It's very similar to most Murdoch's, this one is definitely lacking on the customer service side of things. Many times there will be a line ready to check out and there is one or two cashiers doing something, for way too long not even noticing there is a line forming and they will soon say "oh I can get ya" as if we were the ones in the wrong.

This business is very disrespectful. My fiance who is a wildland firefighter and volunteer firefighter, just got denied the the first responders discount. He entered the building with his volunteer sweatshirt on and wildland firefighter hat and they proceeded to ask him for proof of being a first responder. I will not be shopping at the Dillon, MT Murdoch's again.

I was here for the 10-20% off everything sale and scored some super awesome deals. This is also the only place I can find the specialty dog food my very special dog needs, so I'm a fan.

Dillon itself has only white people here. So when I parked with my Texas tags and legal dark tinted 🌞 sun beating windowed vehicle in the parking lot thinking this would be a place to get a quality summer top and boots. I was mistaken. Some redneck called in the store to announce my existence and give his 6 grade educated guess of the person I am. Needless to say they lost a $123 in sales when the girl came back to stalk me in the clothing. I then hit the road, stopped for gas and will mosey to a Walmart. Overpriced Walmart here people.

Was fortunate enough to have KAYLEE fit my challenging feet comfortably in a pair of women's hiking boots. This is not an easy feat due to demanding issues such as custom orthotics. My new boots were so comfortable I wore them out of the store looking forward to my next visit. Thanks Kaylee.

The only issue we ever have at Murdoch's is that we leave with far more than we intended! The selection of products is large and varied. The prices are fair to excellent depending on the sale. The customer service is always top-notch.

Nice selection of supplies ranging from work jackets to rifle bullets. Worth a stop just to look around, This is the closest thing to an old-time hardware store. I wish there was some in the South.

Stopped by this store on my way East specifically because it's name dropped in the show Yellowstone. Mind you, I was heading to the Black Hills from Seattle but went South through the Bitterroot valley and then up to Dillon. Big drive and a beautiful area. I told a lady working there that I wanted clothes like Kevin Costner wears in Yellowstone. She was extremely helpful and enthusiastic and I walked out of there with an awesome oil skin coat and hat, armed with the knowledge of how to care for that kind of clothing. Couldn't have had a better experience there and I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who helped me. I feel like they could probably capitalize on their Yellowstone name drop. I can't be the only person who watches that show and thinks "Dang they dress cool I want to dress like that!" This last part is irrelevant but I tried the same thing at the Murdoch's in Hamilton and was brushed aside with a "All our coats are over there!" So, thanks Murdoch's of Dillon!

Been shopping here for years. It's where I always go when I need a certain kind of cat food. It's often where I go for home improvement items. There's also a huge clothing section, farm products, and hardware for fences, gates, etc.The ammunition department is currently suffering from the nationwide shortages, like almost everywhere else, but sometimes one can find the caliber and load he or she desires.I shop at both Dillon and Butte, Montana Murdoch's stores. I recommend shopping there.

I went looking for a muzzle for my Great Dane puppy because we’re living out of the Andrus Hotel and their pet selection is great! Not only did I find a muzzle I found three different Kongs and a practically indestructible five pound solid rubber ball made by a veteran who’s profits go to Dogs 4 Warriors. Support your vets!! They had a great selection of dog food including Wildology whose patent pending formula is affordable and great for all dogs of all sizes, including large breed. Brutus Maximus Rantipole loves all flavors and it’s great for his coat and joints and bones.

We just had one of the best & experience with Murdock in Dillon MT we had purchased a Honda 2800 generator & a attwood auxillary fuel tank. We didn't realize it only works with Honda 2000 & 2200. So called & spoke with store manager Rayleen told us to bring it back & could exchange for correct one. To work with fuel tank. We did & also purchased another 2200 along with the tandum system. Quick easy no hassle return just great 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 service. I have been in this store 4 times in last 2 months always treated with a smile & a welcome.

Great place, they have a lot of variety of home and ranch products, they have a lot of helpful staff working on the floor. I do find that their prices seem to be very high especially in the clothing dept.
