The rooms were okay, needed a little of an update but otherwise they worked. The location is great, right on the outside of Cut Bank, Mt. With a view of the river & "Pizza Hut" is right next door if you're wanting a quick bite to eat along with other establishments to eat & Local Stores.Walkability: Restaurants within walking distance along with Local Stores as in "Big Sky Foods", & "Albertsons" & "Normans Outdoor Sports".Food & drinks: Vending machine in the Hotel. Breakfast is served in the morning with plenty of selections.

Room #119.It was outrageously priced at $127 per night! In April! It's still snowing! The place is a far cry from a Best Western or Hyatt. The bathroom door would not close because the top hinge screws were coming out of the door. I looked up from the bed, and the smoke detector was missing. The security door at the rear was useless because the door jam lip that catches the latch was broken away. The only positive thing was that it was a short walk across the parking lot to a grocery store.

I stayed at the Super 8 in Cut Bank, and my experience was nothing short of outstanding.Due to my work schedule at Browning, I found myself in need of an early morning check-in. Many other motels I have contacted would not accept such a request, but Super 8 Cut Bank had my back. They ensured that my room was ready and waiting as soon as I arrived.Cathi, in particular, provided extraordinary customer service. She was always ready to assist with a welcoming smile and proved to be a valuable resource when it came to local advice and services. The housekeeping team maintained cleanliness and order in my room.I highly recommend that you consider Super 8 for a comfortable and welcoming stay. A big thank you again to Cathi and the entire team for their exceptional service!

A decent motel w poolNothing extravagant and you get what you pay forRooms are clean, a/c is coldPool is nice and open lateBreakfast is terrible, cereal, toast and some mediocre microwave entrees. Most breakfast items are out and when I asked for a restock the front desk gal complained about being short handed and how they needed to have an employee full for time breakfast dutiesHmmm,So about an hour or so from glacier, not much of anything else to do here, a few little restaurants and a Pizza Hut

Hotel Front Desk lady was very kind , but the hotel and our room was very outdated. Pool was closed. Our room that evening AC was working they had to bring us a box fan . The breakfast is a joke cereal toast . The OWNER of this hotel need to spend his money wisely update the hotel if you like stepping back in the 80’s then that’s your hotel to stay at.Rooms: Very out dated , I had to lay my own blanket down to even feel somewhat comfortable.

Check last name; Bearchief, it was under my mother in law, or try Old Woman. It was not a different hotel. I know it was YOUR hotel because i immediately filed a review.Manager was racist and rude, aggressive to younger sibling, and room service people just walk in without asking, be cautious if you plan on spending a night or planning on sleeping here, it is NO good. Do NOT waste your money.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff. The staff were very accommodating and showed great kindness in all of my interactions with them. It is centrally located near downtown Cut Bank and is right next to stores providing all needs. Wonderful hotel to stay in if you are in the Cut Bank area.

This Super 8 has yet to have the update treatment applied with all the new bright colors and hip carpet. Rocking the classic independent Super 8 style, the room was large and clean, and the beds were just right. The front desk was always friendly and very accommodating. There is a pool, but it might not be open depending on time of year. The gym is in the pool area along with the laundry facilities.Breakfast was a good selection of items along with frozen heat up breakfast items such as waffle and pancake sausage sticks. If going to explore East Glacier and don't mind a slightly longer drive, this 8 makes for a great base camp a reasonable price to stay.

I was surprised by the 3.8 rating and almost scared off from staying here because of these misleading reviews..but it was super quiet, clean, comfortable and conveniently located-everything I personally need in a hotel. When they built this hotel, did a really good job of deadening the sound from the hallway to the rooms. Buildings, like people, were built a lot stronger back then.I have an amazing sense of smell and there wasn't any unpleasant odors anywhere in the building like a few reviews claimed. There wasn't anything wrong with the carpet or bedding at all like the previous milquetoast review claimed.Yes it's a little outdated, but cleanliness is all that matters unless you're the type that goes around looking for opportunities to be offended.Front desk gentleman was also very helpful and nice.

I was staying at the super 8 with my wife and 2 little boys it looked like a nice place when we pulled up. I went in to get a room for the night The floor was wet in the lobby when I showed up and I nearly slipped due to there being no caution sign but I didn't think much of it. We got up to our rooms and my wife and I decided to go to bed for the night as we were on the road for many hours. The next morning my we woke to bote on our legs and arms from bed bugs! My boys were bitten as well so I made my way to make complaints but the owner just seemed to shrug it off like it was nothing. Frustrated I stormed back to my room to get my family and leave . If you're looking for a place to stay this isn't it! Make sure to avoid this place by any means necessary. It's unsanitary and the owner seemed to not really care about the upkeep of his business.

