CC, the owner of Doggie Daycare & Motel, was a delight to work with! My dog was anxious about being in boarding for 10 days, but CC gave her lots of extra time and attention to make sure she was as comfortable and relaxed as possible. CC was a great communicator. She sent updates whenever I asked or if she needed something, but I still felt completely free to enjoy my vacation. Prices were excellent, and the 24/7 pick up/drop off is a fantastic feature. I highly recommend this place and will certainly use it again in the future!

CC took great care of our dog while we were on vacation. She was very easy to communicate with and sent photos of all the fun the dogs were having. The facility is clean and calm. The check-in/out process is a breeze. We are so happy to have found a great place to take our girl to when we can’t be home with her.

Great spot. Our dog was super comfortable and happy when we picked him up. Not always the case for him at the kennel. CC was great and super helpful with a few changes as our travel plans changed. Highly recommended!

This place is the best! I boarded my cat for the first time at Doggie Daycare and was very impressed by the level of care, interaction, and attention each kitty gets. The facilities are clean, spacious, and lots of fun for kitties. When I went to pick my cat up, she even showed me her cat tree. :) My cat has very bad separation anxiety, so this was a really positive experience for us! Would highly recommend! The owner and her daughter are true animal lovers, great communication, and very caring. Also flexible with pick up/drop off times.

CC is the bomb and I'd trust her with my fur babies any time! We had never boarded our kitten (or any animal) before and I couldn't be happier with our decision to go with CC! She took such great care of our girl and kept us updated frequently with pictures. The cat condos are spacious and very well maintained and I will 100% board here again.

We've been bringing our pug to Doggie Daycare & Motel during vacations for 3 years and are very pleased with their service. I love that you can tailor your animal's experience during their stay, and the drop off and pick-up are so quiet, calm, and easy. Our pug recognizes the motel as soon as we get there. She gets excited and a little nervous, but never cowers like she doesn't want to go. Different story when we visit the vet!!

Aside from the great facility, perfect location (I was in Big Sky, usually going to/from BZN), wonderful ease and convenience of drop off/pick up, awesome customer service (responses always prompt and friendly), and the ability to make reservations online, the most important comment I can make about Doggie Daycare & Motel is that I NEVER worried about my dog while I was away. I always knew that not only was she safe, she was in excellent hands, and she was loved and happy. CC and her team are the best.

I love Doggie Daycare and Motel!!! I discovered them about a year ago and, living in Big Sky, it is the most absolute perfect place to board my dog when I'm flying out on work trips! They have the ability to accept drop-offs/pick-ups at any time AND they can groom your pup for you while they're there too! CC and her team have been wonderful - they love my little dog almost as much as I do and I feel wonderful leaving him in their care while I'm gone.

My two yellow labs always have a good time and I know they are treated with love and kindness. This is not only one of the cleanest kennels but also provides a nice balance between playtime and opportunities to rest. The owner always responds quickly to my texts inquiring about availability or to change pick up or drop off times. I love the flexibility to drop or pickup almost anytime of day. This place is a gem!!!

I love doggie day care! They really care about your pets and get to know them on a personal level. CC is very accommodating to special & specific needs and flexible. Especially when flights get delayed etc! My dog loves it there and always comes homes exhausted from play time!

We wanted to bring our dog on our road trip to Yellowstone. So we needed a safe place for him to stay while we visited the park, it’s a little out of the way from yellowstone but so worth the extra mile if you would like your pup to be part of your trip!!! Cici provides 24 hour service so we were able to take our time to explore the park and come in later in the evening, it was so convenient and Cici was really nice and accommodating. We loved the self checkout, first time I’ve used that kind of doggy pickup, she is so organized. I would definitely recommend her and use her doggy daycare services again next time we are in the area.

