Have not been here in nearly a year so stooped by after a cross county meet with the kids. My tacos were great. The wife's Monte Cristo was OK, no egg battered bread. Not a true MC. Kid got a cheese quesadilla and was a basic kids meal. Beer was cold and delightful. Service was lacking due to staff shortages. All in all, good meal and great beer.

This place was excellent. They have a radler on tap - that is rare to find. Great apps and service. The patio outside backs up to a corn field so it's quiet and remote. Definitely will return.

Our waitress was taking care of the entire restaurant and remained efficient and friendly. Flatbread pizza was great. Philly steak was good too. Also have a nice outdoor seating area

Met friends there last Friday night to hear the musician Billy G perform, and have dinner. It was such a fun night sitting outside and listening to him play. He's great!Had a mocha stout with dinner, which was delicious too!

The food, the beer, the service, and the entertainment from time to time is top notch. What more could you want in a local café and beer joint?Dietary restrictions: When in our party is allergic to pepper and they left it off, but still made the food taste good

I’ve been going to Fin’s for beer and dinner for a long time. The beer is quite good. But but the most delightful aspect of Fin’s is being able to sit outside drinking beer and looking at the mountains. The owner and the staff are friendly and helpful. And being able to eat outside means your dog is welcome. I gather with friends here several times a week.

Disappointing. Last night we arrived at 6:45, no one said a word to us for 45 minutes. I had to go up to the bar to order some drinks and even then all 3 staff behind the bar stared at me for a good 5 minutes before someone said anything to me. After that, they finally came up to our table, said sorry thought you were with a large party sitting near by. Regardless of their poor assumptions, they still never greeted us when we came in and never checked on us to see if we needed anything. We left with our food boxed up as it came out at 8:15.This isn’t the first time we have had poor service, different people working every time we go and the service is still awful. The wait time even when they aren’t busy is absolutely insane. Especially for most menu items being deep fried.I tried giving them multiple chances but I’m afraid this place will never be good.I will not be back.

I didn't catch the server's name, but she was very attentive. This was the first place I've ever had a meal in Montana, and maybe it's a regional thing? But no tarter sauce for the fries? Because you don't have fish?? Our server did go the extra mile, however, and brought a little cup of mayo and another cup of mayo that she mixed some pickle juice in! That was awesome!! The burger I had was great, but it could have used a whole slice of onion, rather than just 2 small rings from an onion.

Food was really good and so were the beers. Waitress seemed nice, but overtasked. We hardly got service and I had to go to the bar to ask for another beer. I think she should not have to run the bar and serve outside tables.I would go back, hope service is better.

The first couple times I went there the food & service was okay, but main attraction was the view outside. The last time I went there, the service was really terrible - it wasn't busy, but everything took forever and after 30 minutes of waiting with an empty plate I went up to the bar to pay. I kept trying to ask for water on a hot day, but the waiter forgot it the first time and then wouldn't come back. The food quality was like a concession stand at a kids baseball game - just the absolute cheapest frozen/reheated food you can find

Wow what a view from patio table, a little hard to find without a local with you. Staff was very friendly and prompt and the food was great with large portions. If it is a pick of the locals has to be good.

Stopped by for beer and nachos, with pork. Also tried the fried green beans. All great as usual. Very nice view from the patio even with the smoke from the fires. The staff are always attentive and friendly. If you haven't tried this place you should.

The food and staff are awesome it's the owner RANDY CAMPBELL she is a RUDE lady her breath was heavy of alcohol and she was so rude and verbally unfit around children . She stood directly breathing down our necks trying to apologize she only made our experience anything but welcomeing maybe the place would run better in someone's hands whom isn't turning back old Grandpa's cough syrup again RANDY CAMPBELL is the sole reason neither I nor my family or friends will ever return it's sad how owners get drunker than their customers and then make mockery of themselves

Where to start, service or food hmm. Food was on point. The process to get said food was not ok 15 min wait to be greeted waitress not knowing product avaliablity NOT OK. When you get a rush of people pick up the pace n make every second count either taking orders picking up plates etc. Don't make wasted trips being short staffed is hard I understand but show some enthusiasm. Some other tips cleaning practices (dirty tables and menus) also I must point by out menu could use some help non alcoholic beverages I couldn't find anywhere on any of the three menus had to ask the highly annoyed waitress and she wasn't ever sure what was In stock doesn't inspire confidence in me to submit a order and have it come out correctly. If you would like some more tips ask bar rescues Jon Taffer I'm sure if you messaged him he would be more than happy to help or watch some episodes of bar rescue and take notes. Food 10/10 service 2/10 atmosphere 8/10

I have come here several times before the change in ownership, it was always great. Not tonight. Slow service, forgot my food order, food was bland, and tried to charge me full price for beers that were the special. I won't be back. A little longer drive and you get always great service and the best food at Bitterroot Brewery.

We enjoy Fin's. The food is good, they have a nice selection of beers, and the service and staff are great. The kitchen is small, so on a busy night don't be in a hurry, just sit back, relax, and enjoy.

A great place to relax and have a beer from the long list of those on tap. Wine is also available. Their kitchen cooks up tasty tidbits at the usual bar pricing. Parking is free, there is limited space on the pavement however. Bartenders are friendly and know their beers.

Not impressed. Went there last evening for dinner. Everything we had that was deep fried was so overcooked, it was hard! Our sandwiches we the only thing that was good. Not sure who took our order, but, a cook brought us our food AND another beverage refill. Took forever to get our check to pay. Probably won't go back.

A fantastic, diverse selection of craft beers on tap make Fin's Taphouse a great place to discover new brews. Knowledgeable and welcoming wait staff. Fresh, tasty food. Outdoor patio with an unrivalled view of the Bitterroot Mountains.
