I have to post another 5 star rating for Kooteney horse and Hound as they just take such great care of our pets and we love our little dogs so much we would never take them anywhere else. I’ve already tried everywhere else in the Flathead Valley and Lisa and Jude are the best…. I highly recommend them!!!

We love the care our Tilly gets from Kootenai Horse and Hound. They take excellent care of her when she stays with them. The facility is exceptionally clean, the animals well cared for and loved, and Tilly gets excited when we drop her off.I highly recommend them for your dog boarding needs.

We have a pack of 3 unruly dogs that we love lots. They are exercised well, played with, and loved at Kootenai Horse and Hound. We leave them there with zero worries. Our trips are enjoyable again!Thanks Jude and Lisa !

Absolutely wonderful kennel. They have connected runs to the kennels for the dogs to stretch outside in, and they see to it for your dogs get to play fetch go for walks. They treat them as their own. Our dog had an absolutely wonderful time while we were away for vacation.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful the care and facilities are here. They did an outstanding job providing full service care for my mammoth donkey while I was away. He had covered pen and turnout, as well as was fed and looked after closely. I had no concerns or worry leaving him, and felt confident that I could trust them. They were flexible, accommodating, kind, knowledgeable, and outstanding caretakers and people. There are few places I have as full of confidence in as Kootenai Horse & Hound!

Just a little anxiety since I'd never boarded my 11 yr. old dog. No worries! This facility is not only state-of-the-art w/ individual kennels & runs, monitored by remote cameras, but also super-clean. Dogs even have their own rumpus room w/ large screen t.v. and couch! Jude & Lisa make sure there's a daily walk or two on their wooded rural property. Awesome 'vacation' for any 4-legged companions!

We boarded our dog for the first time. He tends to be anxious, but did very well. The location was beautiful and clean, very professional care, and great owners! Definitely going to board here again.
