My dogs have seen both vets here and they were both amazing. They prefer Andrea but they're not very fond of men in general so it's nothing against Dr. Bob. They are always quick to get us in and I always feel confident they are in good hands.

The nicest people, had an emergency and they got me in almost immediately. Katie the receptionist was very pleasant even though she had to ask the hard questions. Doc Braun went beyond my expectations and was so personable and pleasant, loved him! Jolene who came and got my dog was professional and easy going, she also went the extra mile when I asked for additional dog food. Every one was gentle and kind with my dog. Extremely pleased with the whole experience, thank you everyone at Dillon Small Animal Hospital.

I have had need of veterinary services twice on a somewhat emergency basis and both times they have been quick to accommodate and take care of our dogs. The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctor is kind and knowledgeable. Our one dog is not a big fan of strangers, but she warmed right up to him.

Got me in last minute for an exam and important prescription refill for a heart condition, that I mistakenly forgot on our trip to Dillon. The staff was incredibly nice and the vet was very knowledgeable. I felt they went out of their way to accommodate us, very thankful for this veterinary facility. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We are not regular patients there. We just needed them once, to put our dog Larry to sleep. A very sad day for us, but the doctor and the staff here were top notch. Very accommodating and understanding. Doc was patient and kind, and the procedure was as easy as something so hard could possibly be. Made me wish we had been regulars there. I was impressed.

Dr. Braun has been so incredible! The whole staff is friendly and helpful. I once brought in a cat that was practically dead and asked them to do whatever they could to save him. They stayed with Oliver throughout the night and got him back to me after only two days! Now I take all my rescues there, no one I'd trust more with my animals!

I switched from another local veterinary hospital to this one after a couple of not great experiences and I can only say I wish I'd done it sooner! They care for my animals as if they love them just as much as I do and you cannot set the bar higher than that. The customer service is absolutely top shelf and I trust them completely. They gave us an emergency appointment, sight unseen, fifteen minutes after our dog ate a porcupine. She was tearing herself apart trying to get the quills out, and if we'd had to drive an hour home to her regular vet, she probably would have died. They saved her life, and spent THREE HOURS pulling quills and stitching her up. On fifteen minutes notice! We'll be forever grateful for their compassion and kindness they showed our girl. And I was shocked by the bill, after all of that, it was about 1/3 of what I expected. I could NOT recommend Dillon Small Animal Hospital any more highly!

Everyone was great, didn't get to set down. Was taken to a exam room, the staff had reviewed my dogs records and knew what was needed. The Dr. Was really good with the dog , gave him shots with no problems, did a good examination, answered my questions. Was on my way very satisfied.

The vet wouldn't give us straight answers regarding my dog. Instead of doing a test that would give us absolutes, he kept wanting to run tests that came up inconclusive. Did not feel that he was very empathetic or had our dogs health in his concerns.

Today, our dog tried to swallow a porcupine on a pheasant hunt. We were a mile away from my truck and 20 mike's from Dillon. It was a very bad situation and she had quills all over her face, around her eyes, and all the way down her throat. She probably did just as much damage to herself by freaking out all the way back to the car and then, on the emergency race to Dillon. We cold-called Dillon SMH and they met us out front. They immediately made way for our Lexi. I felt super bad because I could tell they were already very busy. It turns out, it was a big deal. She had ripped her mouth open, had a billion quills everywhere, needed to be put under, lost a whole lot of blood, and even lost a dew claw in the insanity. These people are not even our vet but you'd never had known. It took 3 hours and a team of help to get her fixed up. This was also on Xmas Eve Eve. I can't thank them enough and you'd better bet that if we lived in Dillon, they'd be our primary vet. We are forever grateful! Additionally, they have a great covid protocol and were unbelievably affordable.

Dr. Bob and his staff, helped us out when our family dog was attacked by two dogs and chewed up badly, they where caring and compassionate, and more then likely saved Emma's life. We thank you all, and a heart felt well done. Thank You !!!

The staff at Small animal hospital were very skilled in helping me get very necessary pills into my 17 year old mini-schnauzer. We were in transit from a vet in Helena, Mt where she was diagnosed with severe pancreatitis to our home vet in Boise, Idaho. At 17 she definitely has a mind of her own and the "pill pumper" in chief at Small Animal Hospital was able to get the necessary meds in her. We were on our way home in no time and she was comfortable until we got home. They did this as a courtesy with no charge, who does that any more!! She is coming back to life each day, so she may be with us for a while, thanks to you all. My best to you, Janet Downey

Park in parking lot, call phone #, and then wait for someone to come out a pickup your pet.When your pet is finished they bring it back out to you, get your card and return with card and receipt shortly thereafter.It's a good experience under the circumstances.