I absolutely love Doggie Daycare & Motel!I didn't ever expect that I would want to start taking my 8 year old dog, Kai Kai, to daycare. She's a good dog when she's home by herself and she has a doggie door to let herself outside anytime she wants. At first, I started to bring her to Doggie Daycare because we were going to have to board her while we were gone over Christmas and I wanted her to get to know the place she would be while we were gone. I took her there once a week, and she was a little nervous the first couple of times I dropped her off.That was almost three months ago now, and I continue take her once a week! Every time I pull into the driveway to drop her off at Doggie Daycare, she gives me a big lick on the face and an excited yip - she knows she's going to see all her friends! I'm not kidding when I say she really looks forward to going. When I pick her up and the end of the day, she is relaxed and happy.The best part is, she has become friendlier with other dogs at the park, and less anxious at home during the week. I had no idea she needed more socializing until she started daycare. I couldn't be more thankful to have this place and the wonderful staff there. I know she is happy at her home away from home when I can't take her with me on trips too, and that's worth more than I could say! You can't go wrong with this place!!

CC is very responsive and friendly. She recently moved to Gallatin Gateway and were concerned about leaving our dog over the holidays. However, she took all our worries away with her professionalism and knowledge of dogs. Would highly recommend to friends and family!

My Weimaraner and I love the Doggie Daycare and Motel! They do a fantastic job of taking care of my dog (who has severe separation anxiety). They also take the time to reassure me that she is just fine and fitting in with the other dogs while I'm away. The facility is spotless, my dog gets lots of play and attention, and best of all: a waiting room with kennels, so that you are able to drop-off and pick-up your dog at odd hours. (You know, for all those very early and very late flights out of Bozeman.) I am so happy I have found this place, I can now leave my dog without ME suffering from severe separation anxiety! The location is also very convenient.

CC loves animals, you can tell from the energy she gives off. We have our cat here for a month and she gave us a discount for the whole month. Our Kitty get personal time with her daughter, who loves cats. We couldn't ask for a better place to board with.

What a class operation!! Our three pugs, one a pup, spent the week with CC while we were staying at a resort that did not allow pets. This was our first chance to work with CC. From the 1st contact we knew we were in good hands. Our dogs had never spent more than 2 days away from the family so a week was a new adventure for all of us. The personal care and attention that CC and her staff showed for our kids was incrediable. One of the pugs had a little bit harder time fitting in and CC worked with her and kept in contact with us, in fact CC texted us throughout the week to let us know how they were doing. We have boarded in many locations and this operation was one of the best if not the best.

I sent an inquiry email about what would be needed for my pet to use their daycare services for a few days while we visited Bozeman from out of state. CC promptly told me where to send the vaccination records and asked that I fill out a formal online reservation request so that she could get a "profile" started for my pet. Everything sounded like it was going to work out...I contacted my vet to have the records sent over to her and went online to fill out the formal request. I was excited to hear back so I could cross this item off my to-do list only to get a very short response from CC saying they were booked for the dates I needed. Obviously, I was caught off guard as she had just told me the previous day, knowing exactly what dates I was inquiring about, to have vet records sent and get a profile started - why would I bother going through these steps if they were already full. I'm glad I found out how poorly run this place is before I left my dog with them.

Doggie Day Care and Motel is a premiere place for your dog to spend the day or days! They are very accommodating to your needs as a pet owner. Rest assured, they know each dog has its own personality, and they treat each one accordingly. BTW, for grooming, it’s the best.

Doggie Daycare & Motel is the only place we will bring our cat. Our cat gets so much love and attention when he’s there, and the owners are so friendly and welcoming to him. I highly recommend this place for all your boarding needs!

After texting (as the website and voicemail advised us to do) I was asked to fill out a booking request to see if the days were open. We then did so, received no website response and while waiting for her reply. . I cannot delete this review as I have tried but I will tame it down from my personal stressful situation of trying to move to Bozeman (California) and say I wish communication had been stronger. I sincerely had my hopes up because this seems like a great place to care for a pet.

So during this entire Covid, I had a really hard time finding someone I could trust to take care of my family members while I had to work, as I am an essential worker. The lady that I had taking care of them stopped coming over because she was afraid of transmitting Covid. Thank God for Cc, and the doggie daycare for taking care of my babies. What an amazing woman she is and works so hard to make sure that our loved ones are watched over, Loved, and taken care of. When I was picking up my babies today I learned that her daughter graduated high school today!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️She has been a single mom for many years and has not only taking care of her baby, but all of our babies, what an amazing woman!!!! I cannot thank her enough and I hope all of you value her as much as I do!!! Thank you so much Cc I owe more than words can explain!! :)Congratulations on everything you have accomplished in life :) put it into the universe what you want to get out of it you are a prime example of that.
