I like them here! Helpful and they carry quality materials. I wish they had a bit more selection in the horse feed, I am not an Equis fan. I will not shop across the street at ACE unless I am in a real pinch. They sell cheap China made products, like the hose I bought that lasted less than a week, kinked so badly.

Experience really varies on who you’re working with. If you’re working with a kid, you’re more than likely going to have a good experience as they’re always extremely kind and try their hardest to help you. I’ve noticed management and the uppers of the company have a difficult time being kind and helpful to not only customers but their employees! I’ve personally witnessed the management/elders of the company degrade and belittle some of the younger employees. I used to think this place was the best in town but it’s gone down hill immensely. Save your time, money, & heart and go over to ace across the street, unless you’re an a$sh0le like them.

Very, and I mean very rude employees. I was constantly shown attitude when asking various questions about a product. I would not recommend going there, save your time by going to the Ace Hardware across the street.
