitness room on the first floor, but of course it’s closed due to Covid-19. The beds are nice and relaxing, you have some cold AC and the water washes the soap off unlike our last place. 5 stars!!!

Absolutely no complaints about this hotel. It is in a great location. The whole building is beautiful. The room was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was great. It had many options. I don't believe I have ever stayed at a hotel of this quality. If I am ever in the area again staying here is a must!

This Comfort Inn is in a great location for visiting the Northern part of Yellowstone. The room was clean, and even has the decor that you'd expect from a more mountain-cabin type property. They have a bar in the hotel, and they have a great hot breakfast in the morning. It's a very comfortable stay, and the staff was great too.

Everything was great. Except for ONE housekeeper. To show disrespect in front of my 88 yr old father after traveling over 2000 mls. Absolutely killed me. In being a choice member for over 22 yrs...this was the worst staff I have ever come across at a choice hotel. Besides that location was great, food was good, rooms were nice. But, one bad seed put a damper on our last couple of days.

The Hotel was $236 per night and provided no services for six days during our stay. After addressing the manager she was rude that her and the hotel’s lack of staffing will not allow for any services during our six day stay. After I contacted Choice Hotels Customer Service the manager provided one day of service during our stay. We asked her to reduce the rate, but her answer was no and if you do not like it leave. The Hotel Poor Management should never becom e the customers problem, especially when you are a Platinum member with Choice Hotels.

We stayed here for one night while driving around Yellowstone toward the end of summer vacation. The hotel lobby has a large collection of taxidermies. If your kids are afraid of those try go through a side door. My kids were excited to see those.Room has country style furnitures. During COVID panoramic breakfast was prepared in paper bags as grab n' go.

THE BATHROOM WAS CLEAN!!! I have huge problems with bathroom, especially the bathtubs that have tiles on the wall. I cant stand grouts that are discoloured! Thankfully, this bathroom had a one unit tub, so it was all a clean surface. The water drainage was good too, so you didnt have a puddle of water in the tub while showering. The room was clean and a really comfortable stay. The people are the front desk were so nice, especially the gentlemen who was working that night.I recommend staying there. Especially if any of you have the same bathroom problems as I do. The location was perfect too!! Not too far from the park

Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility is aging but clean. Included breakfast was good, replenished regularly, and changed a little day to day. Food at the Antler pub was a little weird and pricey, but quality was good and service friendly. Cannot beat location, minutes from north entrance to Yellowstone.
