I wouldn't take anything to these people, took my Pioneer Chainsaw in all it needed was Fuel filter and fuel line they had it for 2 months never did call me, I called them they said ignition system was bad no spark and Low Compression , I got it home bought filter and new fuel line installed it myself and it fired right up. Go elsewhere

Got on the repair list for my riding lawn mower back in August of 2023. Checked in three more times to see when they could get it done. Now it's February 2024 and haven't heard from them. If I could give them a minus 10, I would.Finally, after many months, they are working on my lawn mower. Now it's spring and I am hoping they get it done very, very soon.

Called about a snowblower repair that other shops around the valley said would take weeks to maybe a year or more (to wait for parts). Brought it into Master Tech Repair they got the original part fixed (no need to order new) and ready for pickup within three hours, and for a VERY reasonable price. Had the machine back up and running smoothly the same afternoon. I'll be taking all of my Husqvarna equipment here from now on. Thank you for the quality work and fast, friendly service!

These guys are super nice. I went in needed a starter pull cord for my snowblower and asked them if replacing it is something a professional should do or is it something I can handle. They explained it to me and said no need for them to do it. Not many people now a days would be honest like that. So I purchased a cord, it was 2 dollars and I only had 1 dollar on me so they said" just bring the other dollar next week sometime!I was like wow that's very nice thank you.You can tell these guys are good Christian people.And yes, I brought the dollar to them.!Very helpful and friendly people.

1st off, they answer the phone!!!! Unlike the big stores where its impossible to get through to a person!Plus the people are experienced, not just dept. store warm bodies.I called, figured out what mower & bagger I needed, Just gave my name, came I picked it up after work. It was ready. The price was lower. Got free Hat & shirt w/ the zero turn I purchased. Plus they do repairs, so I have no future worries.
