Legit my favorite store I have ever been in! This historic, family owned store has a little bit of everything and then some! Very unique local made things also! And a great coffee shop tucked in the side room! Love the family and love this place!

For a REALLY small town, this is a quaint one-stop shop for locals and visitors. Katie has almost everything you could need, and probably a few things you didn't even consider. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

One of the best stores in the community! Always fresh products, and new menu items to try in the deli. The sandwiches made there are the best sandwiches i've ever had, especially on their homemade breads! Would recommend stopping here if you are on your way through for summer activities!

Cute old fashioned little general store. Sells groceries, a little cramping and fishing gear, and other odds and ends. A Little deli in the back where you can get a sandwich made right there. Employees are very nice.

It was the first time I was ever in that area I was with my friends and we stopped in at the little store they had next to everything from hardware to camping snacks all kind of foods I bought some bungy.. Cords and the price was super .i loved the wood burning stove it was so cool and unique. I would would definitely stop there again .and cashier was super nice to .

Cute little place. Fresh baked goods are delightful. I didn't get to try it, but I'm told their fresh baked bread is the best. Staff was super helpful.

This place is well worth the stop and has a great deli! Their Sandwiches are huge and delicious, their 2 for $4 tacos are huge, their $2 bean and cheese burritos are huge, and they have really great outdoor dining. Try out their fresh muffins at the cash register and make sure you slow down on your way outta town.

I love this place. Katie has an amazing amount and variety of stuff packed into this historic old store. It really is like an old-time general store. They bake wonderful "homemade" pies for carryout, have delicious hot breakfast and lunch items, and also make pizza. The beer and ice cream selections are quite good. The little coffee bar is good, but not always open. They sell hunting and fishing licenses, and have a gasoline pump outside. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Fishtail.

Great country place! Excellent sandwiches, pizzas and breakfast burritos. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The owner is just a sweetheart of a gal! Stop in on your way to some gorgeous scenery and excellent fishing.

Cool little place, I have been here many times because the area has great camping. They make pizzas and I think sandwiches too, have a small grocery, some household things, a camping/fishing section and also a strong souvenir section. Friendly small town atmosphere.

Good deli with a great sandwich combo special (includes a made-to-order sandwich, chips, drink and a frisbee-sized cookie 🍪). Also gifts and some groceries. Great town park just a block away to have a picnic; kudos to the town for such a beautiful little spot!

The General Store was fantastic for a flatlander like us To see the elements needed in the mountains. Extremely friendly staff...and did I mention the outstanding giant sandwiches we got. Made exactly how and what we wanted on them ...oh got to have a cookie:)

Well for starters and enders you can get yourself a cup o coffee on the house. Unheard of! I was in and out pretty quickly but noticed some pretty decent prices all around. The store is packed full of interesting old items to look at. A little museum in itself. Peace.

They really went out of their way for me. Ordered some food it was great. Had ordered 4 loaves of cinnamon bread.. And I was three hours early. I believe it was the owner that went and picked it up for me.. It was still warm. Thanks

There is a reason this store has been open for 118 years! It has everything you need including great food and more importantly great people. The owner is one of the nicest people I've ever met. If you're anywhere near Fishtail, this is the place to stop for anything you might need before you head into the beautiful mountains it sits by!

I stopped in here with a group so I didn't have much time to look around, but from what I saw it looked like a pretty cool store. Plus they pre-made our sandwiches which was nice. I had a delicious vegetable sandwich with chips and a cookie the size of my face... if that sort of thing interests you. Also it was established in 1900 which I think is really neat.

Superb Store!As you drive through Fishtail you will notice plenty of people going in and out of this store. It has everything you might need and more! A great coffee shop is located inside so you get your caffeine fix as well.If you are going to recreate in the area at Tippet Rise or the Stillwater then you can pick up sack lunches here as well. A combo gets you an awesome sandwich, chips, water, and an enormous cookie.Breakfast burritos are popular as well.
