If I could give this place a zero Stars I would don't even waste your time just go to super ones or anywhere else the employees and management here are super rude and do not care about their customers they're all about money. ( I have traveled to many states and never have I been to a grocery store I was this disgusted with)

Wonderful store. Very large with all your needs. Bakery, deli, pharmacy, & good selection of veggies & fruit. Impressed they had vegetarian options.

We stopped in here on 10/04/2023 for some food to take back to our hotel after a day of driving through Glacier National Park. It has alot of your basics, plus some personal care items. Prices were probably a $1 or $2 higher what we'd perfer, but they did have a decent selcetion of prepared food, which was nice.

Been coming here for a long time. Love the deals and improvements Iv seen over the years. My most favorite is those who have been working at smiths for a long time. They greet me very warmly every time I come in. Produce manager does a fantastic job with his department. Always inquiring if I’m finding what I need. The produce is always displayed well and have had little to no issues with produce I buy. Thank you! Cashiers and baggers you are awesome.

This particular Smith's grocery store is exceptional with outstanding staff and management. The employees are courteous, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist customers. The management team is highly professional, efficient, and ensures a pleasant shopping experience for everyone.

We came from out of state so I’ve never been to this store before and found things to be very, very reasonably priced for a smaller town grocery store. And it was overall clean and organized the few times we shopped here.

Can be busy, but it's our favorite grocery store in C-Falls. Try not to use the self checkout unless you only have a couple items, the fragility of those terminals is maddening.

I have been shopping at Smith's every week, for the past 25 years, since I have moved to the Flathead Valley. They have always had good Products and outstanding Service.I am disabled and they have always been very helpful when I have needed help with anything.If they don't carry a product that I need, they make a note of it and order it for me.I will continue to shop there, and I highly recommend this store and pharmacy to everyone.

This is our local grocery store and we love it. The selection is great and the prices are by far the lowest in town. We use the rewards program and are able to get up to $1 per gallon off when we fill up at the Smith’s gas station. Staff is always friendly, the store is clean and easy to navigate. The pharmacy line is usually pretty long but the staff work very hard and are always helpful and kind.

The staff at Columbia Falls are so kind. Some are so wonderful they make our day when we go there. I get really great coupons in the mail. The prices are good, and they have a huge selection so it's a one stop shop. I always enjoy my shopping experience.

A great place to shop. The staff is always available to answer questions and even go so far as to take you to the aisle where the item you're looking for is located. There are lots of gluten free products I need or want them. Special orders are filled timely and properly. And if you don't feel like cooking dinner tonight, they have various types of chicken ribs and other meats and salads. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

Refused to unload my truck at night, which was fine. Took my 10 hours off and have been sitting here for 5 extra hours now waiting to get there product off my trailer. Employees have not been helpful at all. Not worth my time or anyone else’s for that matter.

If you complain to management about an employee, especially a long- time employee, you are ignored and treated like a leper from then on.To the point that guests notice the obvious rudeness. Many have experienced this. So, even though their prices are higher, many people shop at Super 1 because, this store's employees choose getting butt-hurt over professionalism.On top of this, since the remodel, there's more out of stock problems than ever.

Although I feel the building could use a little updating, they have great selection, and a nice produce section. Smith's is in the Kroger family, which I love. Friendly cashiers, and fast checkout even though the store was really busy. Wish they had a gas station.

Columbia Falls Smiths has horrible customer service in store and on calls. Multiple times, have built up gas points, ( have reciepts to prove. But my points go down minutes after purchase. Their online Smiths app never matches reciept points that I have paid to get. Will be switching stores, will no longer give them business and will give Super 1 or Safeway the business instead. Not to mention, management can't keep the store stocked with groceries.

Your staff is always helpful. I thank you (and the vulnerable people in my life thank you) for your efforts to keep us all healthy: Wearing masks, one way aisles, self check out stations, hand sanitizer at the entrance, select hours for those who need it... With all the out of state license plates around town now and Montana's CV19 cases increasing, please persevere.

Store has really gone down hill the meat department is great and they will season your meat or cut anything to size for you. The produce is usually bad and the selection is small. They are doing a remodel and moved everything around and didn't even train the employees where to find anything. If cheaper prices aren't worth the headache of not finding what you want go to super one.

I called smiths to ask if they had on simple thing I go into smiths everyday but this was the worst experience with them I called and asked if they something and the guy refused to look to see if they had it the guy started getting mad at me because I asked for him to look them hung up worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

Best general store in the area. My wife and I live in west glacier 6 months outta the year and always shop here. Big selection and great prices. Employees are always helpful and extremely nice. Im absolutely in love with their homemade bagels. There's no need for us to go to the evil Walmart in Kalispell anymore.
