Hardware stores are meant to help customers when they have questions. Plain and simple. We immediately got sarcasm and hate for asking questions to the older woman at the register. Who then said “you guys are wasting our time” when all the employees were just standing around the registers doing nothing anyways. I would avoid this place at all costs if you have any questions to ask them. And definitely avoid the cranky old lady. I know what I would do if I was the owner. No more ACE for us

A serviceable hardware store, though occasionally missing things you'd rather expect a normal hardware store to sell. Nice staff though. Very helpful.

Avoid this store if your going to ask any questions, or for help! I had asked an employee for some help and I don't know if she was an owner/manager/employee, but she acted like it was an inconvenience to ask a question. She had walked into the middle of a conversation and said she didn't know what 15/16" was, and said I could buy a sheet of plywood, when I had already explained what I needed to the helpful employee behind the counter! So the Beaverhead Home Center is a much better place to go and a lot more helpful!

The place was great, people are very friendly there. I wish I could remember the young man's name that helped my father-in-law and I get some different things, like the screws, nails, nuts, wood and a couple other things because he went WELL beyond the standard "customer service" you get at a lot hardware places like that. He was kinda tall black hair wore several bracelets on his arm, had 3 earrings I believe and wore a leopard print scarf (I think it was) on the belt loop of how shorts. I hope that helps to figure out who he is and his name because he deserves to be recognized for the quality customer service that he gave to us. We will be back!!

The customer service at this store is terrible. From the store owner down to the cashier. The cashier had no idea what was going on and employees were standing around, not willing to help. The owner was not willing to help, since business hours were near closing, even though we had called 45 minutes in advance. Once we got there, he asked that we return the next day for service, instead. Their prices were also nearly double those of a nearby Ace used the week before. We will not be using their services again.

Typical small town hardware store. Employees seem to more concerned about taking a smoke break than helping customer's with their projects. Overpriced & underperforming. NOT 1 MASK IN THE WHOLE STORE, EVEN THE EMPLOYEE'S!
