Wish there were more options of grocery stores in DillionThe bakery top tier. The Dillon bakery is consistently unmatched in quality, availability and staff. The staff in bakery is the best. You can even do custom cakes. I love stopping by and looking at some of their creations. The jumbo cupcakes are my favorite if you want a cake but there's just one or two of you.

A sign of the times? We are traveling and stop here for deli food. There was no baked or fried chicken. They were out of several other food items. The server told us that they have not had a delivery for two days and many items throughout the store are out of stock. Yes this is a small rural town in Montana but one has to wonder about supply issues and availability elsewhere.

So over priced it should be CRIMINAL,,And not only are they overpriced,,The employees are just RUDE AS HELL,, Plus you will always pay more at the check out than what the isle prices,,And it happens ALL the time and they could care less,,And it could be $2,3 ,and sometimes more on each item,,Please check you reciept,,Because again,THEY COULD CARE LESS

A quick run in trip. Safeway is well organized, making it easy to find what you came for. Stores are usually clean, and this one is no exception. Dedicated parking lot, with ample spaces.

Nice, clean, well-stocked store with an awesome supervisor! As I loaded my groceries in my vehicle I noticed an item missing. It was on my receipt so I either hadn't bagged it or it fell out, but by the time I walked back inside it was gone. Supervisor never skipped a beat when I asked if someone had already re-shelved it.. she simply directed me to get another & have a nice day. Well, I did and all because of her. Though I didn't get your name ma'am, I still want to thank you for your kindness. Exemplary customer service!.. and I hope you too had a nice day 😊

Aisle prices were different to checkout prices, I also got charged twice for very expensive peaches. This is definitely a store you need to double check your receipt.

Pretty much par for the course as far as Safeways go. This one is well equipped and has Chinese take away on offer at a reasonable price.

Great store, clean and efficiently run. We've never had to wait for long in line. Cashiers give great customer service. A huge thank you to an employee named Hunter who helped me with some cases of soda in my cart even though he was in line behind me making his own purchases and off the clock 🤠

I had to take a bus from dillion Montana and the bus got there at 7am. It was snowing and freezing outside. The store wasn't even open and they let me go in the store and wait for the bus from 5am tell the bus arrived. The staff was very kind.

Love this store, prices are good, love the produce section, the selection is wonderful. The gal in the meat dept is reason I don't give 5 stars. She was kinda rude, we let her know what we wanted, then she turned around and helped someone behind us first. We always go back, maybe next time we won't get treated so rudely at the meat dept.

Getting way too expensive and self checkout constantly calls for help causing you to wait. Chinese takeout barely gives you any meat for your entrees!

The in stock position was very good. The display and produce was very appealing. Prices were a little high but I expect that in a small town like this.

Friendly staff, Montana was not mask mandated so that was nice to feel normal again. I usually don't write a review on grocery stores but I am here because when i was in line someone in front of me asked if I was doing monopoly and I stated I, I live on an island and there is no Safeway there. Come to find out my cashier knew exactly what island I lived on apparently she lived there for 10 years before moving to Dillon :) There is a Starbucks there but its inside and the staff was really nice as well. I really loved Dillon.

Particular shout out the the lady, Toni, that helps me every time I'm in a hurry or get discouraged when I can't find exactly what I need. What a difference this Safeway associate has made in my shopping experience based on her happily helping us and smiling all the way. She keeps me coming back from across town as I pass the other grocery on the way...

The cashiers and staff was rude, unhelpful, and unfriendly. Alot of the food was past the sell by date. The bathroom was looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a couple of days. I'll be using the southside store when I pass through Dillon from now on.

Always check the checkout station for your purchased items before you leave the store! Baggers and Cashier's are notorious for "forgetting" to return all of the checked or bagged items into your cart! Very easy to leave the store without something! Busy store!

We stopped in here to buy some things before getting home in Three Forks from Salt Lake. I used there bathroom. The toilet is to uncomfortably close to the wall.We were having trouble locating items around the store and other shoppers were asking my wife were things were also. Obviously we couldn't help because we also weren't locals. We managed to get what we needed but not in a timely manner...

Deli chicken was undercooked (pink at the bone) and greasy as I’ve ever tasted. Might help if they use a drain rack in the bottom of the pan! Been to dozens of Safeway deli’s and I’ve never been served pink and greasy (dripping) chicken. I’d never buy anything from this deli again.

Have not been in a Safeway since the 80's, as we don't have them in my state any longer. Staff friendly and neatly dressed. Store very clean. Shopping carts clean and no loud wheels. Parking lot was tidy too.

Very friendly crew. Wanted a particular type of salad mix and the great produce associate spent significant time in the back going through all the salads trying to find the coleslaw mix. Check out clerk was also very friendly.

Safeway is the best for customer service. Even when sales don't ring up correctly, they will adjust without question. And returns --- no questions asked. But how many people return groceries? I do for rotten vegetables, already expired dates. Don't like to, but I do.

Decent grocery store, but after being merged with another chain prices skyrocketed and selection was decreased. Staff is uber friendly and beyond helpful. If the staff wasn’t so great, I wouldn’t shop here at all.
