A great all around store. Great place to buy winter work wear. They always have something I need. I picked up salve for my dogs feet, some Titan straps, a recovery rope and ammo.

Horrible service. Treated like I wasn't suppose to be shopping there. Followed around. Then asked at the counter if I was stealing knives. I was with my wife and 7 year old son. I make more money then any of the employees at murdochs. Why would I steal things with my family or steal them at all. I even bought stuff for my wife. Won't be shopping there again. Unless you dress like a fake cowboy don't go here lol.

Murdock prices were consistently above normal and it appeared they were taking advantage . Prices are a bit better now. Still higher than Amazon but no longer offensive.

The assistant manager Tammera was harrasing my sister and treating her very poorly when she tried to return and replace a pair of shoes that broke apart after 3 days. If this is the customer service you provide I suggest everyone to go to the kalispell Murdochs it's worth driving this distance for kinder customer service. I'll no longer offer the columbia falls murdochs my business until somethings done thank you.

Good feed, tack and general hardware store. They a decent selection of clothes and shoes for both men and women. A hunting/gun section, a feed section for various farm and pets. Problem is they try to do a lot in a small area and sometimes if you are after something specific you'd be better off going to a home improvement or hardware store.

My husband has been looking for a certain gun (a hellion) but no one has had it. So we stopped in at the CFALLS Murdoch's and he asked. Sure enough they had one. Steve in the gun department was really nice and extremely helpful unlike some other local big name sporting goods store. I would gladly send any friends and family to them. They made my husband's day. Great store and amazing customer service.

The guys working the firearms counter are awesome. They knew the gear I specifically wanted has some strange quirks, and had real tangible advice that I put to use on the range effectively. When the guys here tell you to take certain steps with a new piece of kit, it'd be wise to listen!

First time I've been to this Murdoch's and it's a newer store. It looks really good on the inside and out and I had quite a few people trying to help me out everywhere I went. That's nice that they pay that much attention to you but sometimes you can get annoying too like a car salesman. The good thing is is that it did not feel like a car salesman. It generally felt like they wanted to help you out. That is very nice. Thank you Murdock's

This Murdoch's is PURPOSEFULLY MISLEADING customers by not changing the "Chicks are HERE" sign out front! At least COVER IT UP if you are sold out, I heard so many people looking for the chicks and being upset that there were none!-----Of the 4 employees my daughter and I interacted with here February 19th, 2022, only ONE was decent. The rest were literally rude. One actually ARGUED with me about chicken breed names (she interjected while I was talking, even, completely unnecessary and rude and walked away when I was still trying to get help from her!), another at the checkout was acting like I was holding up a line when there was no line! She was rushing me, trying to push us out of the store. I can hardly believe this poor customer service!! The ONE that was helpful and not rude stopped and asked if we needed help. She wore glasses and was pushing a cart of stuff so I guess she was stocking.I do hope a manager sees this and corrects the other employees behavior or we won't be back. We live right around the corner and HAD intended on spending money regularly at this Murdoch's but if the next time nothing changes, we'll spend our money elsewhere.

The Columbia Falls location of Murdoch's is great. Not only do they offer everything you might need for your typical ranch project, but the staff is always courteous and very knowledgeable. We puck up our chicken, cow, and cat feed there regularly; and their supply of tools is exceptional.

Murdoch's is our go to store in the area for pet products, ammo, shooting supplies, fence supplies, and bbq items. They carry a wide selection of boots, shoes, and clothing. It's definitely a western store and works for our lifestyle. The employees in the sporting goods/outdoor section are friendly, knowledgeable, and make the store our preferred location when we are making a decision and want input on an item.

Oh my gosh!!! What can I say about one of the most interesting and fun stores I've ever been to. Im new to Montana and this store is a wonderful intro to any and all things MONTANA. I love this store from 1 end to the other..Clothes, western supplies, souvenirs, its just never ends...
