The store is clean and organized, but it's pretty small. I looked at the weekly ad online, but the store didn't have several of the advertised products. There were no bananas at all. (They weren't in the ad, but I wanted to buy some.) It's a decent store, and the prices are average for the area.

Great store. They pretty much have everything you need, but be prepared to pay about 20% more than stores with easier access to produce and don't have to pay higher transport prices. I was going to get a pot roast but it was going to cost $43. That being said their meat department is first rate.

Good selection of foods. Also huge selection of beers and they had the Mother Earth brewing company “Cali Creamin” which is normally only found in Southern California so that’s great! Also the macaroni and cheese was very delicious. The fried chicken was a bit dry but still yummy.

Madison Foods is such a great store. I love most food, except Brussels sprouts, & this place has it all. I don't live in Ennis, but my parents do, and my visit wouldn't be complete without stopping in to this store. Their fried chicken is 2nd to none, and the employees as well as the owner are exceptional as well.

Pretty nice selection for a rural market. Fresh produce and deli, nice butcher department. Prices are a little high sometimes but that's to be expected when you're rural. Great small road trip stop so you're not wandering a huge grocery store that you're unfamiliar with.

This is hands down the best jerky i've ever found. They offer a great variety and their products ship really quickly. Such a good value when compared to other meat products and you can taste the quality of ingredients. This place is ridiculously good!

Horrible customer service. Lady working register was swearing at my family because we were grabbing an extra item while checking out and she wasn’t even done scanning our groceries. Used multiple cuss words and didn’t apologize. Store was unorganized and unprofessional as well. Would rate 0 stars if option. Prices ridiculously high also...

I’ve been coming in to your store every summer for the past 3 years. I have zero complaints. I decided to leave a review today to say thank you for adding more gluten free options over the years. It’s much appreciated by anyone with celiac who shops here. Also to add that the sanitation stations are a nice add. I hope even after the fuss of CV19 is over you keep them. Thank you for all you do for the community.

I was late getting here and had quite a few groceries to get. They we re closing at 9:00 and were nice to me even though it was time to go. I found the items I needed and staff was friendly. Halfway anyway. Hope the bacon tastes good. The most I have ever paid for piggyhog.

This is a great small town grocery store. They have some very good local meat products like Blue Cheese &Bacon sausage, Andullie sausage, Bison sausage. The produce is limited, but adequate, but check out the spices and meat rub blends.

Worked here for almost 2 months. Friendly employees/customers, great food, and reasonable pay. If you're in Ennis, check it out. Plus the smokehouse is terrific with a wide variety of meats!

Planning and facilitating a family reunion with Madison Foods was so easy! If extra supplies were needed, all it took was a phone call, and we were restocked per our request. There was a great variety of food available, the produce and meats were terrific, and all employees were friendly and helpful. The deli and bakery were amazing. Madison Foods makes it easy to satisfy people who need packed lunches, complete meals for evening, or just that great doughnut or egg sandwich for breakfast. It met every need for a great food experience. Be sure to check out all the smoked meats from the smokehouse including cheese, jerky, fish, and pork. Madison Foods is a great grocery story!

Madison Foods provided food for a family reunion we held in Ennis, MT. The service they provided was excellent. In addition, we ordered "bag lunches" in advance for a group tour of the Lewis and Clark caverns. Ordering online and over the phone was easy. We picked up the lunches on our way out of town the next day and they were delicious! Lots of options - including vegetarian and low fat/carb. Thank you, Madison Foods!

I’m ok with this place only problem is sometimes the cashiers there are rude. Other than that I know that this is the best variety for being so close. Definitely worth it just don’t get friendly to the cashiers there otherwise they’ll roll there eyes at you.

Service here was great, everyone I talked to was very helpful. It's a lot bigger than it looks, and I was surprised by the selection. I definitely wouldn't mind having to shop here on a regular basis

On vacation in Montana and stopped to get a few things. I couldn’t find something and the check out clerk was so gracious and even got on her hands and knees to find the product on the shelf that I was looking for. Would never get that service where I live. Thank you for your fabulous service! 🤗
