If I could drive another 1500 miles to buy another 4-pack, I would gladly do so.The Cooke City Sinclair T-shirt is my new favorite. Thanks for making those available. One suggestion, though - Swap the dinosaur image with a picture of Lucky. You would sell a million! Cheers!

Stopped in for ice cream and to purchase some shampoo and conditioner, as our $283 a night lodge in town (not here) only supplied cheap generic shampoo…lolSuper nice guy helped us, who has the most adorable dog in town. The ice cream here is the best! If you’re passing thru, stop and grab a cone and anything else you need. Great small town atmosphere!

What a surprise! This little convenience store had a great selection of products. Camping accessories, food, souvenirs, beer, wine and fresh donuts. We enjoyed great coffee, delicious ice cream cones and best of all the coffee/ice cream avalanches! The clerk was friendly and helpful. Being this far from a shopping center could have spelled trouble, but it stocked everything we needed!

Stayed here a few weeks ago with my husband while visiting Yellowstone. The cabin was perfect for us. Cooke City was fun to explore & I really enjoyed popping in the Sinclair store in the mornings for a DELICIOUS cup of chai (well priced too). The cabin is clean & well-kept, the towels are luxurious, & the beds are VERY comfortable. Even the sheets were super soft & welcoming. The cabins are very affordable also. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Cooke City Sinclair & would definitely stay again if we return to Yellowstone some day.

I was traveling through Cooke City on the motorcycle on a loop of the Western states in Late May 2022. I stopped and got gas here and then went inside and asked if it would be okay to fill a couple of water bottles with tap water, and the Woman at the counter said that it was against her policy.I recommend not doing business with anyone with this kind of attitude.(I'll find another place to get gas the next time I go through Cooke City, MT.).

Good variety of food and drinks and all the other essentials while in Cooke City whether it's the winter or the summer, very professional helpful staff behind the counter, oh yeah they had fresh donuts :-)

Stopped for gas, but they didn't have a bathroom for customers! After stopping in a few other shops in town without restrooms for customers maybe that's normal in this town. Thankfully a well maintained visitor center with public restrooms is down the road. They offered hard dip ice cream, but they wouldn't serve a flavor because it was too hard to scoop. I could come back after it set on the counter in the 90F heat melting for 20 min. I've served hard dip ice cream straight from the freezer, and my regular ice cream shop does it all the time. Melting and refreezing ice cream is how it crystallizes and gets yucky. Keeping ice cream hard frozen makes it smoother. Sorry, I went on an ice cream tangent, it's my favorite food and I spend way too much time thinking about it. Anyway I got a different flavor than the one I wanted and other than melting super quick it was fine. The gas got us to our next destination, and we eventually found a restroom and got a short walk out of it.

Third time was not a charm. I've stayed here 3 - 4 times in the past. This last week I brought in a friend for a girls' trip. Night 2 we saw a mouse running around the cabin. Granted, it is a woodsy town. Every town in America has mice. The owner came in and tried to catch the mouse, but was unable to. My friend had a friend pass away from the Hanta Virus, carried by mice. She was mortified. The owner set out "sticky" traps and he helped us find another place to stay for that night. The 3rd night nothing was available at the other place, so we found somewhere else to stay. I wanted to be honest and visited the Sinclair cabin owner to pay for the ONE night we had stayed. He charged us for TWO, and was angry that I had "talked" my daughter with her infant and 2 year old into finding somewhere else to stay later that week. The place had crumbs under the beds, or in other words, mouse food. The carpets have not been properly cleaned in ages, and there was food from previous cabin stays in the fridge and cupboard. This may be viewed as nice for the next guests, but it really isn't, it's unsanitary and quite gross. I felt that we were treated well the 2nd night when we discovered the mice, but once I passed it on to my daughter, the whole thing turned bad. I paid for an unacceptable place for the night we didn't stay. "It's Cooke City, we have mice". SERIOUSLY? I have mice outside my house, too. They don't get to live inside. CLEANLINESS and CUSTOMER service is out . I feel badly, as I have stayed there before with no problem. The attitude of the owner was not helpful, and I understand it's his seasonal livelihood. What he doesn't know is that I worked overtime to stay there, and my friend had a yard sale to come. WE ALL WORK HARD for what we want. As far as a stay in Cooke? I don't know, after all, there are mice "EVERYWHERE".

This is the only gas station I've visited that sold Sinclair brand T-shirts with the Dinosaur on them. Obviously I bought one. Amazing!

Don't bother having to use the bathroom here... they won't let you. Even for paying customers. Get gas at the Exxon across the street... they aren't asshats!