We were traveling late and couldn’t drive anymore. I booked a room online and payed for it. We pulled into town at around 4am. I was met by the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. She said I had to wait til 1pm to check in. Which is ridiculous. Our checkout was at 11am. I’ve worked in hotels my entire life. If a guest checks in late you still get the $ and a room that’s only been used a couple hours. She started yelling and followed me outside to scream and yell in front of my children. I’m so disappointed. This woman should not be working in hospitality. I would not recommend staying here if she’s still an employee. Also we did not got refunded.

Super 8 MTStayed during our road trip to Glacier National Park on July 2021. We stayed in for 2 nights. The location was good. Nearby the gas station, grocery stores and food. The room was a good size too. I like that my view wasn't the street which was really nice. Bed very comfortable and clean. It has fridge and microwave. Facility has inside pool, a little space for the gym and laundry. Staffs are very friendly. Checking in and out was smooth. Definitely staying again whenever I go on a road trip around the area.Definitely recommend this placeThe motel is an hour away from Glacier National Park.

Loving here! They have splendid views. They have hot breakfast and I had corn dogs! Want to say thank you to all the staffs here. As we arrived, the person at the front desk told us we need to reserve a spot at going to the sun road which I did not know before. Here’s my long story: I booked two nights, and was trying to book the 3rd night for my trip at another destination. However I chose the wrong date which means I can’t live here for the 2nd night. I was not able to contact the other hotel because it was midnight and I was crying hard. Finally I ran down the stairs at 12:30 am to ask at the front desk if I could cancel the 2nd date. He welcomed me and my partner with a big smile and said it would be totally fine for them and can help us to cancel for free. He also asked me what happened with concern, and repeated they will help us. I really need to ask their names but not sure if it is fine to mention their names in this review. They don’t have elevators but for me it is totally fine.

The rooms were very clean, including the wall of mirror. Most of the staff were exceptional. We had a small issue with my children using the pool because of extensive restrictions and online registration oversights. The breakfast has limited options (nothing that is warmer than toasted) but decent. Overall not a bad stay for a small town hotel.

If it was possible to rate it zero stars I would. The staff was very rude and very unacommadating with my family. We had to travel to Cut Bank for a funeral and they were very unprofessional with our reservations. My grandmother had reserved the handicapped room since she is wheel chair bound and the room is not big enough to move around a wheel chair. The handicapped room is also downstairs with no elevator and stairs or else a happy walk around the building to the back. The drains were clogged and wouldn't drain in both the sink and bathtub. The staff told my family to figure it out with getting her to her room. My great grandmother is blind and they set her on the second floor, she also uses a wheel chair and my cousins had to carry her up in her chair. Again the staff was very rude about the situation and told us this is what we get to figure it out. The reservations had been set 3 days in advance and they told my grandma she only had the handicapped room the one night. Very inconvenient considering we had a 12 hour drive and given the circumstances of our trip. The lady was very rude to deal with and was very unprofessional with her customer service mannerism. I canceled my reservations right away and had the same rate with more professional individuals and a nicer hotel in Shelby. It was still close enough to where we needed to be and you definitely got more than what you paid for.

Very enjoyable! Bed was nicely firm so I slept like a baby! Also Pizza Hut's salad buffet is excellent which is just a short walk away. So is a grocery store with an awesome deli about 200 steps northeast of the front door!!! I just cannot image a better place to have a comfortable hotel!!! 😍

A lot of problems firstly their we're stairs so no way to move all your luggage without climbing up or down. Second, we walked into our room and the shower wasn't working properly. Not to mention the bathroom is child-sized not for adults. Had to ask for a microwave staff was way too busy. Then we left for the national park and came back to our cards not working even though we fixed it that morning. Came back and saw all our stuff tossed into plastic bags. Sad all around one star is an overstatement of my experience.

It's really mediocre, and even that's being generous. I'm not entirely sure if the rooms have been updated since the 90s. The heat/ac unit on the wall appears to be from the 1980s, and when you get to the room it's hotter inside than it is outside, and it takes ages for the air too cool enough to make it habitable. The recliner in my room was slightly crusty, and I think the bedding came from my grandmas childhood home. But if there is one perk to this hotel, it has to be the faded mirror that runs the entire length of the room above the headboard. It helped me come to the realization that I should never be seen without a shirt anywhere at any time. Thanks super 8!

It's a bit pricey for the area, but only 2 choices in Cut Bank. Front desk guy was ok, a bit off standish. The continental breakfast was toast and cereal. The rooms were clean, but pretty tired and dated. The carpet was very lumpy and comforter pretty old. Did have a fridge, microwave and coffee pot in the room which was nice. There is a pool, but we didn't uae it. Biggest complaint, the pillows were bad, but the bed was comfy.
