I was in their store and there was a woman on her cell phone cussing around loudly in the store saying the F word repeatedly as she walked around the store. It sounded like she was fighting with her boyfriend. I was going to confront her but she remained on her phone. A few minutes later I went to check out and that same lady was a dollar store cashier checking people out! How unprofessional and the last thing I want to hear while shopping is an employee with a filthy vocabulary cussing loudly while going up and down the aisles. As I was leaving I saw her come outside, still on her phone, so I snapped a pic. I hope she’s held accountable. If not I’ll shop in Shelby.

I live here in Cut Bank , I was so excited to get a family Dollar Tree store, but ever since it has been opened the card machine is down you can't use the coupons you load to your card this is ridiculous, you have people like myself that are disabled veteran's that live on a fixed income and use food stamps , this store is making people drive the 50 mile round trip to shelby just to be able to use their food stamps when gas is $5.00 a gallon . if I could I would not give any stars this store doesn't stand with disabled veteran's or people on food stamps. THANKS FOR NOTHING FAMILY DOLLAR DOLLAR TREE CUT BANK MONTANA, Update I have noticed they haven't their only accepting cash sign up.

We just moved to Cutbank recently and shopped here quite a bit when we first got here when they excepted credit cards. About a month ago they put a sign on the door that said cash only. Manager claims CC machine is down, but a month later it's still not working. Employees are just as frustrated as as customers and sounds like they aren't getting any answers from their manager either. Unfortunately we don't have a bank account in Cutbank so makes it hard to have cash all the time so unable to shop here and having to run to Shelby if needing larger purchases. Very inconvenient being there is a store right here in town!

Only one light was on for an open checkstand and no other customers. We went and set our stuff on the counter to wait for cashier. Three employees were behind the counter and we weren't acknowledged for almost 3 minutes. Another customer came up at a different checkstand that didn't have the ligh on, were acknowledged, and checked out before us. Almost walked out and left our items. Terrible customer service.

Woman cut in front of us in line, looked back and smiled at us and said "I'm buying this on my lunch break"was then informed by another worker in the store that said woman was her manager. Highly unprofessional for an employee to behave in such a manner

I went there 3-22-22 ar 8:45 there was a chacire named Kayla Kapier told me to put my items I could not afford back my self said she don't get paid enuff or get that many hours then she said that she's the boss boss and that I'm ignorant for not listening

On Google it says that they are open but it is definitely not open yet so if you're someone that has to commute by walking and wanted to see if it's open yet don't bother it's not would be nice to know a expected date of opening

For a small town I thought this little store was great. Has a good variety, decent prices and the cashier was friendly and helpful.

There is no family dollar here. It's been like this for a minute. Don't waste your time like I did, wandering the streets with my phone and looking bewildered. I'm from outta town and even I shouldn't have been this lost
