After a day of exploring at Glacier National Park, saw this was a nice place to finish the day and have dinner. We ordered a Huckleberry BBQ Pork sandwich topped with bbq sauce and had some chips on the side. Then we also ordered a pizza as well. For a drink we tried the Huckleberry Cream Ale from Pondray Idaho. Overall nice place to finish the day!

Gluten free pizza was amazing but I will say they only sell it in 10” and it cost 15 plus 1.75 each topping. So I would say the prices are steep for a pizza. Drank a beer at the bar while I waited and really enjoyed that post hike. Great location to park for a bite to eat after a long hike. The indoor seating was pleasantly pretty nice if your eating in too.

This place is a surprise gem! We found it by accident after a day of adventuring on Going-to-the-Sun-Road. We hadn’t eaten all day, and found that a whole lot of food places around here are closed in the afternoon and only open back up for dinner. After much searching we found out Glacier Taphouse opens at four, so we decided to give it a chance. I’m very glad we did. I thought it was a bit pricey, but the portions were crazy large. I guarantee the sweet potato fries were the best I’ve ever eaten, fried pickles were fantastic, and our taco pizza was amazing (and huge). Also they serve Arnold Palmers right! I’m always willing to pay a little more for great food. A few things you need to know. The service is great, and the servers are very friendly and helpful. There is a slip that you fill out at the table to order. Then you take it up to them to order and they bring you food. Highly recommend. The only pictures I took were of the giant taco pizza and the Arnold Palmer.

Great food and a wonderful staff. Had dinner here several times and it's always a good experience. Their broasted chicken is delicious and they have some great sauces to go around with it. I also really enjoyed their huckleberry peach pie! The pizzas are very popular and they have a good selection of drinks. The staff are attentive and helpful with local tips on exploring the area. Can't wait to return!

The fried pickles were excellent. So was the fried chicken! This place had the best huckleberry shake we had in all of our days' meals while we were visiting near and in Glacier. Top notch staff.

Friendly service. Big portions! Sandwiches were amazing with the fresh homemade bread! Brownies and cookies were also homemade and yummy! Very clean and nicely decorated. So glad we stopped on our way back home from Glacier.

The woman who seems to be the manager is running this place well! She is kind yet efficient, and the food is good! The broasted chicken was one of the most talked about menu items, but they run out quickly so best to get there by or before 6 if you want it, and they make it fresh so you have to allow ~20 min for them to make it. It’s super tasty though —flavorful and moist! One customer was even going to extend their vacation an extra day just to get a chance to try this item—I offered to give them a piece from my order so they could try it and they kindly paid for our whole meal in appreciation! Maybe that can let someone know the hype around broasted chicken here haha.

Not a bad little place at all, we ordered some pizza and a few other items to go. Everything was hot fresh very good. All in all I would say this is a great place if you’re in the area to stop in.

The service was spectacular and everyone was extremely friendly. If you like crispy chicken you need to try their "Broasted Chicken", period end of story. It was amazingly crispy on the outside and so juicy and flavorful on the inside.I also went for their Huckleberry BBQ Pulled Pork Topped Hamburger that was a big surprise of flavor. The huckleberries pack a ton of tart and sweet flavor so I was a bit nervous it would be overwhelming on the sandwich, but it was a nice addition to a very savory burger.

Great experience, especially given how busy the restaurant was. Employees were very nice, and apologetic for even a five minute wait for a table. Our drinks were delivered right away, and the pizzas and salads we ordered were fresh and delicious.Highly recommend!

The service, food, drinks and dessert were amazing! Staff was very nice, pizza looked and tasted like it came straight from a commercial! Bison burger was juicy and required no sauce! I 100% recommend this restaurant if you’re in the Hungry Horse area! Tip ‘em good and compliment them before you leave. They deserve it!!

Fresh ingredients, FLAVOR, and available seating in a calm setting near a major tourist destination. Great selection of drinks, good variety of dishes. Everything came out quickly and well cooked. Pizza ingredients were fresh and flavorful with a good balance of cheese to crust. Breading in the mozzarella sticks and cod was particularly crispy. The staff were friendly. You fill out an order sheet and take it up to the bar which I hadn't experienced before - I like it. Makes ordering for a group a lot easier. If you're visiting Glacier, want to support locally owned business, and get away from the bland food and crowds, go here.

SUPER friendly staff, gets a bit busy from the dinner rush of people leaving glacier but well worth it. Pickup is available as another option and is well worth it. My boyfriend and I came after a long day of hiking and devoured an entire pizza, so delicious!

Best pizza anywhere in the area! After a long hike in the park, we stopped in for pizza, salads, beers and deserts. The staff were personable and friendly. The food was delicious. Pizza had a great taste and salads were crisp with tasty dressings. The chocolate brownie desert is a must. The atmosphere was cool, cozy and relaxing. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning.

The food was great. We had 2 different pizzas, the fried chicken, several sauces, and the bear paw sundae and everything was delicious. Get there before the crowds because they are good and they stay very busy. Their unique, "full service", serve yourself kind of atmosphere makes it really hard for you to have a bad experience. Best pizza we have had during our travels in a long time.

This place was great. Staff was kind to guests and looked like they were having fun still after a very busy season near glacier park. The salads are ready good. I would strongly recommend this restaurant. Be aware that all places to eat around glacier are super busy during high season so go early if you can. But I went later and got carry out. They were quick considering how busy they were on this day. Note closed on Monday and Tuesday I think. Which shows me they respect the staff.

We've frequented this homey establishment for years. The owner is there, taking charge and ensuring a pleasant and welcoming experience, like "in the old days."This is the kind of gal she is: I oft have favored the Huckleberry Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich, which is truly amazing. It has been off menu for about a year now, and when we stopped in (on the way home from Going to the Sun Road) yesterday, she said she is bringing it back for Fourth of July week -- and took my cell number to call me when it is available!Who does that? If that doesn't inspire you, then also know this: we were in the mood for pizza, theirs is amazing and memorable, and we ordered the Many Glacier. Just like the ultra-special destination by the same name, sipping a Cold Smoke with my wife of 36 years, the pizza was such a memorable delight that I suggested to the owner that the pizza is as superlative an experience as the destination, and similarly should be a special treat sought most by those in-the-know.I also suggested that -- for the uninitiated -- of either -- the name could be supplemented with 'flipping amazing!'

Don’t hesitate - come eat here!Visited twice during our stay at West Glacier because we had to come back for the fried chicken. It was transcendent! The homemade ranch is the best I’ve had and the beer selection is top notch.

We enjoyed our experience. Staff is on top of everything and working hard to manage the crowds of people. We had read some reviews about the ordering system at the counter, (bar), which we understand may not be everyone’s preference, but we were fine with it. It is easy, organized, and makes sense for what looks like a really busy place. Not sure why people feel the need to complain since they have a choice to go somewhere else. The staff was really friendly. If you asked for something they got it right away. Our pizza was fresh and tasty and served hot. We recommend stopping here if you’re in the area.
